The Measures of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China for Implementing the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights discussed and passed at the executive meeting of the General Administration of Customs (GAC) on Feb.17,2009 is hereby promulgated,which take effects on July 1,2009.The Measures of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China for Implementing the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights promulgated by No.114 Decree of the GAC on May 25,2004 shall be repealed simultaneously.

Decision of the General Administration of Customs concerning Amending the Measures of the Customs of the People''''s Republic of China for the Supervision of Processing Trade Goods

On June 10, 2010, General Administration of Customs of the People＇s China （GAC） Republic of released the profile of China foreign trade import and export in May and the first five months of this year. China returned to a trade surplus in April on strong exports growth after posting its first monthly deficit in almost six years in March, and Chinas exports surged by 48.5 percent year on year in May, while the imports climbed 48.3 percent, the General Administration of Customs （GAC） announced.

On March 10, 2009, General Administration of Customs of the People＇s Republic of China released the profile of China foreign trade import and export in February 2010, still huge pickup as shown in the year-on- year statistics. The statistics from customs show that, the total import and export value from January to February in 2010 is US$386.4 billion, increasing 44.8% from 2008.
