本文首先通过溯源和梳理关于颠覆性创新的现有文献,基于进化、关系、时间和框架四种观点锚定、探索并延伸了颠覆性创新的概念内涵。然后根据现有案例佐证颠覆性创新理论关键的四个要素,明晰了颠覆性创新潜在的三种误解,从企业内部角度剖析颠覆性创新的应对方式并基于管理者视角探讨如何运用其潜在价值。最后得出研究结论。 相似文献

One of the parameters supporting an innovation-based economy in an age of technological development is the formation of business incubators. This study focuses on disruptive innovation and the support of a business incubator through network and institutional mediation. Relevant literature shows limited research in this area. This paper brings a deeper understanding of the influences of business incubation on disruptive innovation with an in-depth investigation into four participant companies. Using comparative case analysis, mediation similarities and differences were examined throughout the cases’ innovation identification, planning and development and implementation process. Four themes emerged: mediation influences the disruptive mind-set, interdisciplinary input, financial support and technology and business uncertainty. The findings extend the literature; provide practical guidance for incubator management and allocation of resources in disruptive innovation. 相似文献

Framing in business is frequently found in the digital economy with dramatic and innovative new products and disruptive value propositions. However, framing in business is not an exclusively digital economic strategy. Creating or revising frames of reference, value propositions, and pricing based on either new or newly framed offerings is a basic strategy skill that brings new differential value creation to customers and new price-setting models to firms. In this article, I define framing and explain its influence on managerial cognition as well as its application to value-based marketing and price setting. Using economic value theory and behavioral economics, I propose steps managers and decision makers can take in an effort to achieve framing innovation as a way to leverage the disruptive competitive advantages that flow from strategic frames of reference in the marketplace. 相似文献

This study uses an electronic commerce (E-commerce) innovation model to analyze the differences in technological knowledge, business model, and dynamic capability aspects used in Internet-enabled commerce (I-commerce) versus mobile commerce (M-commerce) versus ubiquitous commerce (U-commerce). The results indicate that the innovation from I-commerce to M-commerce is radical, leading to drastic changes in the business model. However, from M-commerce to U-commerce, disruptive changes occur in both technological and business model dimensions. A set of critical dynamic capabilities for each innovation is identified. These results provide great insight for practitioners and scholars for enhancing their understanding of E-commerce innovation, and provide guidelines to help practitioners adapt from one type of innovation to another. 相似文献

‘Blue Ocean Strategy’, one of the best seller books has received tremendous attention amongst scholars and practitioners. This paper first critically analyzes the conjectures presented in the book. Second, we investigate if means suggested by authors to create a blue ocean are applicable in emerging markets. Article further proposes that blue oceans can be created via radical innovation, disruptive innovation, frugal innovation, and purely differentiation strategy and focused differentiation strategy rather than only value innovation. Furthermore, we suggest that strategy canvas is applicable not only for value innovation but all types of innovation. We, thus extend the boundaries of sources of blue oceans. Fintech brings about a new paradigm in which information technology is driving innovation in the financial industry. Fintech is touted as a game changing, disruptive innovation capable of shaking up traditional financial markets. This article introduces a historical view of fintech and discusses the ecosystem of the fintech sector. We then discuss various fintech business models and investment types.
