第三方物流企业竞争力研究

文章构建了第三方物流企业竞争力评价的指标体系．并运用Fuzzy-AHP综合评价方法对第三方物流企业的竞争力进行评估，最后以某企业实例验证了该方法的可行性。

运输型物流企业的信用评估对经济社会的健康发展有着巨大的推动作用。文章针对我国运输型物流企业的信用状况,分析影响其信用的因素,并应用模糊层次分析法评估运输型物流企业的信用,最后以一个算例来说明模糊层次分析法在评估运输型物流企业信用时的有效性和可操作性。

我国企业自主创新能力的建设与实证研究——以机械制造行业为例

本文探索了自主创新能力的构成要素,建立了企业自主创新能力评价指标体系以及企业自主创新能力的模糊层次评价模型。以机械制造行业为例,对我国16家企业的自主创新能力建设现状进行了实证研究,并针对这16家企业所出现的一些共性问题,如研发资金投入强度较低、抗风险能力较弱等提出了改善我国企业的自主创新能力建设的若干条政策建议及对策措施。     

A quality function deployment framework for service strategy planning

This research introduces a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) decision framework for orchestrating and aligning quality management and services marketing efforts for effective service strategy planning. Specifically, a 3-phased QFD framework is presented, emphasizing the implications of the “Voice of the Customer” in defining service quality and delivering customer value, while interpreting it into a set of prioritized strategies to guide service design activities. Method wise, an extended methodological approach is employed, the QFD-LP-GW-Fuzzy AHP (Linear Programming method to Generate Weights in the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process), to capture and rank more accurately uncertain and subjective judgments. The application of the proposed framework is discussed within the financial sector. Essentially, this study contributes to the literature by streamlining and simplifying marketing strategy planning decisions with a novel QFD factual approach that aligns customer requirements with service organizations’ market positioning and tactics.     

An integrated approach for green design: Life-cycle,fuzzy AHP and environmental management accounting

The growing awareness of environmental issues has made the design of eco-friendly products a critical task for modern businesses. Almost all the costs and the environmental performance of a product over its life-cycle are determined in its design and development phase. The selection of alternative green designs is, however, a major challenge in today's competitive environment. The increasing pressure on time-to-market conflicts with the analytical approach typically required when using conventional environmental management accounting (EMA) tools such as Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life-Cycle Costing (LCC). This paper introduces a comprehensive method that integrates the LCA and EMA concepts, fuzzy logic and Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP), to measure the environmental and organisational performance of different designs. We propose a screening model to help designers reduce their reliance on LCA and present a case study to demonstrate that this approach provides a systematic method of evaluating alternative designs and identifying product design improvement options. The measurement approach presented in this research can help companies reduce development lead time by screening out undesirable design options. More importantly, the approach can be modelled with the mere use of an Excel spreadsheet, which means limited resources are needed to implement the proposed method.

目前很多企业为了保护环境,实现在产品整个生命周期中对环境和生态的负面影响最小,实施绿色供应链管理。结合层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法优势,建立Fuzzy-AHP模型,通过对企业绿色度的评价,检验实施绿色供应链管理的效果。     

基于模糊层次分析法的检验检疫工作评价

采用模糊层次分析法对检验检疫工作质量进行风险分析,指出业务工作制度和检验检疫执法能力是保障检验检疫工作质量的主要因素,同时对出境水产品检验检疫工作质量风险开展了综合评价。
