浙江省高校大学生价值观评价体系的初步构建

大学生价值观教育是高校思想政治教育中的重要环节.构建合理的大学生价值观评价体系是目前大学生价值观教育和研究中亟待解决的问题,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义.本研究通过小范围开放式问卷调查确定价值观调查维度,并通过对大学生的实证调查初步编制了浙江省大学生价值观评价的调查问卷.结果表明:大学生价值观可以分类为:公德、政治、经济、法律、学习、职业、生活、婚恋、自我九个维度.所编问卷具有较好的信效度,可以作为高校思政教师研究大学生价值观的测评工具.     

论新加坡思想政治教育对中国的启迪

新加坡是一个以国民思想道德素质高而闻名世界的亚洲小国,新加坡特别重视对世界观、价值观的研究和培养。能不能形成正确的世界观、价值观,直接关系到大学生的健康成长与成才,新加坡高校对大学生世界观价值观的教育独具特色,对中国高校进行思想政治教育有重要的启迪。     

云南省大学生就业价值观的调查研究

依据以往研究及访谈结果,将大学生就业价值取向分为十个维度。通过对云南部分高校的262名本科大学生的就业价值观进行调查研究,用SPSS统计方法分析出大学生就业价值观的"四化"取向,并提出相关建议,有较强的参考意义。     

价值观多元化国内研究现状的文献调查分析

为了使研究者了解价值观多元化的国内研究现状以及研究存在的主要问题,进而促进对价值观多元化的研究,笔者运用文献调查法,从论文发表数量的年代分布、作者的地区分布、研究内容3个方面来分析价值观多元化现有的研究成果。     

大学生文化价值观及其班级旅游研究

文化价值观是一群人认为有益的、正确的或有价值的信条或特点。这是一个受年代作用的概念,在不同的年代有着不同的价值,而价值观的确立,属于自然人本身的认可和衡量,一个人经历的年代不同,价值观也不相同,文化价值观也是一样。本文对青少年旅游者(尤其是大学生)的文化价值观进行定性探讨,在此基础上对大学生班级旅游情况进行调查分析,在大学生文化价值观基础上开展的大学生班级旅游这个市场的现状、特色、问题等方面的研究。     

价值观与继续教育消费者行为意向

文章采用价值观作为影响参加继续教育进修行为的深层次因素,检验个人价值观与成年人参加继续教育进修行为意向的关联.以成年人为研究的对象,对于调查所得数据进行探索性因子分析和描述性分析,探讨有意向参加继续教育进修的成年人所重视的价值观.     

注册会计师工作价值观对离职倾向的影响——基于工作嵌入的中介

文章以我国东部沿海会计师事务所的注册会计师为研究对象,探讨了该群体工作价值观对其离职倾向的影响机制,以及工作嵌入在其中起到的中介作用。通过对334份有效调查问卷分析发现:工作价值观是影响注册会计师离职倾向的重要前因变量,且不同维度的工作价值观,对离职倾向的影响存在差异性;工作价值观的不同维度对工作嵌入的影响存在差异性;工作嵌入在工作价值观和离职倾向之间起到完全中介作用。研究结论可完善工作价值观的研究领域,也丰富了我国企业员工工作价值观理论研究成果。     

80后大学生看重什么？——以广东重点大学本科生工作价值观调查为例

工作价值观对大学生的择业决策起着重要的引导作用,本文通过对广东重点大学本科生工作价值观的调查研究,分析了当代大学生工作价值观的总体特征,指出大学生应及时调整自己,确立合理的择业期望值,并对高校的价值现教育及企业的招聘和管理提出了几条建议.     

大学生社会化媒体使用情况调查研究--以辽宁省大学生例

为了了解大学生对社会化媒体的接触情况以及社会化媒体对大学生群体产生的影响,本研究小组对辽宁省四所高校大学生的社会化媒体使用情况进行调查。通过调查发现,大学生对社会化媒体的依赖程度过高,并且容易受到社会化媒体的影响,这些影响主要体现在大学生的人生观和价值观上。     

中外企业价值观对比分析——基于hofstede文化模型

企业价值观是企业文化的重要组成部分,健全的、可行性较高的企业价值观体系能够促进企业的正常运行。现有关于企业价值观的研究鲜有对定量数据的分析比对。本研究基于hofstede文化模型,收集三年来世界500强企业数据资料,通过纵深式定量分析,展现我国企业价值观建设现状,对比中外优秀企业价值取向差异,为我国企业核心价值体系的构建和完善提供依据,为企业文化创新提供参考。     

为时尚产品选择合适的供应链战略

将供应链战略的选择研究聚焦于一个特殊产品类别——时尚产品,通过研究其特点和传统供应链所面临的挑战,总结出最适合它的供应链战略。同时,由一个实际案例,即一个成功的时尚产品提供商的供应链战略以及它的运作方式,进一步论证了前面提出的理论。     

基于建构主义的工商管理案例教学方法论

在建构主义学习理论的指导下，本文提出了完整的工商管理硕士（MBA）案例教学模式，设计了知识主题设定、案例情境创建、案例问题确定、自主学习、协作学习和学习效果评价六个MBA案例教学步骤，提升了案例教学的理论性和系统性。本文提出的集例教学过程也可为其他学科提升案例教学质量提供参考。

本文就道路的横断面设计进行研究,并根据不同道路的使用性质和需求,分别阐述笔者认为的每种道路横断面的设计参数及设计要点。     

机构投资者羊群行为动因分析——2009年数据实证

羊群行为作为机构投资者的一种普遍非理性行为,对我国的股票市场产生重大影响。羊群行为对短期股价波动会产生较大的影响,同时在一定程度上破坏股价的长期稳定。本文首先对羊群行为进行界定,然后旨在通过数据对证券投资基金的羊群行为进行实证,并分析其主要动因,最后针对其成因提出弱化机构投资者羊群行为的措施。     

Occupational Careers and Longitudinal Data: Tools and Perspectives of Research

Over the last years, the start of an increasing number of longitudinal researches and the development of suitable techniques of analysis have made possible the study of an increasing number of questions about social mobility and individual careers. Yet there is not just one way to face the study of careers. For the richness of the information they contain, longitudinal data offer the possibility to carry out different types of analysis according to the different questions of research. In this article four different approaches to the study of work-life careers will be introduced. The objective is twofold. On one hand, the study intends to offer a brief introduction to the most recent and sophisticated techniques that can be used for the analysis of careers. On the other hand, the article aims to point out the theoretical contribution that each technique can give to the debate on social mobility. The main potentialities and limits of the techniques will be stressed too.The techniques introduced in this article represent a fruitful approach for the study of work-life histories and occupational careers. Nevertheless they can be used for the analysis of all kinds of social careers.     

Business creation by immigrant entrepreneurs in the valencian community. The influence of education

The authors analyse the level of education and the attitude to education of immigrant entrepreneurs in relation to enterprise activity, the reasons for setting up businesses and the creation process. The main objective of this article is to discover the most important characteristics of immigrant entrepreneurs in the Valencian Community. In particular, it attempts to explain the influence of education on the setting up of businesses. To do so, 326 questionnaires have been analysed to undertake a study of the various immigrant communities in the Valencian Community that identify said factors. The hypothesis we put forward in this article is an attempt at relating the attitude to education of immigrant entrepreneurs, and its relation to business activity, the motivation for setting up businesses and the process for said business creation. As the most outstanding result, this article shows that the level of education of an entrepreneur is the factor on which the majority of business activity will depend. There is no factor of this personal dimension that relates to most aspects of motivation and business process. The study focuses on a particular geographical area. Consequently, the study helps to understand business activity by non-national entrepreneurs in a globalized economy and adds value to public policies for fostering business.

本文以福建省为研究对象,通过建立FDI技术溢出效用以及技术溢出与技术差距的计量模型,以期验证技术溢出与技术差距之间的关系,并尝试给出政策建议。     

The Performance of a Project Life Cycle Methodology in Practice

In a deliberate attempt to shift the analytical focus away from critical examination of the underlying ideological assumptions of project management standards, this study focuses on the performativity of a specific project life cycle methodology. Through a case study, the article analyzes the effects and usages of the methodology in practice. This article proposes to think of project methodologies as fluid objects, creating shifting and adaptable relationships between methodology and practice.

近年来,城市中未就业的女性数量呈现上升趋势。针对这一现象,在对石家庄市39位全职太太访谈的基础上,分析了全职太太产生的社会结构背景及这一群体对家庭角色的认知。通过对家庭中夫妻互动过程的考察,在微观层次上分析了全职太太家庭的性别秩序。
