基于LabVIEW的机械工程测试虚拟实验平台开发

结合当前高校的实验室建设和实验教学现状,探讨了虚拟仪器技术在高校实验教学中的应用前景。通过基于PC-DAQ的测量系统在LabVIEW软件上开发机械工程测试实验平台,从而大大提高了实验教学的灵活性和适应性。

浅剖仪在水域活断层调查中的应用分析

我国东部地区经济发达,水系也很复杂,随着发展的需要,对各种水域的开发也逐步增加,为了开发的安全性,开展水域活动断层调查,为场地地震安全性评价提供基础性资料就显得尤为重要。本文利用的浅剖仪设备是ChirpⅢ声学剖面系统以及Boomer轰鸣器单道地震系统,进行活断层调查研究发现本套探测效果较好,值得推广。

Innovation and diffusion of environmental technology: Industrial NOx abatement in Sweden under refunded emission payments

We study the actual process of technical change in the case of NOx abatement from large stationary sources that have been regulated by very forceful policies in Sweden. Considerable progress has been made in lowering aggregate emissions and this paper seeks to disaggregate average industry improvements to study how much of it is due to innovations by first movers, and how much is achieved by adoption and diffusion of technology. We find both factors very important. Innovation has been rapid: the best firms have cut emissions on the order of 70%. In spite of this, reductions have actually been even more rapid for the majority of firms so that the median firms have caught up with best practice. We analyze various characteristics of the technological change observed.     

KDN型定氮仪测定粮食中粗蛋白质含量的相关问题探讨

目前测定蛋白质的方法和仪器很多,为了提高蛋白质含量检测结果的准确性和检测效率,依据GB/T 5511-2008《谷物和豆类氮含量测定和粗蛋白质含量计算凯氏法》要求,常用定氮仪来测定粮食中粗蛋白质含量。对此方法中化学试剂硫酸的选择及实际操作进行了探讨。     

The development of the Personality Audit: a psychodynamic multiple feedback assessment instrument

The Personality Audit (PA) was developed to meet a need for a relatively simple multiple feedback instrument that could clarify the various motivational needs of executives. Using a psychodynamic approach to leadership, the PA allows the test-taker to assess him- or herself in seven personality dimensions important in human behaviour and to identify personal ‘blind spots’. The resulting insights can be used to formulate appropriate leadership development goals.

The objective of this paper is to describe the design and psychometric properties of the PA. This instrument, in contrast with other tools that can be used to clarify the inner theatre of individuals, is designed not only to report information given by the test-taker but also to reflect the perceptions of observers representing both the test-taker's public and private spheres. This paper describes in detail the conceptual foundations of the questionnaire, the psychometric methods used to confirm its validity and reliability, and possible directions for future research.     

Jointly issued notes: a financial instrument to improve SME credit worthiness in China

A financial instrument to improve the credit worthiness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), i.e. Jointly Issued Notes (JINs), improves the average credit rating of SMEs by eight notches, from BBB to AA+, thus reducing borrowing cost by 298 basis points. This research note describes the various kinds of JINs, and then analyzes their effect on the credit worthiness of SMEs. We conclude that the JINs successfully facilitate access to credit at lower rates in China.
