转型时期中国大中型工业企业技术创新绩效研究——基于1997～2005年工业企业数据的实证考察

对中国工业行业技术创新绩效的研究，不仅具有重大的理论意义，更具有重大的现实意义。本文把中国工业行业技术创新分为不同环节，运用价值链模型对1997—2005年的数据进行经验研究，结论显示：（1）第一环节第二环节效率都较低；（2）两个环节的技术创新效率呈现不同的特点；（3）两个环节技术创新效率都表现出较大的行业差异。并通过制度性因素的分析，进一步揭示了我国工业行业技术创新价值链中存在的诸多问题，得出了克服工业企业技术创新的结构性问题，通过制度改革和建设重构工业技术创新体系中企业的主体地位，改善竞争环境，提高对企业技术创新的激励来最终提高我国工业行业技术创新价值链的整体绩效的有益结论。

Plant Scale and Exchange‐Rate‐Induced Productivity Growth

This paper examines the impact of exchange rate movements on firm‐level productivity through changes in the scale of production. We employ plant‐level data to examine whether, and in what direction, exchange rate movements affect the scale of production, and how these changes in scale influence productivity. The paper finds that a real appreciation of the domestic currency reduces shipments and this negative effect is larger for exporters (both domestic and foreign owned). The paper also finds evidence that the appreciation‐induced reduction of scale negatively affects productivity at the plant level. This scale effect more than offsets any potential gains from the appreciation‐induced reduction in the price of imported inputs.

本文简要介绍了超滤膜的起源及发展前景,分析了开展超滤膜性能指标检测方法研究的必要性,通过分析和总结调研结果,初步提出超滤膜性能评价指标,并简要阐述了各项指标检测方法的研究现状,最后对于改善超滤膜性能指标检测方法研究现状提出几点建议。     

The Chinese in Britain: working towards success?

The Chinese community has made rapid socio-economic advancement Britain over the course of one generation. This paper examines the influences of culture and structure in determining the remarkable levels of attainments made by the Chinese Britain. In addition, the impacts of culture and structure in circumscribing occupational choices of the Chinese in Britain are also explored, since somewhat marring this image of success is the occupational segregation of the Chinese in the labour market. The human resource implication of this latter situation is that there exists a valuable source of qualified Chinese labour currently engaged in the ethnic niche, particularly Chinese catering industry, which could be better utilized in the wider labour market. It suggested that responsibility to address this issue reducing such 'wastage', involves efforts of three parties, namely, the Chinese themselves, careers counsellors, as well organizations in Britain.     

转型期中国经济增长动力研究:民族资本与FDI谁更有效

尽管FDI对中国经济增长的贡献是有目共睹的,但随着进入规模的扩大和领域的放宽,它所带来的问题也日渐突出,面对开放近30年的中国经济实力和国际地位发生显著变化的今天,如何看待FDI对转型期中国未来经济发展的影响?中国经济未来增长的动力主要来源于民族资本还是FDI?本文基于非参数方法双产出模型,在对转型期中国民族资本与FDI企业生产效率测度的基础上,具体研究其生产资源配置效率与技术效率。研究结果表明,民族资本的效率优于FDI,可见,民族资本是推动转型期中国未来经济持续高效增长的主要动力。这就意味着,中国今后应进一步加大力度培育民族资本,使民族资本更好地发挥促进转型期中国经济持续增长的动力作用;同时,对外引资政策应着重FDI的质量与效率而非数量。     

Labour Market Trends and Structures in ASEAN and the East Asian NIEs

The paper reviews the literature on labour markets in the region with special emphasis on the impact of economic growth and structural change on employment and wages. It deals with labour supply trends, employment creation outside agriculture (especially export orientated industrialization and new high-tech industries), labour absorption in agriculture, wage differentials and the functioning of rural and urban labour markets.
The creation of efficient and equitable labour market institutions and labour market flexibility have emerged as dominant issues in the NIEs. In the ASEAN-4, because of concentration of employment in low productivity and low wage jobs and underutilization of labour, the rate of modern sector labour absorption remains the major policy concern.

2000～2011年我国农业碳循环及低碳竞争力特征分析

科学评价当前中国农业碳循环情况、了解区域低碳竞争力是合理制定碳减排政策的重要前提。文章以我国2000~2011年31个省份的面板数据为样本,在综合农业碳循环过程中碳源和碳汇的双重特征来测算区域农业净碳量的基础上,通过构建农业低碳化评价指标体系得到低碳化指数,依据区域低碳化指数与农业经济发展水平对应情况,对不同时期的区域间的低碳竞争力进行分析。结果表明:近年来,区域农业净碳量的时空变化差异显著。从时间变化来看,2000~2011年全国各省(市、区)总的农业净碳量显著递增;从空间分布来看,东部沿海发达城市的净碳量高于全国平均水平;从各省低碳竞争力对比分析发现,人均农业GDP、低碳竞争力指数与地区经济发展水平之间具有明显的相关关系。且区域差异明显,东北地区呈现"低排放—高效益"型,西北、西南大片区域呈现"低排放—低效益"型,粮食主产区大多呈现"高排放—低效益"型,东部沿海发达地区大部分呈现"高排放—高效益"型。在科学量化农业碳循环的基础上,衡量区域间的低碳发展水平,可实现对低碳农业评价由定性描述向定量分析的转变。
