＂逍遥＂是庄子思想的核心。庄子所谓的逍遥,是一种远远超越现实世界的理想境地,体现了庄子面对不完美世界的一种至臻追求。这种境界的达到,需要极深的功夫,非一般而能为之、一蹴而能成就。对《逍遥游》的深入解读,是了解庄子逍遥思想内涵的重要手段和主要途径。     

中部地区实现GDP与城乡居民收入同步增长的制约因素研究——以湖南省为例

我国幅员辽阔，区域经济发展水平参差不齐，想要协调各地区居民收入与经济同步增长的实现程度，统筹全国区域经济的发展，就有必要提倡优先带动落后，找出落后地区的短板，汲取领先地区的经验，最终共同实现同步目标。选取湖南省作为中部地区的代表，上海市、广东省作为东部地区的代表，对三地区2003年至2012年GDP与居民收入同步增长演进特征及制约因素进行比较分析，目的在于以东部地区的发展经验为参照，探究中部地区（以湖南省为代表）实现同步目标的制约因素，并针对具体情况提出相应的政策建议。     

O comportamento dos custos das empresas brasileiras listadas na BM&FBOVESPA entre 1994 e 2011 com ênfase nos sticky costs

By an accurate survey, this study aims to analyze how costs behave brazilian companies listed on the BM&FBOVESPA between years of 1994 and 2011. In order to do this, diverse economic and financial information available in the form of reports was gathered, but which has not yet gone through any statistical analysis, for a longitudinal analysis that includes a period of 18 years. The results are presented in two axes, in which the first one indicates costs behavioral tendencies and the second one analyzes their symmetry. The results showed that the Cost of Goods Sold (CPV, for Portuguese) presents a strong declining trend; Expenses Sales are directly related to the area (essential goods or monopoly, for example); Administrative Expenses have a slight declining trend. In relation to sticky costs, when performing an overview with the companies studied, the theory proposed by Anderson, Banker and Janakiraman (2003) is partially applied, since, for varying levels of revenue up to 10% the asymmetry is confirmed.     

在炼钢生产中如何降低石墨电极消耗

石墨电极消耗率是电炉炼钢生产的一个重要技术经济指标。近年来我厂1.5t电弧炉炼钢生产中,石墨电极消耗率呈现上升趋势。针对这一问题,我们实施现场攻关,发现电极折断消耗是石墨电极消耗大的主要原因。通过对电弧炉设备大修、改善炼钢环境、规范炉前操作行为,有效地解决了炼钢生产中电极折断消耗高的问题,使石墨电极消耗率从18.7kg/t降低到8.4kg/t,且取得了良好的技术效果和经济效益。     

新常态下文化产业的发展路径探析

随着中国经济进入新常态，中国政治生活、社会建设和文化发展生活进入新阶段，文化产业如何适应新的发展趋势，实现新常态下的二次创业，发展的路径选择就成为亟待解决的迫切课题。论文借势消费引领战略、创新驱动战略、产业融合战略、文化金融战略、文化科技战略和国际文化贸易发展战略，提出文化产业要顺应消费的新方向、融合互联网和金融创新催生的新业态、汇聚创客群体、利用大数据新手段和国际贸易新通道，从而实现文化产业在新常态下的新发展。     

基于公共选择视角的“灰色收入”防控机制创新

灰色收入即为非法收入及其他来源不明的收入，具有参与范围扩大化、标的形式多样化、实地操作隐蔽化、实现标准奢侈化、实现手段智能化等趋势特点。产生原因有法律缺失、教育缺位、监管失严、权力信息不明等，对应的防控措施有严格法律界定、加强生活圈管理、加强多方监管、推进收入和财产公示等。     

Evaluating the London 2012 Games’ impact on sport participation in a non-hosting region: a practical application of realist evaluation

In the literature on Olympic legacies and impacts, there is a dearth of materials that specifically address the issue of Olympic impact for non-hosting regions. The literature tends to deal with impacts at a national level, or at a hosting-city region level, neglecting in large part the degree to which benefits can be leveraged by non-hosting regions. A further limitation identified in the literature is a failure to engage in detailed formal evaluation of policy implementation where assertions of potential policy impact are based on untested assumptions. This study is intended to address both of these concerns. It presents an empirical, ‘bottom-up’ application of a Realist Evaluation framework to assess the impact of a policy initiative – Workplace Challenge – aimed at leveraging enhanced sports participation in a non-hosting region – Leicestershire – in the period leading up to the 2012 Games. In doing so, it seeks to identify which causal mechanisms worked within this particular context to produce the observed outcomes. The evaluation results demonstrate that the programme represented a positive approach to fostering regular engagement with sport and physical activities for some groups in some types of organisations, and that awareness and motivational factors associated with the London 2012 Games are, in this case, linked (albeit weakly) to an increase in sport and physical activity participation for specific groups taking part in the programme in particular organisational contexts.     

Optimal investment-consumption-insurance with random parameters

This paper discusses an optimal investment, consumption, and life insurance purchase problem for a wage earner in a complete market with Brownian information. Specifically, we assume that the parameters governing the market model and the wage earner, including the interest rate, appreciation rate, volatility, force of mortality, premium-insurance ratio, income and discount rate, are all random processes adapted to the Brownian motion filtration. Our modeling framework is very general, which allows these random parameters to be unbounded, non-Markovian functionals of the underlying Brownian motion. Suppose that the wage earner’s preference is described by a power utility. The wage earner’s problem is then to choose an optimal investment-consumption-insurance strategy so as to maximize the expected, discounted utilities from intertemporal consumption, legacy and terminal wealth over an uncertain lifetime horizon. We use a novel approach, which combines the Hamilton–Jacobi–Bellman equation and backward stochastic differential equation (BSDE) to solve this problem. In general, we give explicit expressions for the optimal investment-consumption-insurance strategy and the value function in terms of the solutions to two BSDEs. To illustrate our results, we provide closed-form solutions to the problem with stochastic income, stochastic mortality, and stochastic appreciation rate, respectively.

以往学术界都把美国心理学家马斯洛奉为需求层次理论的鼻祖;但最新的研究成果,彻底推翻了这一陈见,认为中国明朝的科学家朱载堉才是需求层次理论的鼻祖,比美国人马斯洛还要早约三百六十多年,且朱载堉对需求层次的认知,要比马斯洛更独特,更显棋高一着。

我国的新型农村金融机构自成立和运行以来,取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着若干问题亟待解决。本文分析了新型农村金融机构运行中存在的问题,并提出改进现状的相关建议,以更好地发挥新型农村金融机构在新农村建设中的作用。
