为探讨民族网络对少数民族大学生创业能力的作用机理,构建民族网络、少数民族大学生创业能力、创业学习三者关系的理论模型,采用层次回归法对理论假设进行检验。通过对新疆高校745个有效样本进行实证分析发现:民族网络对少数民族大学生创业能力有显著正向影响,创业学习及其各维度在民族网络与少数民族大学生创业能力关系中起部分中介作用。  相似文献

This article addresses some aspects of project management theory on a basis of an in-depth longitudinal case study of the Lillehammer Olympics Organizing Committee (LOOC) before and during the XVII Olympic Winter Games in 1994. Particular emphasis is put on the implications of two characteristics of this project: the fact that it was not embedded in any parent organization, and that its task was imbued with uncertainty. As a result, emergent tasks, emergent structure and informal authority appear to have been critical features. Because of the non-embedded nature of the Olympic Winter Games project the case has also illustrated the value of viewing projects like this one as temporary organizations rather than as projects initiated by a parent organization.  相似文献

This paper discussed the notion of value co‐creation and the concept of customer competence as suggested by this notion. This led us to consider the competent customer as a social construction related to managerial representations. In order to examine this issue, a longitudinal exploratory research based on participant observation and in‐depth interviews with employees of a French energy supplier was conducted to explore whether customers are perceived as competent or incompetent market actors. The data analysis revealed four categories illustrating customers' profiles coping with the new situation of the ‘Utility X’ group in the energy sector. ‘Utility X’ employees define their customers according to four profiles: myopic, ignorant, uncreative and organizer of company resources. Even if the marketing studies that share the Service‐Dominant Logic point‐of‐view suggest that the customer would be competent at all times, our findings showed that customer competencies are in fact socially constructed and emerge partially from managerial representations. Therefore, the adoption by companies of a marketing philosophy (‘market with’ philosophy), in which the customer and supply chain partners are collaborators in the entire marketing process, seems only possible if they recognize customers' competencies and identify situations when customers do not activate their competencies or do not have the resources that enable them to develop their competencies.  相似文献

Self-service technologies (SSTs) are becoming increasingly popular in retailing contexts. Previous theories of SST adoption have largely ignored the basic human needs, such as competence, autonomy and relatedness, that drive customer motivation and the use of SSTs. We address this theoretical gap and examine self-determination theory (SDT) in the context of the supermarket self-checkout. Based on the argument proposed by SDT, self-determined motivation is hypothesized to mediate the relationships between autonomy, competence, and perceived anonymity, and the intention to use SSTs. Data collected from 361 respondents form a structural equation model and support these hypotheses. The current study is important as it helps understand the role of customers' participation in the self-service. Managerial and theoretical implications are suggested.  相似文献

中国情景下企业以互联网思维和沿用传统思维进行经营都可以在(移动)互联网时代获得竞争优势,这样的背离现象在已有的竞争优势理论中未有更多关注。本文基于核心能力理论进行框架分析,通过两种经营思想代表的小米公司与OPPO公司进行双案例研究。研究表明:具备互联网商业经营应用能力的企业,更容易和消费者之间形成交互关系而将消费者融入产品设计;网络下的链式传播有更高传播效率;互联网共享思想可以带来速度优势与特定的成本优势;互联网流量如同商业中心人流量的获得都是需要成本的;互联网商业经营应用能力的核心能力的持续需要提高门槛;互联网思维和传统思维的公司运营同时成功说明中国是一个二元市场。本研究对(移动)互联网背景下企业经营的创新与发展具有一定实践启示。  相似文献
