中国药品研发专利激励制度研究——基于《专利法》第四次修订

通过分析2020年专利法第四次修订内容,发现此次修订在专利制度上作出大幅度调整.其中有关药品专利激励制度新增了专利链接制度、药品专利期补偿制度,这对于激励新药研发具有重要的意义.但现有制度若想实现制度效率最大化,仍要解决配套制度问题,以及对于制度本身所涉概念内涵需要明晰.在制度效率理论指导下,从专利链接配套制度完善、专利信息登记平台搭建、三部门链接等角度为制度落实与效率提升问题提出对策建议.     

兴起阶段中国机构投资者的发展战略思考

中国机构投资者发展历史短暂，虽已经初具规模，但结构失衡、参与公司治理动力不足、多种治理手段缺乏、操作不规范等问题频繁出现。因此，中国机构投资者的发展还需要设计更好的市场发展战略、公司治理战略、监管战略以推动其可持续发展。     

Would you forgive Kristen Stewart or Tiger Woods or maybe Lance Armstrong? Exploring consumers’ forgiveness of celebrities’ transgressions

Employing a qualitative approach, within the context of Generation Y consumers, this research investigates the internal justification processes used by consumers contemplating to forgive a celebrity who has transgressed society’s norms of acceptable behaviour. A thematic analysis of data from in-depth interviews identified nine emergent categories, grouped into four themes or core drivers: celebrity-related drivers, consumer-related drivers, context-related drivers and time-related drivers. The findings show that although there is generally no personal relationship between consumers and celebrities, consumers tend to bond with celebrities in para-social relationships. Many consumers see these relationships as similar to how they connect with friends thus leading them to show forgiveness tendencies towards a celebrity comparable to forgiving friends. The paper presents a conceptual framework highlighting the consumer’s forgiveness justification process.     

Semiparametric versus parametric hedonic wine price models: an empirical investigation

In this article, we conduct formal statistical tests to compare a semiparametric hedonic wine price model with its parametric counterpart using a Canadian data set. The relevant test results turn out to be overwhelmingly in favour of the semiparametric specification. The estimated semiparametric model also provides clear evidence of nonlinearity between wine prices and quality when other wine attributes are controlled for.     

浅谈人事档案在现今企业中的重要性

本文通过阐述人事档案的特点,结合笔者自身的工作经历,研究分析人事档案的重要性,同时提出相应的政策建议,进而为人事档案管理提供参考依据。     

洗钱行为的现状及其法律应对

目前,洗钱行为呈上游犯罪高发、可疑交易规模扩大、金融体系被利用的风险增强等趋势。洗钱行为的治理,资金监管是关键,刑法应对是保障。司法认定中,应恪守以下原则：一是洗钱罪的主体不包括上游犯罪人;二是上游犯罪分子将违法所得及其产生的收益赠与他人,接受人应认定为窝藏毒赃罪;三是洗钱罪与其他犯罪的界限应从犯罪的构成要件上去把握。     

生产性服务贸易进口技术复杂度与经济增长

本文选取40个有代表性的国家,借助动态面板数据进行实证研究。结果表明:生产性服务的进口复杂度能够显著拉动进口国经济增长,这一结果非常稳健;各国进口更多高技术密集型金融、保险和专利及特许费服务对该国经济增长是有利的;货物贸易进口依存度的上升反而不利于一国经济增长或影响效应不显著;作为后工业社会吸收劳动力最多的行业,服务业劳动力的增加有利于实现一国经济增长。在总结全文的基础上提出了创新性的政策建议。     

Environmental Management Practices of Hotels in Malaysia: Stakeholder Perspective

This article described the level of hotel participation in environmental management practices (EMPs) in Malaysia. It aimed to identify the level of stakeholder influence on EMP participation and whether EMPs contribute to overall hotel performance. To achieve these objectives, stakeholder theory was selected as the theoretical basis to explicate the proposed hypotheses. The analysis showed that stakeholder influence and the level of participation in EMPs among Malaysian hotels are only at a moderate stage. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

农业转移人口市民化的影响因素分析

加快推进农业转移人口市民化是贯彻落实十九大新发展理念、实现城镇化与工业化同步发展的重要举措。文章选取2001—2018年成都市城镇化的相关数据,建立时间序列模型,运用STATA统计分析工具实证研究了成都市农业转移人口市民化的影响因素。研究发现,保障性住房投资发展速度和比上年末增加的城镇从业人员数量对成都市农业转移人口市民化的影响最为显著,比上年末增加的常住人口数量和年末建筑企业数量的影响次之,而城乡居民家庭人均可支配收入差值的影响较小。文章提出可通过加快户籍制度改革、完善住房保障体系、健全基础教育体制、加大就业技能培训等途径,有序加快成都市农业转移人口市民化推进进程,全面提升成都市新型城镇化的质量和水平。
