在技术接受模型的基础上加入了认知可信度因子,由计划行为理论和改进的技术接受模型构造出整合技术接受模型,采用结构方程模型方法对影响消费者移动服务使用意愿的因素进行实证研究。研究结果显示,知觉有用性、知觉易用性、认知可信度、知觉行为控制和感知成本在解释行为意图时有正向显著影响,可解释67%的变异量。  相似文献

本研究从移动口碑信息接收者的视角,在理性行为理论、媒介依赖理论和信任理论基础上,构建消费者移动口碑接收意愿的影响模型。研究结果发现,信任对消费者移动口碑接收意愿具有显著的正向影响,并通过情感态度对消费者移动口碑接收意愿产生间接影响。手机依赖对消费者移动口碑接收意愿没有显著影响,但通过情感态度对消费者移动口碑接收意愿产生间接影响。  相似文献

手机作为一种新兴媒体的优势已经得到了广泛的认可,进入3G时代以后,用户接受程度将会取代技术成为制约手机广告业务大规模开展的主要瓶颈,本文以技术接受模型(TAM)为理论基础并对其进行了扩展,以全面分析影响我国消费者接受手机短信广告的关键因素,采用结构方程的方法(SEM)进行模型检验,研究结果发现感知有用性、感知易用性、主观规范和感知风险这四个因素都对消费者对待短信广告的态度有显著影响,消费者态度对其接受意愿的影响也通过了检验。  相似文献

依据技术接受模型等理论,构建在移动互联网环境的无线网站购物意向SEM模型,采用偏最小二乘(PLS)迭代算法对模型进行求解。研究结果表明,消费者通过无线网站购物的意愿比较低,我们可以通过改进移动终端能力,提高网络安全性能,保护个人隐私等措施来提高消费者在无线网站的购物意愿。  相似文献

通过移动终端营销以吸引消费者关注和购买成为市场竞争的新焦点,但目前缺乏针对移动营销影响消费者态度和意向的机制的研究。以App移动营销为例构建了消费者对移动营销的感知、消费者态度以及消费者意向的关系模型,并基于493份问卷调查数据采用结构方程分析方法对模型进行了检验,研究结果证实,为消费者使用App提供低风险以及便捷、娱乐、可靠和信息方面的超级体验会显著提升其通过App进行消费的态度,进而增进其通过App消费的意向。  相似文献

随着智能手机、掌上电脑等各类移动网络设备的普及,以及4G 技术、无线 WiFi 网络技术体系的全线升级,手机微商、移动商家、企业移动 app 终端经营平台迅猛发展,促进了移动商务这一全新的电子商务模式的发展。根据国内外有关消费和渠道选择行为的理论研究,提出评估指标,根据形成的评估指标设计调查问卷,再对调查问卷结果进行项目分析、因子分析、信度分析和效度分析等数据处理,然后运用 AMOS 结构方程模型构建消费者移动渠道选择行为影响因素评估模型,客观分析消费者渠道选择倾向性形成的原因,得出任务技术和情景匹配方式对消费者移动渠道偏好有显著影响的结论。  相似文献

Due to recent technological developments and widespread adoption of mobile handsets, the mobile medium has been transformed into an effective channel for brand communication. Short message service (SMS) advertising is the most primitive and widely used version of mobile marketing, yet the relevant literature still lacks consensus on how SMS ads influence consumer attitudes, and how this influence is generated. The present research aims to investigate how message relevance, the most important success factor of SMS advertising, is transformed into attitudinal reactions toward the advertised brand by introducing perceived intrusiveness and attitude toward the message as mediating variables into the relationship. The literature on marketing to Hispanics and the use of mobile-based marketing methods continues to grow. However, to our knowledge, no research has been published on Hispanic use and acceptance of mobile marketing channels; this research addresses that gap. The study investigates various aspects of mobile channel services including advertising among Hispanic-Americans and non-Hispanic-Americans. The results indicate significant differences between Hispanic-Americans and others in the usage of mobile services, satisfaction with mobile services, and attitudes toward mobile advertising, as well as within Hispanic-Americans based on their strength of ethnic identification. Near-field communication (NFC) is a technology with service applications that include location-based service, mobile payment, peer gaming, and targeted advertising. Using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model, this study explores the factors that affect consumer acceptance of mobile phones with built-in NFC capability. The results indicate that Effort Expectancy has a positive effect on Performance Expectancy. Also, Performance Expectancy and Social Influence have a positive effect on Attitude Toward Use of Technology, but Anxiety has a negative effect on it. Finally, Attitude Toward Use of Technology is more significant than Facilitating Conditions in affecting Behavioral Intention.  相似文献

This study tests five potential drivers underlying the acceptance of SMS advertising. After developing a scale to measure behavioral responses to SMS advertising, the relationships between the acceptance of SMS advertising, intention to receive SMS advertising and behavioral responses to SMS advertising are tested. A convenience sampling method was employed. Survey questionnaires were distributed across Western Australia. The return yielded 203 usable questionnaires from the respondents. Several factors emerge as significant drivers of acceptance of SMS advertising including utility of SMS advertisements, context of SMS advertisements and attitudes to advertising in general. Contrary to expectation, control over SMS advertisements did not emerge as a significant driver for acceptance of SMS advertising. Trust in advertisers and laws did not emerge as a significant driver of the acceptance of SMS advertising among Australian respondents. Advertisers who pursue consumer acceptance should strive to build utility and context considerations into their SMS campaigns. Future research opportunities include testing the drivers of SMS advertising to further investigate the impact of control and trust on acceptance of SMS advertising in other countries where the SMS advertising has not been explored yet.  相似文献

The advertising industry is increasingly using mobile technology to communicate and research. This paper examines the use of the short messaging service (SMS) on mobile phones to recruit samples for probability web and telephone surveys. The influence of topic salience, sponsor identity and repeated contacts on decision to participate in the survey is tested through an experimental design. Results indicated that sponsor identity and repeated contacts have an effect on decision to participate, but topic salience did not. The majority of respondents preferred the web survey alternative over telephone survey mode, and the main advantage of using SMS is the high speed of response. However, the method appears to elicit higher levels of participation from male and younger members of the population.  相似文献

Abstract

Adverting standardization has been widely discussed since 1990s. Recently, this discussion has been extended to mobile advertising. When it comes to adopt a standardization or localization strategy, it is important that marketers understand how mobile advertising is perceived in different markets. This study examines the impacts of four perceived values of mobile advertising on young Australian and Chinese consumers’ acceptance of mobile advertising. The findings suggest that perceived functional value have the most positive effect on mobile advertising acceptance, followed by credibility and interactivity value. Further analyses reveal that culture moderates the relationships between perceived values and advertising acceptance.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Although mobile payment (MP) represents a possibility for traditional brick-and-mortar US retailers to enhance the quality of customer service, mobile payment adoption in the US has lagged, with research regarding this phenomenon in the US seemingly in its embryonic stage. The current study contributes to the literature on mobile payment adoption in the US by investigating the factors on US millennial consumers’ use of mobile payment technology, operationalized in the study as tap-and-go payment systems. The study mirrors a study of the acceptance of mobile shopping technology among German consumers, with some extension. The study incorporated mobile payment risk perception, system trust, and socio-cultural influence into an extended technology acceptance model (TAM) to explore this issue. Results from a survey conducted among 357 US Millennials indicate that perceived ease of use of MP (PEOUMP); perceived usefulness (PUMP); and risk perception all influence attitude toward mobile payment (AttMP). System trust, socio-cultural influence, and AttMP all influence MP use intention. The paper discussed the limitations of the study and future research directions.  相似文献
