In 2003, the French government decided to reform the system managing the different minimum wage regulations and the targeted reductions to employers' social security contributions. The main objective of the Fillon reform was to simplify the complex regulations that were created by the progressive introduction of the 35‐hour week. The reform incidentally created large variations in labour costs, depending on the type of firm and the wage level within the firm. Considering the complications of collecting empirical data on community participation, this study proposes a new methodological approach that departs from the current literature. For the first time, an experimental procedure is adopted to conduct a direct comparison between participatory and non-participatory decision-making in the context of heritage tourism planning. Contrary to previous work, this is the first ex-ante assessment of community participation at a destination with no such prior experience. The analysis relies on behavioural data on choices, deliberation and conflict studied in the context of a controlled collaborative environment. The findings suggest that choices and deliberation between participatory and non-participatory groups exhibit no statistically significant differences although participatory groups were more susceptible to conflict. However, interestingly, conflict was constructive as it increased provisions for heritage goods. Furthermore, intra-group heterogeneity did not always affect collective decisions negatively whereas trust and institutional credibility played a major role in influencing both individual and collective preferences. These findings have important implications for research and policy, opening a novel avenue for the systematic study of participation dynamics to inform the instigation of participatory endeavours. 相似文献

针对联合侦察筹划中任务规划阶段机动侦察平台阵位与路线确定困难的问题,提出了一种基于粒子群优化-稀疏A星(Particle Swarm Optimization—Sparse A-star,PSO-SAS)算法的规划方法。该方法综合考虑侦察装备机动性能以及敌火力威胁、地形等因素,在侦察阵位规划上,建立了阵位综合评估模型,并利用粒子群算法进行阵位寻优;在路线规划上,采用稀疏A*算法进行航迹规划,通过将机动性能、安全距离、路程等约束引入搜索过程,缩短最优路线的计算时间。仿真试验验证了所提方法生成的侦察阵位和路线能够满足侦察任务要求。 相似文献

In light of increasingly age-diverse workforces, organizations face the challenge of fostering job satisfaction among both younger and older employees. Combining equity theory with an aging perspective, we propose that due to age-related shifts in motives and goals, younger versus older employees’ job satisfaction will depend differently on monetary rewards (outcome side of equity theory), task contributions (input side of equity theory), as well as on imbalances (inequity) in the relationship between monetary rewards and task contributions. In a multisource study with 166 managers, we found that while younger employees were satisfied primarily by monetary rewards, older employees were satisfied primarily by their task contributions. Most importantly, a three-way interaction indicated that younger versus older employees react differently to two types of inequity: Being proportionally over-rewarded (i.e., receiving high monetary rewards for low task contributions) reduced older (but not of younger) employees’ job satisfaction. By contrast, under-reward inequity (i.e., receiving low monetary rewards for high task contributions) decreased younger (but not of older) employees’ job satisfaction. 在团队决策过程中,冲突在所难免。单纯的任务冲突能促使成员交换不同意见,更深刻地理解团队任务,有利于提高团队决策绩效;但任务冲突往往又会引发关系冲突,关系冲突一旦产生,就会对整个团队的决策绩效产生较大的负面影响。要提高团队决策绩效,关键在于有效抑制任务冲突向关系冲突的转化。鉴于团队领导能够显著影响团队的内部互动及团队结果,本研究在团队决策过程中引入了领导风格这一变量,通过行为实验模拟团队决策过程,来对比研究务实型领导风格和魅力型领导风格对任务冲突和关系冲突之间关系的影响。结果表明,务实型领导风格比魅力型领导风格更能有效抑制任务冲突向关系冲突的转化。 相似文献
