武汉市制造业吸引外商投资对策研究

本文在课题组对武汉市制造业吸引外商投资的现状调查、对国内外吸引外商投资的经验和教训的总结以及对国际资本流动特点和趋势分析的基础上,提出了武汉市制造业吸引外商投资的若干政策建议,其内容包括:提高武汉市整体经济发展水平;领悟WTO规则,转变政府职能;提升武汉市制造业产业集聚能力;为招商引资创造各种条件;注重对吸引外资的管理等等.     

Industrial revolution and mortality revolution: Two of a kind?

In little more than a century life expectancy has doubled in most parts of the world. Neither facts nor theory support the view that this Mortality Revolution is due to the Industrial Revolution and the era of rapid economic growth that ensued. Rather, both revolutions mark the onset of accelerated and sustained technological change in their respective areas. They occur largely independently of each other, the later occurrence of the Mortality Revolution being due to the later development of biomedical vis-a-vis physical knowledge. Comparative study of the two should prove fruitful. Although entrepreneurship is important in each, there appear to be differences in the underlying motivations and the role of private property and other institutions. Links between technological change, on the one hand, and scale of operation, capital inputs, and education, on the other, also offer promising possibilities for comparative study.The author is grateful to Donna Hokoda Ebata and Christine M. 跨国快餐产业采用成组产品战略对于消费者购买意愿影响之研究

本文针对跨国快餐产业中的成组产品进行分析,区分主要产品与次要产品的搭配模式与价格折扣方式,并透过统计分析与假设检定进行实证检验,以了解搭配模式与折扣方式对消费者购买意愿所造成的影响。实证结果显示:主次产品种类的搭配与价格折扣方式对于消费者购买意愿的影响是显著的,并且两个变量之间存在交互作用效果。此结论为垮国快餐产业在中国市场进行营销时采用成组产品战略提供了支持。     

对福建资本市场推动"海西战略"产业发展的分析

从"海西战略"产业发展的要求出发,分析福建资本市场在"海西战略"的产业发展资金筹措、重点行业配置效率、产业转移配置效率等方面的作用与影响,得出福建资本市场对"海西"建设起到了较好的推动作用,必须大力发展福建资本市场.     

试析我国金融资产收益变动对寿险保费的影响

在金融资产选择理论框架下，利用时间序列研究了金融资产长期、短期波动对寿险保费的主要影响。并从居民投资角度建立了寿险与部分金融资产间的ECM模型，结果发现：储蓄增长对保费短期贡献大于长期贡献，加息会在短期内刺激保费增加但长期内有抑制作用；国债和股票受结构性因素影响未表现出与寿险保费有长期均衡关系。寿险公司在短期内应把部分储蓄转化为保费；在长期内应拓展新营销渠道，加快寿险产品和保障型产品的开发。     

基于成本差异的最佳贸易与产业政策选择

本文讨论了存在成本差异的第三国市场模型的最佳贸易与产业政策选择问题，讨论了社会成本和私人成本、本国和外国成本差异情况下的Cournot竞争和Bertrand竞争的情况。本文发现，在Cournot竞争下，政府首先行动时，当政府基金影子价格低于4／3时，政府对出口进行补贴，并且本国越有成本优势，补贴越高，补贴的利润转移效应越大；当政府基金影子价格高于4／3时，政府对出口征收出口税，且本国越有成本优势，征税越多。在Bertrand竞争下，当政府先行动时，对出口征收出口税；当政府后行动时，对出口进行补贴。当本国企业具有劣势时，事后补贴是最佳政蓑。     

企业需求、企业能力与企业社会责任的匹配探讨——一种新的企业履行社会责任的理论分析框架

本文首先研究了企业履行社会责任的模式并提出了企业社会责任的层次模型;其次,将企业需求与个人需求在企业生态学的范畴下进行了类比,提出了企业需求层次模型,并将企业需求归纳为企业履行社会责任的动力;再次,本文运用企业生命周期原理,将企业成长状况看作是衡量企业具有一定的履行社会责任能力的体现;最后,通过将企业需求、企业能力与企业社会责任进行匹配探讨,揭示了企业履行社会责任的动力和能力原理及其可能的行为,并得出了一些有意义的结论。     

Agglomeration in an innovative and differentiated industry with heterogeneous knowledge spillovers

This paper introduces an agent-based simulation model to study the technological development, the economic performance of firms and the evolution of agglomerations in a differentiated industry. The analysis is based on the interaction and behavior of firms, which might share knowledge but at the same time are competitors on the goods markets. Firms do not only compete with quantities they can also introduce process and product innovations. The level of knowledge of a firm describes the capabilities to perform innovations. Knowledge can be accumulated by investing in R&D and by knowledge spillover, which depend on geographical and technological proximity. Simulation runs show that there is an incentive to agglomerate in young industries and that geographical proximity enhances innovation, especially the number of product innovations.
