P3软件在电网工程管理中的应用

近几年来,我国电网工程项目投资规模和管理模式已经发生了根本性的变化,传统的、粗放的、定性的工程建设管理模式已经不能胜任新的工程管理要求和特点。本文通过解析P3软件在工程项目管理的应用,对如何合理的计划、组织、协调、控制和管理好电网工程建设提出了相关策略。     

基于Java3D的建模与模型分解的研究与实现

Java3D是基于Java平台的、功能强大的面向对象的三维图形应用程序接口(API),利用Java3D能使三维模型变得更加快捷和清晰,也能实现对模型的自动分解。该文就如何应用Java3D建立模型并对存在的模型进行分解进行了初步的探讨,并提出了相应的实现方法。实例验证了该方法正确有效。     

M（=In,Al,Cd）掺杂对Zn4Sb3热电材料Seebeck系数的影响

研究了M(=In,Al,Cd)掺杂β-Zn4Sb3热电材料的Seebeck系数与温度及参杂量的定量变化关系,并给出具体的变化函数.通过数据比较发现,理论计算与实验数据之间的平均相对误差为6.2%,相关系数均达到0.98.     

Broadband and local growth

I find a positive relationship between broadband expansion and local economic growth. This relationship is stronger in industries that rely more on information technology and in areas with lower population densities. Instrumenting for broadband expansion with slope of terrain leans in the direction of a causal relationship, though not definitively.The economic benefits of broadband expansion for local residents appear to be limited. Broadband expansion is associated with population growth as well as employment growth, and both the average wage and the employment rate—the share of working-age adults that is employed—are unaffected by broadband expansion. Furthermore, expanding broadband availability does not change the prevalence of telecommuting or other home-based work. Like other place-based policies, expanding broadband availability could raise property values and the local tax base, but without more direct benefits for residents in the form of higher wages or improved access to jobs.The analysis relies on the uneven diffusion of broadband throughout the United States, allowing comparisons between areas with greater and less growth in broadband availability. I combine broadband data from the Federal Communications Commission, employment data from the National Establishment Time-Series database, and other economic data from the US Census and BLS to examine broadband availability and economic activity in the US between 1999 and 2006.     

铁路发展第三方物流的现状与对策探讨

在分析目前铁路的货运现状,指出铁路发展第三方物流的必要性、可行性以及优势的基础上,从定位铁路物流发展领域、选择第三方物流发展载体、实施实时配送战略以及发展电子商务四个方面提出铁路发展第三方物流的对策。     

FDI and productivity growth: the role of inter‐industry linkages

Abstract There is a large literature on the effects of foreign direct investment (FDI) on productivity through inter‐industry economic linkages. This paper contributes to the literature by focusing on the developed economy of Canada. It finds that FDI generates strong effects on total factor productivity (TFP) growth through both forward and backward inter‐industry linkages, and increase in an industry's absorptive capacity raises the effects of FDI on TFP growth through forward inter‐industry linkages. For R&D intensive industries, the effects of FDI on TFP growth through inter‐industry linkages are small, but imports turn out to be an important source for TFP growth.     

Do artificial income smoothing and real income smoothing contribute to firm value equivalently?

This paper examines the potential impacts of artificial smoothing (abnormal accruals) and real smoothing (derivatives) on firm value. We find that the value of the firm decreases with the magnitude of abnormal accruals and increases with the level of derivative use. Moreover, the accrual discount is more pronounced in firms with weak investor protection and the hedging premium is greater for poorly governed firms. These results suggest that although managers can engage in real smoothing to improve the informativeness of firms’ earnings and thus reduce agency costs, they might use artificial techniques to cosmetically improve the income stream in order to expropriate minority shareholders. In further support of agency theories, we report that poor corporate governance motivates the use of abnormal accruals and discourages derivative use.     

浅谈供需一体化理念在第三方物流MRO业务中的应用

中国MRO年采购总量接近3000亿人民币,但是中国与国外相比MRO业务管理水平依旧落后。本文尝试依托第三方物流提供商将供需一体化的服务理念应用到MRO业务当中,即通过第三方物流提供商承担采购代表、销售代表、物流代表三成角色实现MRO供应链上的供需一体化。     

Teen families,welfare transfers,and the minimum wage: evidence from Canada

Abstract This study evaluates the impacts of welfare transfers and the minimum wage on teen family formation by pooling provincial data from Canada between 1990 and 2005. OLS estimates suggest that welfare transfers have had limited impact on teen births. On the other hand, a 10% increase in the minimum wage is significantly correlated with a 3%–5% rise in teen birth rates. This finding is explained by further regressions, which reveal that an increase in the minimum wage is significantly associated with (1) higher earnings among male teens, (2) an increase in teen marriage rates, and (3) an increase in fertility among married teens but not among unmarried females. Finally, estimates based on the 2003 and 2005 waves of the Canadian Community Health Surveys demonstrate that married teens are more likely to engage in sex as well as unprotected intercourse in comparison with single teens.
