我国房地产周期波动与宏观经济关系分析

一、房地产业的经济周期世界各国的经济发展历程均表明,在经济总量增加的过程中,由于不同时段的增长速度或者增长率总存在着快慢或者高低的差异,所以导致了经济总量在时间序列上产生了波动现象。从19世纪中叶开始,西方的学者就对这种经济波动现象展开了较广泛的研究,并形成了经济学领域的经济周期理论。周期理论通常将这种伴随着国民经济的扩张与收缩所呈现出的有规律的起伏波动、循环往复的特征划分为衰退、萧条、复苏、繁荣4个阶段。同样,在房地产经济的增长和国民经济的增长一样,不是平稳地发展,在其发展过程中,也会因受到资源约束或消费…

《资本论》中社会必要劳动时间有两种含义的提法不准确，准确的提法是社会必要劳动时间一般与个别、本质与现象。商品的价值是由社会必要劳动时间一般决定的，但它必须而且只能通过社会必要劳动时间个别来体现。所谓的“第二种含义”的社会必要劳动时间决定价值必然导致供求价值论。     

王佳芬的光明历程

2007年1月26日，刚刚度过55岁生日不久的王佳芬宣布辞去光明乳业总经理的职务，由公司副总裁郭本恒博士接任，王佳芬继续担任公司董事长。光明乳业对外宣称，今后，董事长将要更关注于公司战略等重大方向性问题，总经理则更关注于企业日常营运工作。     

山区农用地定级方法对比分析研究——以云南省X县为例

农用地定级是国土资源管理的一项重要工作,全面掌握山区农用地质量状况,特别是在更好精度尺度上评价得出针对具体耕地质量状况的有关农用地级别差异显得尤为重要而迫切。以云南省山区X县为例,着重探究了因素法农用地定级单元划分和因素选取以及定级指数计算还有级别划分的方法,并与修正法比较,从定级特点、原则、成本等方面论证了因素法在山区农用地定级中的可行性和有效性。     

附加值统计口径下中国制造业出口变化的测算

本文利用附加值统计方法,剔除我国出口贸易中包含的进口附加值,克服已有方法的不足,以准确地揭示我国出口贸易的真实情况。研究表明：在1995~2011年,我国制造业整体出口的国内附加值率表现为“下降、上升、下降”的基本态势,目前,我国出口贸易中的1/4是进口商品;纺织及服装、毛皮制品及鞋类的比较优势下降幅度比较大,但是,仍然是我国出口比较优势最大的两类商品;机械制品、电气电子器材、交通运输设备等3种商品比较优势的上升幅度明显,目前,电气电子器材是我国第三大具有出口比较优势的商品,机械制品、交通运输设备都仍然不具有比较优势;电气电子器材、纺织及服装制造业两类商品占我国出口总额的1/2,机械制品、交通运输设备等行业是我国出口的新增长点。     

Does poverty lead to non-fatal unintentional injuries in rural Vietnam?

The aim of this study was to identify associations between poverty at the household level and unintentional injury morbidity. A cohort consisting of 24,874 person-time episodes, representing 24,776 people living in 5,801 households (classified into rich, middle income and poor by local authorities in 1999) was followed during 2000, in order to identify and assess non-fatal unintentional injuries. Incidence rate ratios were calculated using a Poisson regression model. The results showed that poverty was a risk factor for unintentional injuries generally. When looking at different types of injury, poverty was a risk for home, work and "other" injuries, protective for school injuries, while the risk of traffic injuries was not affected. The results also showed that communes in mountainous areas were at higher risk for home, work and other injuries. Overall, poverty was associated with unintentional injury morbidity. However, the relationship varied by sex, age and type of injury. Specifically, poverty increased the risk for children and elderly people being injured at home, and for adults (15-59 years) being affected by work injuries.

Controls as a Sharable Knowledge Commodity: An Architecture for Open Exchange

The world seems to be getting more dangerous: terrorists; fraudulent corporations; money laundering; hurricanes; pandemics. Governments and organizations respond with a flurry of new controls. In some cases these are centrally mandated (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley). In others, organizations struggle to find their own control solutions. Seldom, however, do organizations work together as a community of common interests to share solutions to their control threats. In this paper we consider how an open exchange of control solutions might be supported electronically. We assume a community of similar organizations that wish to exchange detailed knowledge about organizational control techniques. These might be non-competing institutions, such as libraries, customs agencies, and even universities; or, they may in fact be competing organizations, wishing to exchange control solutions in dimensions where they do not compete – e.g. the airlines exchanging best practice about safety and security. The main point is to propose an information technology architecture that permits a view of organizational controls as shareable, exchangeable knowledge commodities.

Female leadership,internet use,and performance of agricultural cooperatives in Vietnam

Supporting agricultural cooperatives might contribute to the livelihood improvement of many small-scale farmers in developing countries. This research examines the factors affecting the internet use of agricultural cooperatives with a focus on female leadership, its effects on cooperatives’ economic, social, and innovative performance, and the distributional effects of internet use on economic performance. Our analysis relied on the data of 3,512 agricultural cooperatives collected in 2021 from Vietnam. We addressed the endogeneity issue of internet use in impact assessment by employing an instrumental variable approach. Our results show that female leadership was positively and significantly associated with internet use and that internet use had a positive and significant effect on returns on assets, returns on equity, labor productivity, payment per laborer, contribution to labor union and insurance per laborer, and innovation in products of agricultural cooperatives. In addition, unconditional quantile regressions show that internet use in agricultural cooperatives exacerbated income inequality. Enhancing female leadership and promoting rural education were recommended to improve agricultural cooperatives’ performance.
