近年来,我国的高等职业艺术院校发展很快,每年都有很多的艺术设计专业毕业生走向社会并占有较大的市场需求量。但同时伴随而来的是职业艺术设计教育在人才培养模式中的弊端,日显峥嵘。比如思维定势、生源质量差、与实际脱节等问题等等,如何使设计教学模式上更加趋于合理?这涉及到设计教育体制问题,是一个庞大而复杂的工作,任重而道远。针对这些问题笔者提出了一些建议,例如社会调研;确定能力指标和技能指标;专业和课程的设计;教学方法的改善;师资队伍额的建设等方面进行改善等方面进行改善,从而使我国的艺术设计职业教育不断的向着更好的方向发展。  相似文献

Factor models have been applied extensively for forecasting when high‐dimensional datasets are available. In this case, the number of variables can be very large. For instance, usual dynamic factor models in central banks handle over 100 variables. However, there is a growing body of literature indicating that more variables do not necessarily lead to estimated factors with lower uncertainty or better forecasting results. This paper investigates the usefulness of partial least squares techniques that take into account the variable to be forecast when reducing the dimension of the problem from a large number of variables to a smaller number of factors. We propose different approaches of dynamic sparse partial least squares as a means of improving forecast efficiency by simultaneously taking into account the variable forecast while forming an informative subset of predictors, instead of using all the available ones to extract the factors. We use the well‐known Stock and Watson database to check the forecasting performance of our approach. The proposed dynamic sparse models show good performance in improving efficiency compared to widely used factor methods in macroeconomic forecasting. The appearance of strictly positive slack variables in DEA solutions causes well known computational and analytical problems studied by Olesen and Petersen (1996) and Green et al. (1996) under constant returns to scale. This paper discusses variable returns to scale and suggests the use of efficient facets (EFs) in the reference technology. It is found to give a lower bound of the efficiency scores. Most importantly, efficiency measured with respect to EFs—the EF based efficiency index—may decrease if additional variables are introduced but are disposed in production. Thus, units are penalized for disposal of incoming variables, and the EF based efficiency index captures the net efficiency of a unit. EF is found to be a useful tool also to search a suitable set of variables for efficiency measurement. Its use is demonstrated with Finnish university data and it is found to change the measured performance of the university sector quite significantly.  相似文献

This study investigates the relationship between human resource management (HRM) practices and organizational performance. Results based on a sample of 82 organizations from private and public sectors in Eritrea indicate that some of the practices have a significant impact on employee turnover, absenteeism, grievances and productivity. While compensation was the only independent variable found to be statistically significant in affecting grievances, employee selection had no effect across all performance measures. However, the study's results offer support for the assertion that investments in HRM practices results in better organizational performance.  相似文献

The relationship between chief executive officer (CEO) compensation and various organizational variables (i.e., size, length of tenure of the CEO, board composition and firm performance) has been explored in academic research. However, the relationship between CEO compensation and the firm's reputation based on the firm's commitment to the community and the environment has been relatively unexamined in the academic research. This study's purpose is to empirically examine this relationship using the Fortune Reputation Index as revised by Brown and Perry (1995) . Using a sample of 186 firms in 1990 and 188 firms in 1991, the relationships between CEO compensation and organization size, financial performance and environmental reputation are examined. The results of the study demonstrate that there is a strong relationship between CEO compensation and firm environmental reputation, firm size and firm financial performance. 采用2010—2014年沪深A股非金融保险类上市公司的数据对上市公司高管薪酬激励、内部控制有效性与公司业绩的关系进行实证检验,研究结果显示:高管薪酬激励程度越高,内部控制有效性越好;内部控制有效性、高管薪酬激励与公司业绩都存在显著的正相关关系;内部控制有效性是高管激励程度对公司业绩影响的中介变量,三者之间存在显著的局部中介效应,以控股权不同进行分组检验也证明了这一效应的存在。因此,上市公司在制定高管薪酬激励计划时应当考虑内部控制对薪酬激励效果的影响,为达到激励高管进而提升公司业绩的目的,需要建立与高管薪酬激励相配套的机制,完善上市公司内部控制制度。  相似文献

This paper focuses on the strategic design of expatriates' salaries. Unlike standard expatriation literature that assumes a lack of connection between strategy and international managers' compensation, we use the theoretical concepts from the international strategic management research to discuss how different international strategies affect the way expatriates are compensated. In this respect, the paper proposes a series of hypotheses on how expatriate compensation systems take shape according to the role that the expatriates may play in the internationalization process. The hypotheses refer to the type of incentives offered to encourage acceptance of the assignment, the type of criteria used to evaluate their performance and the reference unit used to establish variable compensation.  相似文献

In industry sectors where market prices for goods and services are unavailable, it is common to use estimated output and input distance functions to estimate rates of productivity change. It is also possible, but less common, to use estimated distance functions to estimate the normalised support (or efficient) prices of individual inputs and outputs. A problem that arises in the econometric estimation of these functions is that more than one variable in the estimating equation may be endogenous. In such cases, maximum likelihood estimation can lead to biased and inconsistent parameter estimates. To solve the problem, we use linear programming to construct a quantity index. The distance function is then written in the form of a conventional stochastic frontier model where the explanatory variables are unambiguously exogenous. We use this approach to estimate productivity indexes, measures of environmental change, levels of efficiency, and support prices for a sample of Australian public hospitals.  相似文献
