Egypt Aiming at Attracting Investment from China

Jointly with China Economic ＆ Trade Counselor Office in Egypt, the General Authority for Investment （GAFI） and the General Authority for Special Economic Zone North-West Gulf of Suez （SEZone） held China-Africa Development Fund Conference in Cairo, Egypt on March 16, 2009. The Minister of Investment Egypt Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin, Chinese Ambassador to Egypt Mr. Wu Chunhua, Chairman of GAFI and SEZone Mr. Assem Ragab, Vice President of China-Africa Development Fund Mr. Lu Qingchen, Economic and Trade Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Egypt Mr. Cao Jiachang, as well as over 100 Chinese/Egyptian businessmen attended the conference.

Despite economic downturn,China's domestic markets continue to scale up low carbon technology.A new report that was released in Beijing in August by the Climate Group shows that in an incredibly short time China has taken the lcad in the race to develop and commercialize a range of low carbon technologies.On the back of ambitious government policies and a new breed of entrepreneurs,Chinese businesses are amongst the top producers of electric vehicles,wind turbines,solar panels and energy efficient appliances.

会展业和会展经济在我国发展迅速,学术界对会展的关注程度也日渐升温。在对会展的内涵与外延、会展业的基本内涵进行分析的基础上,提出发展会展事业对提高城市竞争力的重要意义。以中国当前的地区经济发展现状和会展产业发展的内在规律为基础,从前瞻的视角提出一些政策建议,作为现阶段中国发展会展中心城市的战略思路。     

To Expand Beneficial Cooperation in Agriculture and Finance with Pakistan

At the invitation of the Chinese government, Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari visited .China from February 20 to 23. This was his second China visit after he paid his first visit to China in mid-October last year. As the introduction from Ambassador Khan on February 13, this time the President didn＇t visit Beijing, but chose three stops： Shanghai and two cities in Hubei Province, Wuhan and Yichang. His tour focused on expanding mutually beneficial cooperation in agriculture and finance, for instance between the two sides in hybrid seed and water conservancy.     

中国拥有知名品牌的战略意义和政策取向

随着中国经济发展阶段的变化,品牌消费的时代已经到来,市场竞争的焦点正在由单一的产品价格竞争转向包括质量、技术、服务、诚信、文化等在内的品牌竞争。拥有知名品牌是中央的战略要求和“十一五”发展的重要目标,这对增强自主创新能力和提高国际竞争力等具有重要意义。改革开放20多年来,中国自主品牌没有与中国经济一同发展起来,或许是中国发展的最大缺憾之一。中国要走品牌发展之路,打造品牌大国乃至品牌强国,必须形成统一有效、覆盖全国的品牌战略工作机制和政策支持体系。     

整合营销传播理论在我国休闲业中的应用研究

由于休闲产业极易受其消费者无形的不可量化的因素的影响,当前休闲产业中所使用4Ps和4Cs等传统营销理论已难以适应休闲业急速发展的需求。本文借用整合营销传播理论的理念,从休闲产品合理定位、口径一致的品牌形象塑造,休闲产业社会营销等方面研究了休闲业整合营销传播策略的实施。     

The investment of human capital of peasant household and the growth of farmers’ income

Based on an analysis of some theories, this paper studies the relationships among rural household investments and their interaction with farmer income increase empirically by the data of 1983-2005. The findings are: (1) Health investment makes against the growth of farmer, human capital investments for other types, besides, it can not satisfy the needs of farmer. (2) Although migration investment is useful to the growth of farmer income, education and health investment, its effects is time lagged. (3) Education investment has the biggest effects on the growth of farmer income; besides, it also reduces the cost of migration. However, this reduction is a bit small. Finally, some brief suggestions are put forward based on the analysis.     

风险投资有限合伙制激励约束机制研究

有限合伙制对发展风险投资有着重要的金融经济价值,是我国风险投资事业发展的一个前进方向。对有限合伙制中基金与管理人、项目遴选、项目经理人、投资对象和有关专家聘用等五个方面的激励与约束机制进行分析,结果表明,有限合伙制的利益激励与风险约束相对称,构成了风险投资系统的两个方面,二者共同作用保证了风险投资收益的可靠性。现阶段,我国发展有限合伙制,就激励与约束机制而言,应尽快完善有限合伙制的相关法律体系。     

开放经济条件下的中国经济周期波动特征

我国经济增长的稳定性和持续性较好,与发达工业化国家经济动态的联系相对较为紧密,体现在这些国家的实体经济和金融波动对我国经济具有明显的外溢效应,其中金融波动的冲击较为显著。我国经济动态主要取决于自身内部因素,呈现出较明显的独立性和特异性,世界经济波动对我国经济动态尤其是对消费增长动态的影响较小,而发达工业化国家经济波动对我国投资增长动态的影响相对较大。
