从紧的土地管理与从松的土地经营权流转的思考

十七届三中全会对农村制度建设作出了具体部署,未来农村制度建设的走向之一是实施从紧的土地管理制度。分析这一制度实施的原因、与土地承包经营权流转的关系、运用文献资料法、对比法研究土地流转的主要类型、存在的主要问题并给出相应对策,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。     

Technology Transfer to China: A Theoretical Approach

SUMMARY

Various economic theories can be used to shed some light on the complex phenomenon of technology transfer between two firms belonging to two distinct economies. Vernon's PLC model, Dunning's eclectic theory, and Coase's and Williamson's transaction cost theory highlight various aspects of the firm's transnational economic and business relations. Moreover, the new international trade theories and the more modern concept of National Innovation System emphasize technology as a crucial variable in the determination of commercial flows and of economic growth. Our theoretical approach goes beyond these various approaches in that it is designed to reflect the complexities of the economic, socio-cultural and political conditions prevailing in the recipient country. In particular, the ability of recipient countries to use their bargaining power is highlighted. The case of technology transfer in the Chinese telecommunications equipment industry will illustrate our general framework.

本文探讨了县乡公共资源的基本特征,研究了激活这些资源的重要意义;认为当前在激活这些公共资源上存在着不公平和低效率的问题;最后,文章就公共资源激活中如何保证公平,提高激活效率,提出了参考建议。     

El sistema financiero y su efecto en la dinámica sector privado

In the framework of a closed economy, identical agents, constant returns to scale and introducing a financial market, through a model of endogenous growth the macroeconomic equilibrium is characterized and it is shown that capital distribution is perfect with the existence of an efficient financial market. Nevertheless, the capital distribution is ineffective when the financial market is not efficient, which generates distortions that increase the cost of capital and hence rate of growth decreases. At the same time, a welfare analysis is carried out to verify the impact due to both types of financial markets, an efficient one and an inefficient one.     

案例教学知识转移机理研究

随着管理学科的不断发展，管理知识的情境性与实践性日益突显，对管理学科的教学提出了更高的要求。作为一种基于案例创设情境，鼓励学生主动实践、互动讨论的教学方法，案例教学法逐渐成为管理学科教学中不可或缺的方法。本文以高校管理学科案例教学为研究对象，通过结构方程模型的实证研究方法探究了案例教学特征通过影响学习者行为从而促进管理知识转移效果的作用机理。实证研究结果表明，案例教学的情境模拟性特征既能够直接促进管理知识的转移，同时也能通过提升学习意愿间接提升管理知识的学习效果，而师生平等性特征则通过影响学〉-7意愿影响管理知识的转移效果，为高校管理学科案例教学的有效开展提供了新的理论依据。     

Gender preference and transfers from parents to children: an inter-regional comparison

This paper examines whether parents exhibit gender preference in the allocation of family resources to their adult children. Gender preference is defined in the context of an altruistic model for inter-vivos transfer from parents to children extended to include educational investment. Data from the Health and Retirement Study (United States) and the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing are used to show that the degree of gender preference differs across these culturally distinct regions. Among Korean families, empirical results point to male preference as sons receive larger inter-vivos transfers and attain higher levels of education compared with daughters. In contrast, the evidence pertaining to gender preference among American families points to daughter preference as inter-vivos transfers and educational investment is generally higher among female adult children.     

Examining the link between skill shortages,training composition and productivity levels in the construction industry: evidence from Northern Ireland1

One of the key questions in international research addresses the tensions arising from international co-ordination and local adaptation of multinational companies' (MNCs) policies and practices. The German business system encourages MNCs to have a long-term, high-investment orientation, to practise intensive management-labour cooperation and to pursue developmental human resource management (HRM). This study analyses six major German MNCs operating in both Britain and Spain and outlines their reasons for the international co-ordination of HRM. It addresses the issue of central control versus local adaptation by looking at the transfer of German HR policies and practices. The cases show that the MNCs were able to preserve substantial ‘German-ness’ abroad. However, the results of the transfer of German HRM were not always positive due to a variety of endogenous and exogenous causes. Barriers to transfer from institutionally strong to weak environments are discussed and possible internal HR approaches are suggested to counterbalance the national business system effect. Their success will depend on head office-foreign affiliate relations shaped by factors such as cross-border communication, trust and power distribution.

运用稳相法和模糊函数设计离焦不敏感光学系统

非相干成像系统的离焦函数非常复杂,用一般的数学工具很难对其性质进行表征。模糊函数是一种特殊的数学工具,可以作为非相干成像系统的离焦函数来显示光学系统离焦时的光学传递函数;稳相法在复杂积分的近似计算方面有着独到的作用。文章利用模糊函数和稳相法设计出具对离焦不敏感性质的相位函数,从而得到离焦不敏感光学系统,并对波前调制系统的性质进行了研究。
