通过层次分析法,结合定性分析与定量分析,研究影响南通农产品电子商务发展的主要因素得出:对农产品电子商务意识、采用平台交易、交易主体信息化水平、客户满意度、农产品物流、宣传推广、网络销售份额、农产品电子商务模式创新等因素对发展南通农产品电子商务影响较大。在此基础上,提出的建议是:培养交易主体开展电子商务的意识;政府引导支持农产品电子商务,拓展网络交易平台建设;加强对农产品电子商务交易主体的培训,培养南通农产品电子商务人才;坚持"客户至上"原则,提升客户满意度;创新南通农产品电子商务物流,并完善其体系;加大宣传推广力度,营造良好商业氛围,提升网络销售份额;创新南通农产品电子商务模式。     

房地产企业“全民营销”模式问题及对策

"全民营销"模式是否完美无缺?在移动互联背景下,近年来,"全民营销"模式在房地产企业的应用备受业界关注。对这种营销模式存在的问题展开分析,有利于房地产企业做出提升销售业绩的决策。通过对万科等国内多家代表性房地产企业"全民营销"模式在近三年的应用情况进行分析,发现"全民营销"模式在带来较好销售业绩的同时也伴生着营销成本提高、员工飞单、串单等诸多问题。解决问题的对策是加强营销成本预算及调整、加强行业规范及销售管理等。

辽宁庄河:“1945”模式破解农村垃圾治理难题

农村垃圾治理是农村人居环境整治提升的重点任务。辽宁省大连市庄河市探索“1945”农村生活垃圾长效治理模式,即由1家企业负责农村垃圾全程转运,9个固定和移动垃圾转运站承担乡镇垃圾压缩任务,在小城镇推行垃圾“四分法”,在村屯推行“五指分类法”。通过强化组织领导、层层压实任务、构建资金保障机制和长效运维机制、加大舆论宣传力度等举措推进“1945”模式,实现垃圾源头减量与终端处理、定期清理与日常保洁紧密结合,有效破解农村垃圾治理难题,为经济欠发达地区农村垃圾治理提供了可资借鉴的经验.     

完善监管机制 强化日常监管——全国工商系统食品安全监管座谈会发言摘编

8月23至24日,全国工商系统食品安全工作座谈会在黑龙江省哈尔滨市召开。会议的主要任务是总结去年福州会议以来食品安全监管工作,交流情况,研究和进一步安排当前和今后一个时期加强食品安全监管工作的措施和任务。国家工商总局副局长王东峰出席会议并发表讲话。他指出,各地按照总局下发的《2005年流通环节食品安全专项整治工作方案》的要求,集中力量开展食品安全专项整治工作,认真贯彻《工商行政管理所食品安全监督管理工作规范》,强化了食品市场的日常监管,流通环节食品安全形势总体好转。但是,流通环节食品的市场准入、交易和退出机制尚未全面形成,食品经营秩序不规范等问题在一些地方还比较突出,因此,各级工商部门要结合实际,全面贯彻落实全国工商局长会议精神,不断加大工作力度,创新监管方式,扎实有效地推进食品安全专项整治和食品市场监管工作。黑龙江、北京、江苏等地还作了大会经验交流。王东峰副局长指出,不断地创新是进一步加强食品安全监管工作的动力和源泉,各地要在现有的基础上,积极地探索,大胆地创新,特别要在监管的方式方法和手段上不断创新,在建立健全长效管理机制上不断创新,在强化工作责任、工作措施和抓落实上不断创新,在运用计算机建立和完善食品安全监管网络化上不断创新,逐步实现对食品安全的网上查询、网上发布、网上监管和网上指挥调动,提高食品安全监管的现代化水平。本专题刊发国家工商总局对十省市食品安全专项整治进行阶段检查情况的通报,上半年全国食品质量监测情况通报、十个食品安全典型案例,摘编了座谈会发言,荟萃各地食品安全监管工作的经验和做法,以为进一步加强食品安全监管工作学习借鉴。
