由于风电具有随机性、间歇性的特点,大规模接入会对电网产生不可忽略的影响。本文从风电并网对系统的影响入手,分别剖析了风电并网对系统调峰调频、对无功平衡和电压水平、对电网稳定性、对电能质量四个方面的影响,并提出了相应的可行性解决措施。

我国外部评级使用现状和发展方向

近几年,我国债券市场发展迅猛,外部评级在我国资本市场中发挥的作用越发凸显。然而,由于对信用评级的认识偏差,我国在对外部评级的使用方面存在一些问题,阻碍了我国债券市场以及资本市场的发展。借鉴国外在使用外部评级方面的先进经验,我国除应继续发挥外部评级的作用外,也应及时纠正对外部评级的不合理使用问题,减少对外部评级的过度依赖和不当使用。

应收账款是企业的一项债权，为了保证企业资产的安全，应做好应收账的管理工作。本文分析了形成应收账款呆坏账的主要原因，提出了加强应收款管理需要采取的措施。     

Variable Annuities with VIX-Linked Fee Structure under a Heston-Type Stochastic Volatility Model

The Chicago Board of Options Exchange (CBOE) advocates linking variable annuity (VA) fees to its trademark VIX index in a recent white paper. It claims that the VIX-linked fee structure has several advantages over the traditional fixed percentage fee structure. However, the evidence presented is largely based on nonparametric extrapolation of historical data on market prices. Our work lays out a theoretical basis with a parametric model to analyze the impact of the VIX-linked fee structure and to verify some claims from the CBOE. In a Heston-type stochastic volatility setting, we jointly model the dynamics of an equity index (underlying the value of VA policyholders’ accounts) and the VIX index. In this framework, we price a guaranteed minimum maturity benefit with VIX-linked fees. Through numerical examples, we show that the VIX-linked fee reduces the sensitivity of the insurer's liability to market volatility when compared to a VA with the traditional fixed fee rate.

Family Control,Socioemotional Wealth,and Governance Environment: The Case of Bribes

This study examines the relationship between family control and young entrepreneurial firm’s bribing behavior around the globe. Relying on over 2,000 young firms from the World Bank Environment Survey, we find that family control helps to reduce a firm’s bribery behavior, but further investigation shows that this effect only exists in countries with weaker macro-governance environment. In countries with more established and transparent governance mechanism, family control does not seem to make any difference. We interpret our findings as the business family’s preservation of socioemotional wealth.     

大港放射性安全人力资源配备和培训方案的研究

我国大型港口的放射性安全至关重要,急需一支技术过硬的检测和应急处置队伍。本文着重阐述了建设这样一支队伍所必须的人力资源要素以及相应的人员培训方案,并介绍了提升检验检疫系统放射性检验技术人员综合素质的具体措施以及对改进放射性安全管理人员的组织结构提出了设想。     

我国西部地区制造业生产率的测算：1993-2007

国家实施西部大开发以来,西部地区各省制造业生产率是否明显提高？对此本文使用Malmquist指数法测算了西部各省区制造业全要素生产率（TFP）并对其进行分解。结果表明,1993年以来西部地区制造业TFP增长率处于逐渐上升的态势,特别是2000年以后这种现象变得更明显,这从侧面说明了实施西部大开发有利于提高了西部地区制造业发展的整体水平;2000年以来各省区制造业TFP保持比较稳定的增长势头,这是由技术进步和技术效率共同推动的结果。为了看出整个时期技术效率的基本情况,进一步使用Bootstrap—DEA方法估计各省区制造业技术效率及其95%置信区间;研究发现2000年以来各省区技术效率较上个世纪90年代中后期有所上升,但是各省区的技术效率波动较大。
