后开发景区的成长性反映了景区的成长质量和可持续发展潜力.后开发景区的自身特性和旅游生命周期理论适用条件,决定了不适宜用旅游生命周期理论测度后开发景区的成长性.科学的方法是从旅游区域空间的角度测度后开发景区与区域内别的景区的相对等级地位变化,从旅游市场的角度测度其在旅游市场空间中的市场发育度,通过后开发景区的相对等级地位和市场发育度在两个空间中的各自变化来判定后开发景区的成长性.本文从旅游区域空间、旅游市场空间和时间等三维角度出发,建立了测度后开发景区成长性的研究模型,并运用此方法对河南焦作云台山景区的成长性进行了研究,结果显示云台山景区的成长性良好.  相似文献

山西省旅游业从起步到现在虽然取得了较为明显的成果,但是,相对全国来说差距仍然十分显著。该文利用旅游人数、旅游收入等指标对近年来山西省11个地市之间的旅游业发展差异进行动态分析,进而明确了全省旅游业发展的空间趋势:(1)从地市层次上看,游客趋向在空间上有分散化的趋势。(2)从全省总体空间格局看,晋北旅游区地位在下降,晋东南旅游区地位在上升;新型的、有特色的旅游景区比传统旅游景区增长速度较快。从而对山西省旅游业的发展提出一点建议,即旅游部门应顺应旅游业发展的空间趋势,有针对性地开发旅游市场,并相应地在开发建设时注意旅游产品的开发方向。  相似文献

鄂尔多斯拥有两个5A级旅游景区,分别是成吉思汗陵旅游区和响沙湾旅游景区,本文以成吉思汗陵旅游区为例,通过问卷调查和因子分析法对28项指标分析其游客满意度,调查结果显示,游客对景区的景区特色,服务理念等方面满意度较低,因此本文建议扬长避短,补齐短板等建议。  相似文献

社区是居民经营生产的主要场所,社区条件影响人们的行为决策,本研究利用CFPS2014-16年的数据,采用Logistic回归模型,在控制个人特征及家庭特征的前提下,探究风景旅游区社区的异质性因素对景区男、女性居民劳动参与的影响。研究结果表明:风景旅游区社区的经济水平正影响居民劳动参与,但居民间贫富差距过大会抑制区域整体劳动参与率的提升,女性更易成为弱势群体在景区旅游发展中被挤出劳动力市场。村居的交通条件并不会直接影响景区居民劳动参与。因此要根据社区条件,因地施策,充分发挥景区资源优势,释放劳动力潜力。  相似文献

区域旅游线路的复杂网络特征——以福建省为例   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
区域旅游线路呈现出的空间几何特征及其地理拓扑关系可以运用复杂网络工具进行剖析。该研究在国内外相关研究的基础上,以福建省为例,分别对省内出发和省外出发两种不同空间尺度的旅游线路进行定量分析,利用从出发地到各个旅游目的地形成的地理拓扑关系建构区域旅游网络,在此基础上从空间平均距离、形态指数、点度分布、中间性、匹配性、鲁棒性等统计量来分析旅游线路的空间网络结构。研究表明,多重区域旅游线路组合形成的网络整体上呈现出无标度网络特征,知名旅游目的地在网络中占据着核心位置;区域旅游线路的空间网络结构反映出福建省各旅游目的地的跨区合作已初见端倪,但仍需要深化推行产业集群区的跨区域合作经营;从点度的分布方面,省内旅游市场中的旅游线路在空间尺度上对旅游目的地的覆盖范围更加广泛,且各目的地的点度分布较为均衡,而省外旅游市场则仍需要继续与区域旅游的非核心目的地进行深度整合。  相似文献

In its specific concern with route-based itineraries, this paper examines the complex tensions and conflicts that ensue from the marketing of cultural artefacts as tourism commodities. The paper analyses the characteristics and trends of the contemporary utilization of the medieval pilgrimage routes to the Galician shrine of Santiago de Compostela and distinguishes between the differing tourist sub-markets and their contrasting motivations in consuming this heritage complex. This discussion is linked with an assessment of the more subtle modifications of religious meaning by tourism activity, which pose particular problems in formulating strategies to promote this form of cultural itinerary. In proposing a synthetic model that combines the conflicting motivations and demands of pilgrims and tourists, the paper points to the need for critical awareness among those whose brief and interest lie in sustaining the integrity of route-based cultural tourism.  相似文献

Urban tourism is a worldwide form of tourism and is one of the most important social and economic impetus for urban development. The urban tourism market has been increasingly dominated by the demand for personalized experiences. Accordingly, this study aims to design personalized itineraries with hotel selection for multi-day urban tourists. A two-level heuristic approach is proposed, which embeds genetic algorithm, variable neighborhood search, and differential evolution algorithm into the structure of memetic algorithm. A case study in Xiamen, a coastal city in Southeast China, is carried out to evaluate the performance of our approach. Results of paired sample t-tests show that our proposed approach is remarkably superior to existing methods. In addition, compared with previous methods, our approach can design more reasonable and personalized itineraries for tourists.  相似文献

The fast development of machine learning and artificial intelligence has led to a great improvement of the smart tourism recommendation system, however many problems associated with the choice of transport modes in city tourism have yet to be solved. This research attempts to address this issue by proposing a model of customized day itineraries with consideration of transport mode choice. With improved particle swarm optimization and differential evolution algorithm, a nondominated sorting heuristic approach was devised. A case study was carried out in Chengdu, China to examine the performance of our approach. The results show that compared with extant methods, our approach achieves better performance. In addition, our approach can create more sensible, multifarious, and customized itineraries than previous methods. Tourism organizations and mobile map app providers could integrate our proposed model into their existing smart service systems, as part of their e-business or digital strategy for enhancing tourist experience.  相似文献

This study explores the motivations and perceptions of Chinese medical tourists visiting Taiwan regarding the quality of tourism packages and the medical services consumed. Knowing the factors that motivate medical tourists and their quality demands for tourism operators and medical institutions is important for medical tourism planners to develop and organize services that serve their customers. It is common in tourism and leisure literature to define and approach tourism subgroups in terms of the presence of the tourists in certain spaces. This approach is challenged in the present paper. It is argued that the understanding of heritage tourism should be based on the link between the individual and the space, namely tourist perceptions of a site relative to their own heritage. Based on a study dealing with visitation patterns to places where historic artefacts are presented, it is suggested that tourist perception is key to the understanding of visitation patterns. It is not so much the artefacts the tourists see or observe, but the meaning they ascribe to them. The theoretical implications of this argument are discussed in terms of tourism in general and heritage tourism in particular, as well as the practical applications to cultural heritage management.  相似文献

Rural retailers in tourism communities face unique problems. This paper focuses of those problems and some potential solutions. It is based on data collected in three states, all with a strong tourism economic base: Michigan, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Within those states communities which derived their major economic support from tourism were selected. Data were collected through focus group interviews. 在梳理旅游规划发展历史阶段的基础上,对传统旅游空间规划缺乏对旅游者个体的关注和忽视"时间性"等问题提出了批判,进而在明确旅游时间规划价值导向和逻辑起点的基础上,提出了旅游时间规划的概念模型;详细分析了时间地理学、认知供给理论和旅游者行为学作为基础理论的支撑作用,系统地提出旅游时间规划的时空统一观、时空资源观和时空产品观,并通过理论推导旅游时间规划的概念模型,构建了旅游时间规划的内容体系。最后,研究强调了"旅游时间规划"在旅游产业发展阶段和提升阶段的实践意义,明确旅游时间规划是传统旅游空间规划的补充和修正,而不是与传统规划割裂开来的另外一种规划系统。  相似文献
