略论商业银行利益相关者共同治理：逻辑与机制

商业银行利益相关者共同治理模式是对传统“股东至上”逻辑的修正，强调存款人与贷款人、银行职员与高级经理、以及监管机构对银行价值创造与治理结构的积极参与。鉴于我国目前的金融经济环境．完善商业银行利益相关者参与银行治理的机制与途径，是提升其治理效率的现实挟择。     

我国商业银行中小企业信贷风险管理研究

在经济新常态下,我国商业银行中小企业信贷业务面临着机遇和挑战。中小企业发展迅速,在推动就业、增加税收等方面起着重要作用。但其自身稳定性弱、风险大,使得商业银行对其谨慎放贷,中小企业融资难成为制约其发展的一大重要因素。论文通过对我国商业银行中小企业信贷现状及其风险形成进行分析,对商业银行中小企业信贷风险管理提出相应策略和管理措施。     

Estimating Market Power in the South African Banking Sector

Indicators of market power can be ambiguous because cost economies associated with scale and not market imperfections may influence results. This article illustrates that without direct measures of concentration, estimates of costs, scale economies and profitability can be used to identify market power in banking. Secondly, via this method, econometric estimates provide meaningful evidence of market power in the South African banking sector over the study sample period (1979–1998). A reasonable conclusion is that while industrial structure is important, careful consideration needs to be given to cost economies and profitability when assessing market power. In addition, there is a need to consider appropriate policy to reduce market power in banking in South Africa.     

银行竞争、专用性人力资本投资激励与国有商业银行的公司治理

本文结合中国银行业竞争日趋激烈的现实背景,从商业银行专用性人力资本投资激励的独特视角入手,分别讨论了银行高层管理者和普通员工的专用性人力资本投资激励与他们参与银行公司治理机制的有关问题.研究发现,在国有商业银行公司治理结构改善过程中,更需要增加专用性人力资本投资的有效激励,并通过积极引入境外战略投资者和加强职工代表在银行监事会中影响力的办法,进一步激励银行员工进行能够提高银行经营绩效的专用性人力资本投资.     

中国政策性银行开展资本市场运作的路径选择

中国政策性银行作为中国支持国民经济的特殊职能部门,具有其自身的金融管理体制和经营体制特点,但与国外银行相比,存在诸多缺陷。中国政策性银行可利用扩充资本金规模、增加资金来源渠道和拓展资金运用方式等途径来开展资本市场运作,政策性银行开展资本市场运作应注意风险。     

垄断与产权:我国利率市场化的制度性障碍

在缺乏竞争的金融体系下，借贷价格偏离均衡价格，消费剩余减少，资源配置扭曲，金融运行效率降低。在我国，资金供应依然主要由居于垄断地位的国有商业银行及其变种组成和资金需求依然主要由国有企业及其变种组成的情况下，利率市场化会使得资金价格扭曲和变形，理论上推演的利率市场化预期效果在很大程度上无法实现。我国利率市场化的时间表只能视微观经济主体市场化的进程而定。     

商业银行利率风险计量模型及实证分析--非平移收益曲线条件下的随机免疫策略

传统的久期理论建立在收益曲线平移等严格假设条件上，因而其在实践中的有效性大大降低了。根据Markowitz（1959）等理论可推导出：资产价格的总风险包括收益的方差和全久期向量两部分；假若商业银行采取现金中性（cash neutrality）的资产交易策略，风险计量模型可转换为线性规划问题，从而可以构建基于利率风险最小化模型的随机免疫策略。也就是说，引入随机免疫的理念来替代经典的免疫理论，通过实证分析得出：无现金交易条件下的随机免疫策略能够降低利率风险。     

国有商业银行资本充足率探析

资本充足率是《巴塞尔协议》的核心内容,是全球银行共同遵守的风险管理标准。然而我国的国有商业银行的资本充足率没有达到规定的标准,影响了这些银行在国际上的评级和融资能力,因此这篇文章的写作目的在于探索国有商业银行提高资本充足率的途径,以提高国有商业银行抗风险的能力,保障整个国家的金融安全。     

路径依赖下民营金融发展的国际比较——以美国社区银行和日本农村合作金融的发展为例

社区银行是美国银行体系的重要组成部分;农村合作金融组织在日本开展得非常成功.它们都服务于经济体中的弱势群体,自身都不存在规模优势,但是由于其准确的市场定位和比较优势的充分发挥,以及一系列法律和制度配套体系的支撑,在大银行林立的高度竞争环境下,积累生存能力,扩大生存空间.学习、借鉴它们的成功经验,对于拓宽目前我国城市商业银行和农村信用社的改革思路具有指导意义.     

Do investors in Green Bond market pay a premium? Global evidence

We examine the pricing difference of Green Bonds (GB) and conventional bonds (CBs) in capital markets worldwide. Credit spread is used to observe whether investors would like to pay a premium for GBs over CBs. This study uses panel data regression with hybrid model to analyse daily observations over the period 2016 to 2017. We employ Option-Adjusted spread (OAS) to measure the credit spreads of bonds while controlling for bond specific, macroeconomic and global factors that influence the spread. With the hybrid model used in the panel data analysis, we were able to capture the fixed-effects of variables in a random effect model. We find that GBs are traded at a premium of 63 basis points (BPS), compared with a comparable corporate bond issue. We find that the green label provides issuers an incentive to raise funds through issuing GBs while providing investors an opportunity to diversify their investments returns. Our findings provide several implications to the major stakeholders driving the GB market to scale up the market to finance the required level of global green investment needs. We stress an urgent need to support the growth of the GB market to achieve sustainable development through mitigating climate change challenges.
