高职院校产学研合作模式及其发展对策

高职院校要实现培养目标,满足国家对高素质技能人才培养的需求,汲取社会资源促进高职教育持续健康的发展,必须走产学研合作的道路。针对高职院校产学研合作的现状及存在问题,分析当前推进产学研结合亟需建立运行主体间的深层次合作关系及长效运行机制,提出产学研合作实践中要明确和探索的问题。在当前高等教育实现大众化并飞速发展的形势下,高职高专要生存,要发展,就要正确定位,明确办学目标,培养大量的、符合市场需要的应用型人才,走有特色的产学研结合之路。     

对萍乡市老年人家政服务商业模式的探讨

文章提出的价值链商业模式,既能通过会员制和增值服务锁定下游客户资源,又能通过公司化运作锁定上游家政服务员资源,还能通过收取客户的会员费、服务费和服务员的管理费来保证运营收入的稳步增长,理论上有可行性,具有一定的参考价值。虽然在实施过程中有一定困难,但是这种商业模式是否有真正存在价值还取决于能否经受起市场的考验。     

对构建陕西省高职高专阳光体育开展模式的研究

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对陕西省高职高专院校的阳光体育运动开展状况进行了研究分析,在此基础上构建出一个理论依据充分,可操作性较强的符合陕西省高职高专院校和学生实际情况的阳光体育开展模式。     

基于KMV-Merton模型的上市公司信用风险度量研究

本文结合KMV-Merton模型,对上市公司信用风险度量方法进行比较研究。首先,求得权益收益的条件标准差;其次,通过改进的迭代过程估计KMV-Merton模型中不可观测的资产市值和波动率,进而根据预期违约概率评估上市公司的信用状况,并对两类模型分别得到的违约距离进行了比较分析。     

基于电子取证技术的持续审计模型研究

缺乏系统的持续审计模型构造方法已成为制约当前计算机审计发展的瓶颈。在此背景下,以持续审计的工作原理为基础,本文提出一种基于电子取证技术的持续审计模型构造方法,它可以使持续审计更具有实时性和连续性。该模型通过实时监控异常行为的发生,一方面可以进行实时取证,对异常行为做详细记录,另一方面可以触发响应策略对不同强度的异常行为实施相应的响应。

Nonlinearity and time-variation in the monetary model of exchange rates

In this paper we analyze the existence of nonlinear relationships between macroeconomic fundamentals and exchange rates for some major industrialized countries using an error correction model with time-varying parameters for the post Bretton Woods period. We find that inflation rate differentials with respect to the US inflation rate are the driving forces for the nonlinear relationships in the monetary model for exchange rates for the data from Germany, the UK, Canada, France and Italy. In addition to the variables in the traditional monetary model, also the relative interest rates are relevant in determining exchange rate changes only when the inflation differentials are either very large or very small. In contrast to previous studies we find significant long-run effects in the error correction representation of the monetary model for exchange rates when the nonlinear dynamics is taken into account in the analysis.     

The dynamic welfare cost of seignorage tax and consumption tax in a neoclassical growth model with a cash-in-advance constraint

Using a public finance approach, this study investigates welfare costs between seignorage and consumption taxes in a standard growth model. One of these two taxes is used to finance exogenous public spending to balance the government budget. The steady-state welfare cost of consumption taxes is lower if the consumption effect dominates the leisure effect. This paper compares equilibrium along transitional dynamic and steady-state paths and finds that because of lower consumption and leisure and thus higher welfare costs of consumption taxes during early periods, the welfare cost of consumption taxes is larger than the welfare cost of seignorage taxes.
