澳大利亚社区口译教学及其启示

近年来，我国的社区口译需求呈上升趋势，但合格的专业社区口译员相当紧缺。澳大利亚成熟的社区口译人才培养机制，帮助这个多元文化国家建立起一个发达的社区口译服务系统。通过分析澳大利亚社区口译教学体系，能对我国的社区口译人才培养带来一定的启发。     

A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm for analyzing electronic word-of-mouth

This study evaluates tourism experiences shared through electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) across four Chinese attractions. The objective is to develop a framework for evaluating eWOM by constructing an indicator system and implementing an analytic hierarchy process with the use of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm. This framework is achieved by mapping more than 6000 websites related to Chinese tourism attractions and filtering over 200,000 useful reviews to measure service performance. Results indicate that ecological–biological attractions failed to make tourists feel “very satisfied” in various aspects, such as overall evaluation, infrastructure, traffic, natural environment, and social environment. Overall, the study contributes by presenting a framework that can be adopted by tourism researchers and industry practitioners to understand tourist preferences and evaluate service performance to improve service quality.

Computers BITE accounting education

The recent establishment of the £20 million Teaching and Learning Technology Programme by the Universities' Funding Council in the UK provides one of the largest boosts for IT and education since PLATO (in the USA) and NDPCAL (in the UK). This note describes the BITE project which is part of the above programme and highlights some of the problems that have affected both the development and evaluation of accounting courseware in the past. By using a strong interdisciplinary team of software, educational and subject specialists, the project hopes to overcome some or all of these problems.

Some Determinants of Core Competencies: Evidence from a Binary-Logit Analysis

Despite the increasing recognition of the salience of core competencies in the process of competition, the notion of core competencies has remained largely ambiguous in the literature. Neither is it clear what strategies, institutions, and resources are necessary for developing and sustaining core competencies. This paper uses the binary-logit model to explore the determinants of core competencies, and identifies investment in intangible assets, marketing/promotional activities and firm size as significant determinants of core competencies. An evaluation of the technology strategies of two competence-seeking firms also points to the increasing salience of intangible assets, decentralization/globalization of the R&D function, and the intensive search for knowledge and capabilities.     

高职院校计算机应用基础课程教学改革与实践

本文结合作者的实际教学体会,对计算机应用基础课程改革的方法进行了有益的探讨,指出了传统计算机应用基础课程教学中存在的弊端,并针对这些问题在改变教学模式、改进教学方法等方面提出了具体的对策。     

企业信用能力评价指标相关性问题实证研究

目前,由于企业信用评价模型和指标体系存在主观随意、差异甚巨、相互矛盾的现象,信用评级的客观性、科学性和公正性遭到社会的普遍质疑。深究其因,主要是对企业信用评价相关性理论——评价指标与企业信用的相关性和评价指标之间相关性的研究严重不足。遵循理论分析和实证研究相结合的原则,初步探讨企业信用能力评价指标的相关性问题,得出的结论是目前企业信用评价模型和指标体系中的信用能力评价指标有一半基于指标间的高度相关性完全可相互替代,仅有不足一半的指标与企业信用存在显著相关性。     

改革开放以来林业财政政策与评述

对1978年改革开放以来林业财政政策分两阶段进行评述。1978～1992年,我国的林业财政投入政策、林业税收政策、林业财务政策对促进林业快速发展发挥了重要作用,主要表现在:推进了森工企业改革,推进了造林绿化,林业事业体系建设逐步完善。但也存在税收负担重、未形成有效投入体系、财务政策追逐目标不当等问题。1992年至今,积极的林业财政政策使我国生态建设体系明显加强,森林资源保护重点加强,林业产业体系更趋完善。但在面对林业急需发展的实际仍显投入不足,林业税收政策尚未达到应有的优惠程度,林业财务政策仍需改革等方面仍需改进。
