基于SWOT分析的南通空港经济发展战略

本文运用SWOT分析方法对南通发展空港经济的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁进行分析,并提出南通空港经济的发展战略。     

The trade wind,the statesman and the system of commerce: Sir James Steuart's vision of political economy

In the conception of history of the abbé de Condillac, one thing is really original. He establishes a causal relation between the functioning of the human mind and the history of societies. First, the understanding of humankind is not disordered: society develops, stages follow one another. But the commercial stage leads societies to divide into classes, the landowners are interested only in frivolous, luxurious objects: they have become denatured. Their behaviour entails society in a long phase of decline. However, this course is not inevitable. Condillac wishes to reform the individual in order to modify society and he proposes economic safeguards capable of reducing disparities. Life is simple, but history is not halted.     

市场经济运行中的人与自然和谐问题研究

以私人占有制为基础的资本主义市场经济运行机制造成了人与自然关系的对立。中国自改革开放以来,逐步建立起社会主义市场经济,也出现了人与自然不和谐的现象。但由于社会主义与资本主义制度的本质区别,通过发挥以公有制为基础的制度优势,能够实现人与自然的和谐相处。     

基于物质流分析的区域循环经济发展动态研究——以山东省为例

运用物质流分析(MFA)方法,对山东省生态经济系统1996-2010期间的物质输入与输出进行系统分析,揭示了山东省经济发展与环境压力的关系.研究结果印证了区域资源综合利用效率和废弃物输出效率的提高,反映出近年来山东省大力发展循环经济,调结构、转方式效果的显著性.     

今道有信:技术联结时代的爱

今道有信在《关于爱》中探讨了技术关联时代爱的危机和继续存在的可能性;在《关于美》中,就爱与美的关系提出了"美是存在的恩惠和爱"的命题,将爱置放在了现代性语境中,并赋予它以存在论的意义,但全部讨论没有脱离精神现象学的视野,没有摆脱意识——理念——艺术的范围。美存在于人类生命的根底部,是人类的生存方式和表征;现代社会爱的危机首先是美,即生存本身的危机,因此,对爱的命运的探讨和爱的形而上学的建构只能立足于存在论。     

从资源枯竭之忧到资源再生之虑：碳排放研究述评

人们对资源的忧虑，经历了一个转变过程。由可耗竭资源的有限储量所带来的紧迫感趋淡。由生态承载力的衰减所引发的负面后果日益明显。从二氧化碳排放所引出的气候变化问题，是自然生态系统容纳和消除污染排放物的能力已然不足的一个反映。通过对贯穿上述认识转变过程的经济学研究文献的梳理可知，国外在此方向上的主要分析工具是气候变化综合评估模型。该类模型的优点是把经济系统与自然生态系统集成在一起，使得对碳排放的预测具有微观基础，但也因模型复杂而处理难度较高。它的一个应用是：碳减排力度是应立即强力推进。还是可渐进强化，研究文献中围绕这一问题的争论就是以气候变化综合评估模型为基础而展开的。     

国家效用、非国有制经济发展和前后阶段改革的划分

非国有经济与国有经济的相时比重不仅影响经济体制改革的成败,也决定作为现代经济核心的金融由计划向市场的转变,也制约着政治体制改革.根据非国有经济与国有经济的相对比重,可以2004～2005年为界,将中国的改革划分为前后两个阶段.     

Choice Modelling Approaches: A Superior Alternative for Environmental Valuatioin?

In this paper, we examine some popular 'choice modelling' approaches to environmental valuation, which can be considered as alternatives to more familiar valuation techniques based on stated preferences such as the contingent valuation method. A number of choice modelling methods are consistent with consumer theory, and its focus on an attribute‐based theory of value permits a superior representation of many environmental management contexts. However, choice modelling surveys can place a severe cognitive burden upon respondents and induce satisficing rather than maximising behavioural patterns. In this framework, we seek to identify the best available choice modelling alternative and investigate its potential to 'solve' some of the major biases associated with standard contingent valuation. We then discuss its use in the light of policy appraisal needs within the EU. An application to the demand for rock climbing in Scotland is provided as an illustration.     

休闲经济:中部开发新视野

在西部和东部经济阔步前进的同时，“夹缝之中求生存”才是中部经济的真实境遇。中部经济“左右逢源”的关键是提倡并大力发展休闲经济。     

开放基础教育对老城区经济拉动的调查与分析

目前沈阳市部分老城区发展存在瓶颈：地区人口流动性差，老龄化相对严重，人口素质较低，如何解决这些制约瓶颈，实现经济社会的可持续发展是当前各界关注的热点问题。以沈阳市中心城区和平区为例，通过对和平区八经街道办事处管辖范围区域存在问题的分析，找出制约瓶颈，提出新思路：从教育入手，通过开放沈阳市优势基础教育，实现沈阳与周边城区教育资源共享，以教育带动区域经济、社会、文化的全面发展，为促进“大沈阳”建设作出贡献。
