毛泽东民族思想、孙中山民族理论世界观不同,但都是解决中国20世纪初所面临的严重民族问题的民族思想。在中华民族的起源、民族危机、民族主义(爱国主义)同世界主义(国际主义)的关系、民族的未来、民族政策和实践等方面都体现了毛泽东民族思想是对孙中山民族理论的继承和超越。     

Assessing the Effects of Cultural Intelligence on Team Knowledge Sharing From a Socio‐Cognitive Perspective

Drawing upon social cognitive theory, this research postulates cultural intelligence as a key driver of knowledge sharing among culturally diverse teams. An empirical testing of the proposed model, by investigating team leaders from high‐tech industries, reveals the applicability of social cognitive theory in understanding cultural intelligence, perceived team efficacy, and knowledge sharing. Specifically, the test results herein show that knowledge sharing is directly influenced by metacognitive, cognitive, and motivational cultural intelligence. At the same time, knowledge sharing is indirectly impacted by metacognitive and behavioral cultural intelligence through the mediation of perceived team efficacy. Lastly, this research provides managerial implications and limitations. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

高职学生信息交互行为的影响因素研究

在高职学生的发展过程中,信息交互是高职学生获取隐性信息的重要方法之一,可以提高学生的可持续发展能力。然而由于其自身的特殊性,隐性信息的获取是及其困难的。因此本文以计划行为理论为基础,以高职学生为研究对象,深入了解高职学生对待信息交互的态度,在此基础上,拟定问卷并进行调研,最后利用SPSS13.0对调研的数据进行信度和效度分析,从而得出影响高职学生信息交互行为的要素。

Economic theory as applied to the family should increase our understanding of the phenomena we are studying, and allow us to implement fruitful intervention in cases where we are not satisfied with what is occurring. Much if not all of the theory of the family fails to achieve these aims. Examples are given from the most recent edition of Gary Becker's Theory of the Family, where the analysis leads to conclusions that are, on their face, preposterous. This kind of theorizing leads, as does almost all neoclassical theory, to a conclusion that the institutions depicted are benign, and that government intervention would be useless at best and probably harmful. But it isn't necessarily so.     

60年时代主题的重大变革——从“战争”到“和平”的大局统筹

统筹国际与国内两个大局，关乎国家在建设时期“中心任务”的抉择，是建国60年经验总结中不可回避的课题。在十一届三中全会之前与之后，对国际和国内两个大局的不同统筹观（即从“战争格局论”到“和平与发展论”；从“要准备打仗”到“集中力量摘经济建设”的巨大变革），对国际政治、尤其国内的建设格局以及台湾问题的处理方针都产生了极其重大的影响。抚今思昔，在改革大势下。我们全面肯定邓小平的全局统筹观；继往开来，在历史镜鉴中，不等于轻率地否定1978年改革以前毛泽东的大局统筹观。这是历史的否定之否定，是历史的辩证法。     

Exploring Civic Engagement Through Seniors' Good Citizenship Behavior Within Clubs

The argument for civic engagement is that it enables individuals to feel empowered and shapes their political and social attitudes which are attributes that promote individuals to be better citizens. This study focuses on senior citizens, and we use the place-attachment theory to better understand the good citizenship behavior of seniors within clubs, and we further explore how this behavior affects their civic engagement. The findings provide insights into seniors' civic engagement within the confines of clubs. As a result of these findings, we go on to suggest a framework for understanding the behavior of civic engagement. Our model of seniors' civic engagement in clubs provides greater insights for academics and policy makers on the sources and physical places that can foster communities to come together for shared interaction and cohesion.     

Eighteenth-Century Evolutionary Thought and its Relevance in the Age of Legislation

This essay revisits the evolutionist writingsof the eighteenth century to clarify their key ideas concerninglegal and social evolution and to assess their relevance in thepresent era of pervasive legislation. The discovery of the principleof the accumulation of design is traced to these writings andthe continuity of twentieth century spontaneous-order theoryand new institutional economics with this tradition is noted.While highlighting the contributions of other institutional theoriststo the elucidation of the role of purposive action in legal evolution,the author argues that input designing does not alter the fundamentalnature of legal emergence as postulated by the eighteenth centuryscholars. The essay supports the ideal of legal generality, freespeech, property and contractual freedom as normative implicationsof the evolutionary viewpoint.     

Perceived Determinants of Well-Being and Enjoyment Level of Leisure Activities

Two facets of leisure, perceived determinants of well-being and enjoyment of common leisure activities, were investigated in 388 participants. For well-being, a principal components (PCA) analysis yielded five components: competence, relatedness and health, wealth, personal values, and freedom of choice. For the enjoyment of leisure activities, another PCA generated seven components: wellness, sedentary leisure, intellectual leisure, social leisure, routine activities, self-realization, and inner peace. Different leisure enjoyment of young adults (18–30 years old) in contrast to adults and seniors was attributed to social transformations as also predicted by several theories of social change. The relationship between the determinants of well-being and enjoyment of leisure activities was statistically significant but meaningfully debatable.
