我国物流企业信息化发展思路探析

物流信息化是现代物流产业发展的核心，物流产业的升级必须依靠信息化来实现。本文分析了我国物流企业信息化发展现状，指出了主要存在的问题，并提出了我国不同类型的物流企业信息化发展的选择思路。     

关于企业物流模式与模式选择影响因素的探讨

企业物流模式包括自营模式、外包模式和混和模式等。针对企业内部生产运营各环节的物流作业，细分企业生产运作环节中的物流成本构成，认为物流模式选择要达到总物流成本最低的目标，这决定大多数企业选择的都是混和模式。影响物流模式选择的因素主要有规模经济与范围经济、资产专用性、交易商品重要性、交易频率以及不确定性等。这些因素共同决定了不同类型企业在物流模式谱系中的位置。     

第三方物流承运商的选择研究

第三方物流的理论探讨与实践发展，近些年在我国获得了快速的发展。物流承运商的选择，成为了采用第三方物流企业的重要决策之一，也被业界和管理研究者越来越重视。文中从企业采用第三方物流的原因入手，分析了物流承运商选择的必要性，对于物流承运商的选择标准和指标体系进行了探讨。     

基于模糊综合评判法的第三方物流服务商选择模型研究

本文通过分析物流外包战略，物流服务商类型，以及物流的成本及风险．构建一个关于选择第三方物流服务商的模型，并采用两级模糊综合评判法，结合选择模型从定量的角度分析给出综合的物流服务商选择的模型，为供应链中的成员选择物流服务商提供思路。

本文从介绍国际上广泛使用的三种逆向物流模式开始，分析比较了三者各自的优势和适用企业．然后阐述了企业选择逆向物流模式需要考虑的几个主要因素，提出了选择逆向物流模式时的一个决策方式。

基于美国期货市场的实践和学术界的相关研究,提出了期货市场操纵的定义,归纳了期货市场操纵的类型和手法。通过几个典型判例分析了美国在对期货市场操纵进行认定上的经验,并介绍了国外学术研究在市场操纵的判断依据和方法上的进展。在此基础上,得出了美国经验与国外学术研究对中国期货市场规范发展的启示。

本文根据笔者的实际学习心得和体会总结了关于选用变频器的一些方法和步骤,应注意的一些问题,并接下来讨论了如何控制变频器的干扰的一些常见方法。     

Working in the digitized economy: HRM theory & practice

In our introduction to this special issue on the gig economy, we provide some context to how and why this phenomenon should be studied, with a particular emphasis on Human Resource Management. We then describe the four articles that comprise the special issue, and we note some common themes. Our introduction concludes with some suggestions for future research on the gig economy.

Some results on residual entropy function

Ebrahimi and Pellerey (1995) and Ebrahimi (1996) proposed the Shannon residual entropy function as a useful dynamic measure of uncertainty. They studied the characterization problem from the residual entropy. They also used this function to define a stochastic order and two classes of distributions, DURL and IURL. In this paper, we obtain some new results on this function and we correct some mistakes in the preceding literature.Supported by Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnologia under grant BFM2000-0362Acknowledgements. Accounting in Transitional and Emerging Market Economies

The aim of this introduction is to discuss some of the challenges and problems faced by researchers who are interested in conducting research in transitional and emerging market economies and to highlight some of the key attributes and characteristics of these economies. The papers contained in this Special Section are introduced by way of providing a brief overview of their contributions and identifying other important areas that future researchers might wish to pursue.

This Special Section of European Accounting Review is devoted to publishing papers on various accounting issues in transitional and emerging market economies. In this introduction, we aim to set the scene for the papers contained in this Special Section, to highlight some of the key attributes and characteristics of transitional and emerging market economies, to provide a brief overview of the contributions published here and finally to identify some other important areas that future researchers might wish to pursue.     

Do forecasters target first or later releases of national accounts data?

We consider whether it is possible to determine if macro forecasters are attempting to forecast first estimates of data, or revised estimates. Our approach requires that data revisions are predictable prior to the first estimate being released. There is some evidence that this condition is met for some series, and that some forecasters put some weight on later estimates for consumers’ expenditure and the GDP deflator.

Working the Socio-Natural Relations of the Urban Waterscape in South Africa

In this article I seek to bring together recent work on ‘the production of nature’ with feminist standpoint theories. I do this in order to explore some of the potentials for democratic change in the South African city of Durban. In spite of the shared methodological assumptions of the two bodies of work, there has been little effort to develop a dialogue. In initiating this, I begin by outlining some of the theoretical foundations underlying the two theories. Then I go on to suggest some of the ways in which a relational approach to urban environments sheds light upon the politics of water service provision in Durban. From this, I suggest that a feminist standpoint approach might open up different possibilities for democratic change. However, I argue that this should begin not from a romantic view of some untainted or non-reified consciousness of the socio-natural but rather from the situated knowledges that emerge from the struggle to survive in a world defined by both capitalist and non-capitalist social relationships.
