高校教育成本构成探析

随着教育事业的持续发展,高等教育的成本管理顺应需要发展起来,逐步成为高等学校财务管理的一项重要内容。明确辨析高等教育构成及内涵性质是进行高校教育成本核算、成本控制的前提和基础,具有十分重要的研究价值。在这种要求之下,本文分析了高等教育成本的内涵,教育成本的构成要素、内容及性质、介绍了中外高等教育成本的研究现状,总结出了高校教育成本的三种构成模式。     

基于实物期权的高科技项目投资机会价值和投资决策研究

分析和判断高科技项目是否有投资的价值以及什么时间进行投资,已经成为投资决策中的重要问题。本文基于实物期权方法,建立了高科技项目投资机会价值和投资时机选择模型,给出了模型不同情况下的解,分析了不同的参数对投资机会价值以及投资时机的选择的影响。     

Recognition in India’s new service professions: gym trainers and coffee baristas

ABSTRACT

How do employees in “new services”, such as coffee baristas and gym trainers in India, see their jobs? In this paper, we build on extensive fieldwork in gyms and coffee chains that cater to the emerging Indian middle classes. Our research highlights the importance of respect and recognition in making service interactions more meaningful for new service workers. Generally hailing from the lower middle classes, new service work offers important opportunities to interact with and learn from English-speaking upper middle-class customers and clients. Besides the opportunity to interact and learn, the acknowledgement they receive for their skills and (bodily) accomplishments make such professions attractive as well. Even if this holds the potential for upward socioeconomic mobility, our findings also point at the resilience of social hierarchies. Drawing on literature on service interactions and new middle-class formation in India, this paper provides important insight into how young Indians navigate and negotiate the opportunities and pitfalls that come with the country's changing socioeconomic landscape.     

亚当·斯密《国富论》所涉中国经济论及其当代启示

亚当·斯密生活的时代正是清朝乾隆时代,而"康乾盛世"并没有与西方工业化的发展同步,从而丧失了一次重大的世界性的历史发展机遇。亚当·斯密《国富论》中的有关论述有助于我们了解其中的重要原因。同时,研读相关论述,我们可以得出"观念变革重要性""放眼看世界重要性""制度变革重要性""开拓世界市场重要性"以及"追求真实价值重要性"等对当代中国深化经济改革和开放的诸多有益启示。     

组织认同感与离职倾向关系研究

通过18家企业的358份样本进行分析,对组织认同感量表进行本土化修订,在此基础上考察组织认同感与离职倾向间的相关关系,并对可能的调节变量进行验证。研究结果显示,组织认同感包含忠诚、成员身份和相似性三个维度,组织认同感对离职倾向具有负向的预测效果,环境机会的调节作用不明显。通过强化员工的组织认同感,企业可以有效地减少其离职倾向。     

股价暴跌、投资者认知与信息透明度

本文基于Merton(1987)不完全信息市场下的认知风险假说,研究了我国股票市场个股股价暴跌与投资者认知风险的关系。我们发现投资者认知风险越大,股价暴跌的风险越大,股价暴跌造成的损失也越大。进一步我们研究了影响认知风险的因素,发现在控制住经营风险和异质信念后,信息披露不透明是影响投资者认知风险的重要因素。稳健性检验的结果表明我们的发现并不受所使用的数据频率的影响。

本文立足于广西农业生产发展,分析了广西农业保险的发展现状及其存在的一些问题,阐述了在目前全球金融危机的大环境下广西农业和农业保险发展的历史机遇,提出了把握机遇、解决问题、加快广西农业保险发展的系列对策。     

Making the ‘rules of the game’: Constituting territory and authority in Nicaragua's indigenous communities

Indigenous communities, particularly in Latin America, are increasingly winning recognition of rights to lands and forests that they have managed or used historically under customary institutions. If property refers to ‘the rules of the game’, this article uses the constitution of indigenous communal territories in Nicaragua to examine the process of ‘making the rules’. Specifically, the recognition of rights by central governments leads to political contestations over both territory and authority as communities and indigenous political leaders vie for different configurations of both lands and new territorial authorities. That is, the process of constituting large collective territories is intimately related to the constitution of authority, as it involves not only the negotiation of physical boundaries but also the recognition of an existing authority structure – or the creation of a new entity – to represent the beneficiaries. In Nicaragua's North Atlantic Autonomous Region, then, the decision over ‘which configuration of territory’ is ultimately a political negotiation over which ‘authority’ will have the right to control and enforce access to which rights and benefits from land and natural resources.
