基于新技术与新知识的高技术服务业跨界融合是传统企业实现创新资源优化配置、创新研发和商业转化的重要因素。因此,运用熵指数测度全国各省区高技术服务业与资源型产业融合水平,并利用2014—2017年资源型上市公司面板数据检验两大产业融合对资源型企业两阶段创新效率的影响,同时探讨企业吸收能力的调节作用。结果表明:现阶段高技术服务业和资源型产业融合程度不高,但发展态势良好,处于从失调走向协调的转变期;产业融合对资源型企业创新研发效率短期无显著影响,长期存在抑制作用,资源型企业技术能力刚性导致对新技术的排斥,且较大的产业间认知差距削弱了产业间良性互动带来的技术扩散效应;产业融合对创新转化效率呈先抑制、后促进效应,就长期而言,产业融合具有良好的创新转化推动力;资源型企业吸收能力分别在产业融合与滞后一期创新研发效率及滞后三期创新转化效率的关系中起正向、负向调节作用,表明资源型企业吸收能力构建尚不全面。  相似文献

从中观视角研究要素价格扭曲对制造业R&D投入的影响及行业差异,厘清行业异质性背景下要素价格扭曲影响R&D投入的理论机制,运用制造业细分行业数据,结合非线性面板门槛模型进行深入分析。结果显示:要素价格扭曲对制造业R&D资本投入和R&D人力投入均均具有显著抑制效应,行业异质性因素在二者间发挥重要调节作用。进一步,运用面板门槛模型对行业异质性因素的作用进行探究。结果表明,行业特征因素如市场竞争、资本密集度、企业平均规模以及对外开放度在不同门槛值区间,要素价格扭曲对R&D投入的影响效应均存在显著差异。研究结论为全面深化市场化改革、提高要素资源配置效率、促进制造业自主创新转型升级,进而推动创新型国家建设具有一定启示意义。  相似文献

基于不同经济发展水平研究视角,选取新一代信息技术产业为研究对象,采用改进的Griliches-Jaffe知识生产函数模型,运用面板数据回归分析方法,利用《中国高技术产业统计年鉴》(2007-2017年)中电子及通信设备制造业统计数据进行实证研究,探究创新要素投入与创新绩效的关系。结果发现:对于新一代信息技术产业,在不同经济发展水平地区投入相同创新要素对创新绩效的影响存在一定差异,尤其体现在技术投入要素作用效果上。这就意味着,对经济发展水平不同地区使用相同的创新要素推动产业创新发展是低效的;不同发展水平地区有针对性地分配创新要素,对于实现创新要素最大效率、推动战略性新兴产业布局与发展尤其关键。最后,提出相应政策启示及建议。  相似文献

The Spanish textile and apparel manufacturing sectors have been badly impacted by the global recession as well as the removal of quotas that were in place with the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing (ATC). This study employs a cost function to investigate the presence of scale economies and the interrelationships among inputs of domestic capital, labor, and intermediate goods as well as outsourced (imported) intermediate products for the Spanish textile industry in a global environment that has become increasingly competitive. While there is evidence of scale economies at low output levels, there is also some evidence consistent with diseconomies of scale at the highest output levels. All of the inputs appear to be substitutes for one another except for domestic capital and outsourced intermediate goods. An important finding is that the demands for both labor and domestic intermediate goods have become increasingly sensitive to the prices of outsourced inputs. The estimated coefficients of dummy variables indicate that reduced international trade restrictions have put downward pressure on unit cost for the industry in recent years. These results suggest that the Spanish textile industry and its domestic suppliers will be increasingly challenged by international competitive pressures.  相似文献

This study attempts to examine the presence of herding behavior in the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The novel contribution of this paper is that it investigates the herding phenomenon from a large number of facets such as herding of firms towards market, herding of firms towards industry portfolios, herding of industry portfolios towards market, herding in mostly traded stocks and in large and small stocks, and herding in the crisis period. For this purpose, we use the herding behavior model of Christie and Huang (1995) on the daily closing prices data of 609 firms listed on the PSX from January 2004 to December 2013. Results show that individual firms do not herd towards market index, except when the market experiences a negative return of 5%. However, when we sort firms into small and large groups based on median market capitalization, results indicate that large firms show herding behavior in extreme market movements. Further, we find that firms in several industries herd towards their industry portfolios. However, we find weak evidence of industry portfolios herding towards the market. We also segregate the impact of financial crisis of 2008 from normal times. These findings support results of our baseline estimation.  相似文献

This paper discusses how small technology-based firms (STBFs) effectively manage vertical alliances by choosing proper alliance structures to both manage challenges and pursue higher performance. We consider the main challenges of STBFs’ vertical alliances as opportunistic risk and coordination concern between partners, and derive four types of vertical alliance portfolios with different extents of risk and return based on the relational perspective. We then examine the impact of each portfolio on performance and the moderating effect of STBFs’ age and technological capability. The results show the portfolio focusing on bilateral alliances is not helpful for STBFs, while the others are useful. The portfolio focusing on unilateral alliances promises young firms better performance, while hybrid portfolios of unilateral and bilateral alliances are more helpful for older STBFs. In hybrid portfolios, bilateral alliance in the upstream is beneficial to specific technology-focused firms, while bilateral alliance in the downstream is recommended to STBFs whose technology covers a wider range.  相似文献

It is not unusual for companies to generate substantial revenue through alliances. However, alliance failure rates are high, leaving much revenue at risk and value unrealized. The big challenge facing managers is to align company interests with alliance interests. Such alignment can only be achieved when executives pay considerable attention to building the right collaborative business model. In this article, we synthesize the insights of the existing literature to arrive at three collaborative business models—sharing, specialization, and allocation—that managers can use to address the specific requirements of their alliances. Because the literature provides limited insight regarding how to operationalize these models, we highlight what managers need to focus on when operationalizing each of these models. We find that the choice for an overall business model is relatively straightforward in most cases but that operationalization of business models requires more complex combinations of management techniques. Finally, we show how the three collaborative business models can be combined to build hybrid models.  相似文献

This study summarizes the main conclusions from a systematic review of the empirical literature regarding the impact on firms of the use of knowledge external sources (universities, research institutes and knowledge intensive business services). With the aim to organize the literature, we classify the different works according to the research question addressed: (i) which firms use knowledge external sources?; (ii) Do firms using knowledge external sources achieve better results?; And (iii) which firms benefit the most from using knowledge external sources? Stylized facts are that larger, more R&D intensive and high tech firms are more likely to use knowledge external sources and that use of knowledge external sources is associated to firms higher technical results. Less attention has been paid to the third question and evidence is not conclusive. Several recommendations for future research emerge. First, to take in greater consideration methodological issues so that potential biases in the results caused by sample selection and endogeneity are handled properly. Second, to pay more attention to heterogeneous outcomes. Third, to use continuous indicators of depth and breadth of links allowing for non‐linear relationships and fourth, to extend evidence for developing countries and service industries.  相似文献

以往研究着重探讨重叠/非重叠知识在技术并购中的创新效应,然而在测度知识重叠时仅关注到数量属性而忽略了质量评估。因此,构建一个新的理论框架,利用国家知识产权局2008-2018年专利授权数据,分析217家中国机械制造企业352次国内技术并购案例,探索知识库中重叠、非重叠知识数量和质量属性对并购后创新绩效的影响。结果表明,高质量重叠知识对并购后的企业创新绩效具有正向影响,而高质量非重叠知识则有负向影响。同时,探讨知识数量对并购后创新绩效的影响。研究结果强调了知识重叠对企业获取外部知识的重要性,对企业技术并购实践具有借鉴作用。  相似文献
