科研诚信问题成因分析及治理

科研诚信是科研工作者应该遵循的基本原则，关系到一个国家科学事业的良性发展和社会有序运行。近年来，由于学术不端、科研失信事件频发，科研诚信问题成为科学界的关注焦点问题之一。从科研诚信的历史、表现、成因以及治理对策4个方面进行研究发现，科研诚信问题表现形式多样，形成原因复杂。据此，提出对科研诚信问题采取宽容原则、加强诚信教育、培育同行评议文化、探索有制约的同行评议制度以及随机抽取代表作等治理对策，以最大限度约束科研不端行为。     

Testing loss aversion and diminishing sensitivity in review sentiment

This article analyzes the relationship between ratings and review sentiment by introducing, for the first time, the tenets of prospect theory. Specifically, we test loss aversion and diminishing sensitivity on a sample of 132,486 reviews and find that: first, negative deviations in ratings (receiving a service with worse performance than expected) bring about a higher impact on review sentiment than positive deviations of equal magnitude (receiving a service with better performance than expected), thus, confirming loss aversion; and second, regardless of whether the service received is better or worse than expected, variations in ratings closer to the reference point result in higher marginal impacts on sentiment than equivalent variations further away from the reference point, thus, proving diminishing sensitivity. These results have relevant theoretical implications related to the use of relative vs absolute measures and the cognitive bias involved, and managerial implications linked to meeting expectations and service recovery.     

Fast and accurate yearly time series forecasting with forecast combinations

It has long been known that combination forecasting strategies produce superior out-of-sample forecasting performances. In the M4 forecasting competition, a very simple forecast combination strategy achieved third place on yearly time series. An analysis of the ensemble model and its component models suggests that the competitive accuracy comes from avoiding poor forecasts, rather than from beating the best individual models. Moreover, the simple ensemble model can be fitted very quickly, can easily scale horizontally with additional CPU cores or a cluster of computers, and can be implemented by users very quickly and easily. This approach might be of particular interest to users who need accurate yearly forecasts without being able to spend significant time, resources, or expertise on tuning models. Users of the R statistical programming language can access this modeling approach using the “forecastHybrid” package.

以粮食储备库的控制系统项目为背景,重点阐述西门子WINCC7.0在粮食储备库的优化设计。本文介绍系统硬件的组成,PLC与上位机的通讯,使用WINCC组态软件开发上位机的HMI界面,通过实施获得了较好的控制效果。WINCC监控系统的优化设计,提高了系统的易用性,减少了设备停机时间,避免了操作员的误操作等。

从国内外区域中心城市产业转型、我国区域中心城市经济转型的动力机制、区域中心城市经济转型的模式与经验、区域中心城市经济转型的成功标志4个方面,进行了文献回顾、梳理与总结,认为在区域中心城市经济转型的时机、度、势和演化等方面的研究还有待于理论化和强化。     

所有制结构变动与居民收入差距:研究综述

改革开放以来,我国经济赢得了持续快速发展。这主要得益于:以资本和劳动为代表的物质要素供给不断增加;以所有制改革为核心的经济体制改革有效推动了经济技术效率的提高。但是,在所有制结构转换推动国内经济发展和居民收入水平改善的过程中,也对经济公平带来了严重的挑战,这突出表现在居民收入差距的逐渐扩大。本文重点考察了近年来国内外在所有制结构变动与居民收入差距研究方面的有关成果,并在综述这些成果的同时,研究了所有制结构变迁引起经济增长,经济增长与收入差距的交互关系以及所有制结构变动如何传导至收入差距。     

国内外游艇经济研究进展

游艇活动是近年来在我国逐步兴起的一项休闲运动,但在其发展过程中缺乏理论指导。本文综述了国内外游艇经济研究动向和进展,以求对我国游艇经济的研究和发展起到借鉴和引导作用。
