Urban vs. rural destinations: Residents’ perceptions,community participation and support for tourism development

This paper investigates and compares the effects of residents' perceptions of the impacts of tourism on community participation and support for tourism development across urban and rural world heritage sites (WHSs). Partial least squares – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), has been employed to perform the analysis. The results reveal significant differences between the effects of residents' perceptions and community participation on support for tourism development in urban and rural destinations. However, the findings did not support any differences between the effects of positive perceptions on community participation, and the indirect effects of negative perceptions on support for tourism development. This study makes a significant theoretical contribution to the urban and rural tourism and residents’ perceptions literature by comparing rural and urban WHSs residents. Furthermore, this study has a number of practical implications for the local authorities of rural and urban WHSs.     

基于组织支持理论的知识型员工流失研究

1986年诞生的组织支持理论近年来在管理领域产生了重大影响。本文结合知识型员工的特点,对组织支持理论的影响因素进行分析,构建了企业知识型员工的POS违背模型,并以此为依据建立了知识型员工的流失防范机制。     

基于 LSSVM 的供应链金融业务中企业信用风险评估研究

针对目前供应链金融业务中企业信用风险评估不科学与不完善的问题,在对企业信用风险评估的指标体系进行梳理和完善的基础上,利用最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)的基本原理尝试构建了企业信用风险 LSSVM 评估模型,并对模型的可行性和优越性做了分析和验证。研究结果表明：LSSVM 评估模型收敛速度快、准确度较高、泛化能力强,为供应链金融业务中的企业信用风险评估提供了一种新的办法和思路。     

Participants' perceptions on the role of facilitators using Group Decision Support Systems

The impact of facilitation upon group meetings has been a topic of research and debate for over 40 years. However, with the emergence and increasing usage of Group Decision Support Systems (GDSS), the role of facilitators is once more being addressed. Facilitators aim to substantially increase the effectiveness of group working, making meetings more productive and efficient through the management of both content and process. However, while the benefit that facilitators can bring is acknowledged, developing the necessary skills and techniques is more problematic. There are few manuals for would-be faciliators to draw upon, and much of their ability is acquired through experience. This article therefore attempts to increase the knowledge available and to provide facilitators with some practical suggestions. The research focuses on a series of interviews with group members (participants) who had used a particular GDSS—Strategic Options Development and Analysis (SODA)—for organizational decision making. From the analysis of the interviews, a number of reoccurring issues were identified which are presented as a set of learning points. These cover not only the workshop/meeting itself, but also the pre-workshop and post-workshop stages. The article also reflects on the impact which these identified learning points have on design and future GDSS development.     

Modeling and supporting task-oriented group processes: Purposeful complex adaptive systems and Evolutionary Systems Design

Evolutionary Systems Design (ESD) is a universal general problem solving, formal modeling, design framework for purposeful complex adaptive systems (PCAS) and processes, i.e., task-oriented group processes. These processes constitute policy making, group decision, negotiation, and multiagent problem solving with human and/or artificial agents. ESD is also a framework for computer group support systems (GSS) that support these processes. The ESD general framework can be applied to define and solve specific problems. In this article the ESD framework is presented and illustrated by example. The article provides background for ESD computer implementations discussed in two other related articles (Lewis and Shakun 1996; Bui and Shakun 1996).     

构建推进社会主义新农村建设的财政保障机制

社会主义新农村建设需要与之相适应的财政体制作保障.本文以此立意,分析了1994年财政体制取向与新农村建设目标之间可能存在的冲突,评价了1998年以来财政政策性安排对于缓和农村矛盾、强化农村财政保障的积极作用,最后提出根据新农村建设要求,研究建立财政保障的长效机制的思路.

本文以潞宁煤业2#煤西翼扩区轨道运输大巷支护为工程背景,以地质力学条件为基础,通过数值模拟分析,系统地对轨道运输大巷的围岩稳定性和锚固参数与锚固效果进行了研究,为指导围岩支护提供了有效地分析方法。     

金融支持河池市有色金属产业转型升级研究

产业结构调整和转型升级是当前中国面临的重要任务,金融资源的配置在产业结构升级过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。有色金属产业是河池市的支柱产业,历年来获得了金融机构的倾斜支持,但其同时又是＂两高一资＂产业,亟需面临产业转型升级。本文研究河池市有色金属产业发展与金融扶持的相关情况,分析有色金属产业转型升级面临的机遇和挑战,以及金融支持河池有色金属产业转型升级面临的主要瓶颈,提出金融支持河池市有色金属产业转型升级的对策和建议。     

基于灰色理论模型的金融支持与物流业发展研究

物流业作为国民经济基础性产业,包括交通运输、仓储、配送加工和邮政等行业,对于优化资源配置、增强综合竞争力具有重要的战略意义.本文立足“西江黄金水道”重要城市广西贵港市物流业发展实际,分析了金融支持物流业发展的现状和面临的问题,运用灰色理论模型实证分析得出金融支持对物流业发展具有较显著的促进作用,并提出了完善金融服务、实现金融与物流业共同发展的对策措施.     

金融支持新型城镇化建设问题研究——以广西梧州为视角

积极稳妥推进新型城镇化建设,既是我国转变经济发展方式、实现社会主义现代化的重大战略任务,也是当前稳经济增长、扩大有效需求的现实选择.金融与新型城镇化建设密切相关,城市基础设施、企业发展和转型的各项服务、城市运行的配套功能等目标的实现,都需要借助金融的力量.因此,应畅通融资渠道,提升金融服务水平,优化区域金融生态环境,使金融与新型城镇化发展的要求相适应,探索出金融支持新型城镇化的最佳路径.
