The Analysis of U.S. Deposit Insurance System and the Enlightenment to China

U.S. deposit insurance system has important and deep influence on the building and operating of the deposit insurance system for many countries in the world. Based on the analysis of the development stage and status quo of the U.S. deposit insurance system, this paper suggests that China should learn from the experience of U.S. deposit insurance system, to build and perfect the laws of deposit insurance system, and the mandatory, the scope, the insurance premium, and the top insurance amount of the deposit insurance system should be stated, and the deposit insurance agencies should maintain their independence and restrain the moral hazard. Only in that way can the deposit insurance system of China be built and perfected.     

Empirical analysis on TFP change in Chinese logistics industry： A nonparametric Malmquist index approach

Through a nonparametric Malmquist index approach, this paper analyzes the total factor productivity change in China＇s logistics industry with panel data of logistics listed corporation from 1999 to 2006, which decomposed into technical efficiency and technical progress. The result shows： （1） The average growth rate of Chinese logistics corporations from 1999 to 2006 is 0.4%, which is mainly due to the improvement of technical efficiency; （2） Technical progress which took the negative effect of the decline could not be neglected; （3） The role of technical efficiency and technical progress are different with time varying.     

Analysis of the Effect and Mode of Strategy Integration of the Enterprise M＆A

Merger is a kind of strategic behavior of seeking long-term development. A new enterprise coming from merger is different from the one that come into existence. The strategy of new enterprise formed from merger is constituted through the integration of the strategy for each side. Strategy integration is the guide for the integration of other elements after merger, the way for enterprises to adapt the change of environment and the warranty for the enterprises to achieve strategy synergistic effect. Strategy integration of the merging-enterprises can be realized through several steps： preparation for strategy integration, readjustment to strategy, reorientation of the enterprise and effective communication with target enterprise in the course of carrying out the strategy.     

Mode and Method of HRM Specialty Training Based on Net-tech

The specialty training should emphasize particularly self-study ability and practice innovation ability. In this paper, we aim at building an effective method of specialty training of human resource management by Internet. With anglicizing the characteristics of specialty training in E-era, we build HRM information platform, which is the most effective and essential. Furthermore, we set up the frame and content of this kind of platform. The application of this method is an important component of the open-mode of higher education. In conclusion, we state that the method put in practice rest on open education culture.

Does the Domestic Value Added Induced by China＇s Exports Really Belong to China？

Since 2001, the exports of foreign‐invested enterprises (FIEs) have accounted for more than 50 percent of China's total exports. As foreign capital occupies a high proportion of the total capital of FIEs, most FIEs' capital gains are foreign factor income. Although these gains are calculated as a part of China's GDP, they do not belong to China's national income. To determine the real contribution of exports to China's welfare, the present paper analyses the impact of exports on China's national income using a non‐competitive input–output model capturing processing trade. The results show that every US$1000 of China's exports generates US$506.8 of national income. The real contribution of exports to China's welfare is much smaller than what we expected. This suggests that China should endeavor to improve the gains from international markets or find another engine to maintain its economic growth.     

Analysis on regional disparity of economic development in China based on DEA

The economy of China has been developing fast after the beginning of the new century, but the 31 provinces or municipalities （excluding Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao） develop disparately. So, finding an appropriate way to analyze and compare the economic situations of various regions is of great significance for the balanced development of the east coastal area and the hinterland. With the DEA method, on the basis of regionalism, this paper analyzes various regions of China, and gets the conclusion that the effective proportion of DEA of the coastal developed areas is relatively higher, and the extremely tittle foreign investment makes the relative efficiency of DEA of frontier areas pretty high. In addition, through the analysis parameters of the regions where DEA is relatively ineffective, this paper points out that the surplus labor force is the most influential factor, and the spare foreign investment is the main reason for the lack of efficiency of relatively developed regions.     

从技术经纪看技术和技术商品的分类

本从技术经纪的角度，探讨了技术与技术商品的分类问题，对于促进我国技术商品化、技术经纪业等发展具有重要的现实意义。
