给厦门市皓晖花园业委会成员的一封信

作者在投稿函中写到：“随着不动产价格的普涨，我所住的厦门市皓晖花园二手房价格至少达到12500元，但是，住户的幸福感却不升反降。缘于自2004年建成以来，物业管理方面的缺失已累积到挑战住户的忍受底线（大多系低水平的问题，至少在邻近不少所谓的“百万豪宅区”里面带有相当大的普遍性），其原因不能完全归咎于物业公司，主要还是业委会主体长期缺位的问题。近悉皓晖花园第一届业委会即将于2007年9月29日下午6点召集第一次业主大会，我草拟了本函递送给每一位业委会委员，以期推动本社区的改善。同时，亦为抛砖引玉，以期引起相关人群共鸣，探讨高房价背景下业主基本权益的实现。”本刊尊重作者意愿并与读者共享其对社区的一片热忱，同时感谢厦门倪斌鹭法官的大义推荐。[编者按]     

局部组织RAS对动脉血压的作用

肾素—血管紧张素系统(RAS)分为循环血浆RAS与局部组织RAS两大类.局部组织RAS有其独立性,不依赖于血浆RAS.其作用机制是AⅡ促进内皮细胞合成与释放内皮素,它有很强烈的缩血管作用,向中枢内注射血管紧张素Ⅱ、可引起动脉血压升高,在自发性高血压大鼠的脑组织、心血管组织内AⅡ含量显著增加,但循环血浆内AⅡ增加不明显.     

注册会计师对第三人民事责任的理论研究

注册会计师对第三人民事责任是侵权领域的一个特殊问题,必须紧紧围绕注册会计师行业和社会公众的利益平衡,在侵权法的框架下重建注册会计师对第三人民事责任的基本归责原则,创建与第三人范围相对应的民事责任具体归责原则,确立比例责任为注册会计师民事责任的基本赔偿制度,构筑独立鉴定人名册制度、随机选任制度和鉴定人出庭作证制度合一的专家鉴定制度。     

嘉兴方言两字组连读变调的非线性分析

通过对嘉兴方言的音系分析,得出：嘉兴方言舒声调两字组有两类重音模式,即轻重型和重轻型。在轻重型重音模式下,后字的曲折调保持不变,前字的声调脱落。之后,脱落的声调与载调单位从左至右一一相连。在重轻型模式下,后字得到一个默认的低调。由此可见,嘉兴方言两字组连读变调和重音模式有着较为密切的关系。     

Coping with sales call anxiety: The role of sale perseverance and task concentration strategies

The authors study how salespeople cope with social anxiety during customer contacts and find that two tactics, sale perseverance and task concentration, ultimately reduce dysfunctional protective actions. Both coping tactics, however, are differentially moderated by strength of felt physiological sensations and strength of negative expectations and thoughts. Salespeople experiencing anxiety cognitions should distract themselves by concentrating on their task to free up their thinking in relation to the task at hand. Engaging in behaviors to modify the situation by persevering on the sale, on the other hand, occupies action space and should be the coping strategy of choice for those salespeople confronting physiological sensations in relation to felt anxiety. Hypotheses are tested on a sample of 171 salespersons. Bagozzi (bagozzi@umich.edu) is a professor of marketing in the Ross School of Business and a professor of social and administrative sciences in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Michigan. He received his PhD from Northwestern University. He conducts research on human emotions, the theory of action, goal setting and goal striving, and structural equation methods.

讨论了数论中的一个不定方程z2 -2y2 =-1与开特兰猜想 ,得到了不定方程z2 -2y2 =-1的一切非负整数解 yk=rk+akzk=2rk+ak其中ak+2rk=(3 +2 2 ) k 以及开特兰猜想的一种特殊情况 :方程 (n+1 ) n-nn +1=1 (n >1 )仅有一解。     

彰显学校特色是促进学校发展的关健——基于兰炼总校办学的思考

兰炼中小学总校的教学质量能否在移交后持续提高,波及面大,关注度高,须着力做好。文章认为,作为质量的载体兰炼中小学总校,应积极探索,研究影响教学质量的内外因素,尽量发挥已有管理优势,主动适应地方政府的管理。作为管理主体的地方政府,应求同存异,促成企业办学优势的发挥,以此为契机发展兰州的基础教育。     

“新冠肺炎”疫情对我国外贸和就业的冲击及纾困举措

“新冠肺炎”疫情对我国外贸和就业产生何种冲击?本文认为,此次疫情已给我国外贸和就业以及全球产业链和供应链带来严重不利的冲击,需要保持中国出口增长,以支撑进口和就业增长,平稳产业链。此次疫情下我国的内外部经贸环境更加严峻,与2003年“非典”时有着很大的不同。稳就业是当务之急,而稳外贸、稳外资是稳就业的关键支撑力。此次疫情加剧了我国巨量高校毕业生叠加农村城镇化大量人口的就业压力。纾困举措:(1)稳定出口市场维护全球供应链,发挥市场机制的有效配置作用;(2)遏制住疫情,运用财政和货币政策对企业减税降费、增加市场流动性,降低成本和扩大消费;(3)帮助企业有序复工复产,提升营商环境,通过稳外贸和稳外资提升就业;(4)大力提升贸易投资便利化和公共产品服务来支持企业开拓市场;(5)教育部可根据高校实际招生能级,授权其适度增加研究生招生比重来缓解毕业生集中就业压力。     

表面包覆Y（OH）3对BAM蓝色荧光粉性能的影响

采用化学共沉淀法对BaMgAl10O17：Eu2＋（BAM）粉体进行表面包膜处理，获得了表面均匀包覆Y（OH）。膜层的BAM荧光粉，并用SEM、XRD和粒度仪对其表面形貌、晶格结构性能进行了表征，用荧光光谱测试对荧光粉的发光性能进行了研究．结果表明：在BAM粉体表面均匀包覆Y（OH）3层后，BAM的晶格结构、发光性能没有改变，初始亮度较未包覆的荧光粉有所降低，经过相同条件的热处理后，包覆Y（OH）3荧光粉的亮度热衰减程度明显低于未包覆的荧光粉．     

杨子地台北缘中段中上元古界中金矿床成矿物理化学条件研究

通过对区内产于中上元古界中三类主要金矿床的矿物学、同位素地球化学和流体包裹体地球化学研究,本文分别给出了各类金矿床成矿流体的温度(T)、压力(P)、酸碱度(pH)、氧逸度(fo_2)、硫逸度(fs_2)、盐度ws、压力、密度(ρ)和流体的化学组成类型及各种组份的浓度。热力学计算表明:在成矿流体中金主要以硫金络合物的形式迁移,温度、压力、氧逸度和配体浓度的降低及pH的改变是引起金沉淀的主要因素。     

The adaptive consequences of pride in personal selling

This study examines the adaptive consequences of pride in personal selling and its self-regulation with colleagues and customers. Study 1 investigates the effects of experiencing pride, where two benefits were found. First, pride increases salespersons’ performance-related motivations. Specifically, it promotes the use of adaptive selling strategies, greater effort, and self-efficacy. Second, pride positively affects organizational citizenship behaviors. Study 2 takes an emotion-process point of view and compares excessive pride (hubris) with positive pride. The results show that salespeople are capable of self-regulating the expression of these emotions differently toward colleagues and customers via anticipated feelings of fear, shame, and regret. Salespeople, in other words, are affected by their emotions, but they also are capable of controlling them to their advantage.
