高职院校课程考试的公平与效率问题

本文选取高职院校课程考试作为研究对象，分析了高职院校课程考试中存在的公平和效率问题，提出高职院校课程考试不同于一般的选拔性的考试，针对课程考试的性质，考试效率应该放在第一、公平摆在第二的位置。

课程考试是高职院校教学工作的重要环节，是检验教学质量的主要手段之一。课程考试模式改革是高校教学改革的一个重要方面。积极开展课程考试模式改革，推进人才培养教育，提高教学质量，已成为新一轮高职教育教学改革的重要内容之一。该文对高职院校课程考试定位、考试管理、成绩认定标准等方面进行重新审视，提出高职课程考试改革的思路和方向。     

NIT理念下独立学院计算机基础课程改革探究

高校计算机基础教育经过多年的探索，积累了许多经验，取得了很大的成效。但学不能用、学不敷用和重理论、轻技能的现象还比较严重。本文在分析高校计算机基础课程教学中存在的主要问题的基础上，结合哈尔滨师范大学恒星学院几年来在计算机基础课的教学实践，探讨了从NIT理念出发，以任务驱动式教学为主，面向应用、实用的计算机基础课程的教学理念和方法。并结合NIT考试的特点，从考试方式、考试内容、创新能力考核等多方面提出了计算机基础考试的改革方法。     

会计案例解析方法

高级会计实务考试主要考核应试者运用会计、财务、税收等相关的理论知识、政策法规，对所提供的有关背景资料进行分析、判断和处理业务的综合能力。考试题型是案例分析方式。2004年和2005年均考八个案例；2006年从九个案例中选八个案例回答。其中会计案例占五至六个，财务管理案例约两个，会计法规案例一个。可见会计案例在该门课程的比重很大，掌握会计案例的分析方法，是能否通过该门课程的关键。这门课程不同于会计职称考试，更不同于注册会计师考试。本人参加了近三年高级会计实务考试的阅卷工作，在评阅试卷过程中，深切感受到考生对高级会计实务考试的命题方式、答题方法与技巧均未能很好地加以把握，答题不得要领。因此本文结合2006年的试题加以分析，指出其答题思路、步骤及其得分点，旨在帮助考生掌握答题方法。[编者按]
