Accommodation purchase decision is a complex field that makes predictions of revisit intentions hard to examine. Our work explores psychological factors motivating visitors' decision-making concerning accommodation purchases by integrating the theory of planned behavior and value-attitude-behavior model. Using a group of multiple informants in Swiss universities, we performed partial least squares structural equation modeling to assess the impacts of subjective norm, attitude and perception of quality on visitors' revisit intention and loyalty in Airbnb and hotel contexts. Although the influence of said factors on purchase decisions varies in the two contexts, results suggest that subjective norm has an indispensable role in prompting revisit intention towards Airbnb and hotel accommodations. This paper's findings advance our understanding of visitors' decision-making processes concerning traditional hotels and accommodation establishments operating in sharing economy platforms.  相似文献

在制造业全球化、融合化和智能化发展的今天,合作能力协同作用成为影响合作成功的关键因素。2015年,国务院印发《中国制造2025》,要求实施创新驱动发展战略,坚持把创新摆在制造业发展全局的核心位置,突破一批重点领域关键共性技术,推动制造业跨区域、跨领域和跨行业协同创新,进而实现我国制造强国目标。由此,合作能力成为推动我国制造业创新发展的核心力量。通过回顾和梳理合作能力相关文献,归纳合作能力内涵与构成,创新性地提出无论是关系能力、联盟能力还是网络能力都是合作能力,也是合作能力演化不同阶段的具体表现形式。同时,通过解析各阶段能力对企业绩效的不同作用路径,更清晰地说明合作能力对企业绩效影响的内在机理。  相似文献

This research investigates the roles of brand equity and cognitive reappraisal in the association between the perception of justice and loyalty via customer affection in a service failure and recovery context. Survey data were subjected to the conditional process analysis using the regression-based method. Results reveal that customer affection plays a mediating role in the link between the perception of justice and loyalty. In addition, brand equity and cognitive reappraisal contribute as moderators in influencing the behavioral outcomes. Implications for researchers and managers are also provided.  相似文献

与现有文献多从制度环境、企业家能力角度研究企业创新能力制约因素有所不同,从企业投资行为选择这一独特视角,就企业过度投资对自身创新能力的挤出效应进行稳健性检验。基于“中国企业-劳动力匹配调查”(CEES)一手微观数据进行检验,结果发现:在相关因素充分控制的前提下,企业在研发创新领域以外的过度投资对于企业专利产出与产品创新均具有显著负向影响,表明企业投资行为扭曲对自身创新能力形成了较为突出的挤出效应。进一步分析发现,过度投资显著降低了企业技术研发投入,不利于企业人力资本结构优化与管理效率提升,这些因素是企业过度投资抑制创新能力提升的主要渠道。为此,建议通过营造公平竞争的营商环境,抑制企业过度投资行为。  相似文献

Despite the importance of Oriental medicine festivals to Oriental medical tourism, little research has been conducted to understand the behavioral intention of visitors to these festivals. Therefore, this study examines the behavioral intention of visitors to a Korean Oriental medicine festival. This study employs the extended model of goal-directed behavior (EMGB) that incorporates two constructs related to Oriental medicine festivals: the Oriental medicine image of festival site (image) and the perception of Oriental medicine (perception). An on-site survey was conducted with 423 visitors attending the Sancheong Herbal Festival in South Korea. Results reveal that attitude, subjective norm, and positive anticipated emotion influenced visitors' desire to attend the festival, which, in turn, influenced their behavioral intentions. Two constructs of image and perception formed positive and significant relationships with attitude toward attending the festival. Practical implications of the study results are discussed.  相似文献

A conceptual framework for understanding how perceptions of retail environments are formed is developed in this paper. In developing the framework, three main issues receive theoretical attention. First, the problem of conceptualizing retail environments is tackled. Second, the dimensions of environmental perception are discussed from the standpoint of retail arenas. Third, the factors that moderate how different retail environments are perceived are treated producing a few research propositions. The article also reports the findings of a pilot study. Both quantitative and qualitative analyses are conducted and they show that the separate perceptual dimensions manifest themselves in distinct ways in different retail environments. Finally, the theoretical and managerial implications are discussed and future research suggestions are spelled out.  相似文献

The US experienced two dramatic changes in the structure of education in a 50 year period. The first was a large expansion of educational attainment; the second, an increase in test score gaps between college-bound and non-college-bound students. This paper documents the impact of these two trends on the composition of school groups by ability and the importance of these composition effects for wages. The main finding is that there is a growing gap between the abilities of high school and college-educated workers that accounts for one-half of the college wage premium for recent cohorts and for the entire rise of the college wage premium between the 1910 and 1960 birth cohorts.  相似文献
