采用LC-ICPMS测定EN71-3玩具中的可迁移铬（三价铬＆amp;六价铬）方法,通过确认,本方法完全满足标准中第三类玩具样品的测试要求。     

不锈钢供水管道中铬元素迁移及防控技术

选择国内企业生产的不锈钢供水管道,用余氯和硬度分别为2、100 mg/L的浸泡液浸泡24 h,并检测水质中六价铬的变化。结果显示,浸泡液中的六价铬变化与不锈钢供水管道的工艺有很大关系,焊缝处理、打磨抛光、酸洗钝化三个条件都对六价铬的迁移有很大影响。     

软泥类玩具材料中硼酸和硼酸盐含量检测方法研究

本文研究了软泥类玩具材料中硼酸和硼酸盐含量的检测方法,用0.07 mol/L盐酸溶液提取试样,电感耦合等离子体质谱KED模式分析同位素11B,通过硼元素的含量换算成硼酸和硼酸盐来确定软泥类玩具材料中硼酸和硼酸盐的含量。硼元素浓度在2~1000μg/L与其响应值呈线性关系(R^2=0.99984),硼元素、硼酸、硼酸盐的检出限分别为0.042 mg/kg、0.240mg/kg和0.369 mg/kg,定量限分别为0.100 mg/kg、0.572 mg/kg和0.883 mg/kg,加标回收率为87.5%~105.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)小于5%。该方法准确度高、精密度好,满足软泥类玩具材料中硼酸和硼酸盐的测定。     

出口欧鳗中噁喹酸残留痕量检测新技术研究

以出口欧鳗样品为实验材料,探索了只需经样品均化,40%甲醇(含15mmol/L高氯酸和25mmol/L磷酸)提取溶液提取、离心、过滤,高效液相色谱-荧光检测器检测等步骤的噁喹酸残留快速检测方法.试验表明,该方法技术操作步骤少,检测限低,检测效率高,能满足输韩欧鳗产品噁喹酸残留限量低至1μg/kg的超痕量检测监控要求.方法的添加浓度为5μg/kg时,回收率55%～82%,检测限0.5μg/kg.     

电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水晶泥中可迁移元素硼含量

本文参照EN71-3黏稠性玩具样品处理方法,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定水晶泥玩具材料中硼元素迁移量的检测方法。对该方法的同位素选择、线性范围和检出限、加标回收率和精密度、实际样品测试等进行了讨论。结果表明,该方法的线性范围宽,ICP-MS测定硼元素线性相关系数可达0.9996,该方法加标回收率为90.60%,相对标准偏差在4.40%。建立的ICP-MS法测定水晶泥玩具材料中硼元素具有检出限低、精密度高、简便快速等优点,可用于水晶泥玩具材料中硼元素迁移的定量分析。     

HPLC法快速测定果汁饮料中胭脂虫红的含量

建立了不同类型的饮料中胭脂虫红含量测定的高效液相色谱法。HPLC色谱条件:以C_(18)作为分离柱;流动相为乙腈-0.5%H_3PO_4溶液(80:20);流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长275 nm;进样量10μL。本方法胭脂虫红检出限为0.1 mg/kg,回收率为88.9%~98.6%,相对标准偏差为1.87%~3.14%。     

HPLC法测定婴幼儿营养米粉中泛酸的含量

本文建立了利用HPLC法测定婴幼儿米粉中泛酸含量的方法。色谱柱:Kinetex C_(18) 2.6μm,4.6×100 mm;流动相:0.02 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液∶甲醇=95∶5;流速:1 mL·min~(-1);柱温:35℃;进样量:20μL;二极管矩阵检测器,检测波长200 nm。方法在0.861 2～8.612 1μg·mL~(-1)范围内线性良好,相关系数R~2=0.999 946 6,泛酸加标回收率平均值97.6%,样品测定精密度RSD为2.54%。

高效液相色谱法测定禽蛋中的三聚氰胺

本实验建立了禽蛋中三聚氰胺的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱仪,乙腈：（0.01mol/L辛烷磺酸钠和0.01mol/L柠檬酸）=10：90作为流动相,C18色谱柱,检测波长为240nm。结果表明：在0.5-100μg/mL浓度范围,线性关系良好,r=0.9995;变异系数为0.6%;试样测定的相对标准偏差（RSD）〈3%。本法操作简便,测定结果准确。     

高效液相色谱质谱联用法检测牛血液4种β-受体激动剂残留

建立检测牛血液样品中莱克多巴胺、克伦特罗、沙丁胺醇和马布特罗等4种β-兴奋剂类药物的高效液相色谱质谱联用方法(LC-MS/MS)。采用β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶对牛血液样品进行水解,采用pH 5.2的乙酸钠溶液对样品进行提取,通过固相萃取柱净化样品,浓缩提取物。在正离子模式下,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式对β-受体激动剂进行定性和定量分析,通过三个浓度水平(0.5μg/L、1.5μg/L、4.0μg/L)进行验证试验。所得样品回收率在95.4%~101.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.84%~8.56%。该方法具有简便、准确的优点,各项技术指标均符合国内外法规的要求,能够确证检测牛血液中β-受体激动剂类药物残留。
