基于DEMATEL对煤炭企业供应商关键绩效指标间的关系分析

依据企业自身特点和要素间的关系构建评价指标体系,采用DEMATEL方法对淮南矿业集团的供应商选择评价进行研究。通过分析关键绩效指标间的逻辑关系和直接影响关系,揭示系统内要素的结构关系,为供应商的选择与供应链竞争力的提升提出了相应的建议。     

Exploring heritage tourism performance improvement for making sustainable development strategies using the hybrid-modified MADM model

Industrial heritage tourism has become increasingly popular in recent years. However, strategies for improving the industrial heritage tourism development-related performances are still an underdeveloped research topic academically. Therefore, this study’s purpose is to explore the feasibility performance-improving strategies using a hybrid-modified multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) based on the DEMATEL technique in constructing the influential network relation map (INRM) and in determining the influential weights of DANP. Then, the modified VIKOR method is combined with the influential weights of DANP, performance gaps were identified, and then the most effective strategies for improving tourism development-related performance at industrial heritage sites can be generated using INRM. Finally, an empirical real case study of a rehabilitated gold-mining site of Taiwan is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the hybrid-modified MADM model. According to the results, the decision-makers should highly prioritize improving high-priority criteria such as ‘social usefulness’, ‘resource integration’, ‘destination policy and development’, ‘economic development’, ‘cultural links’, ‘cultural learning’, and ‘natural landscape resources’ in advance to successfully achieving the aspired performance levels. Additionally, this study suggests meaningful industrial heritage tourism performance improvement strategies that have been rehabilitated throughout the world.     

Modeling the lockdown relaxation protocols of the Philippine government in response to the COVID-19 pandemic: An intuitionistic fuzzy DEMATEL analysis

The COVID-19 pandemic, which started at Wuhan, has shut down world economies, prompting governments to impose drastic lockdown measures of the economy and the society. As these measures are exhausted, non-COVID-19 related issues such as those associated with the mental and physical well-being of people under lockdowns became an emerging concern. As these issues are evident, not to mention the economic downturn, governments are currently looking at designing lockdown relaxation efforts by simultaneously considering both public health and economic restart. Without documented experiences to rely on, governments are resorting to trial-and-error approach in creating a lockdown exit strategy while preventing succeeding waves of cases that may overwhelm healthcare facilities. Thus, this work pioneers the use of the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method with intuitionistic fuzzy (IF) sets along with the domain of public health and the emerging COVID-19 pandemic. The DEMATEL handles the intertwined causal relationships among guideline protocols for the relaxation strategy. The intuitionistic fuzzy set theory addresses the vagueness and uncertainty of human judgments in the context of the DEMATEL. A case study of the Philippine government response for the lockdown exit is presented to evaluate the applicability of the proposed method. Findings reveal that compliance of minimum public health standards, limited movement of persons, suspension of physical classes, the prohibition of mass gatherings, non-operation of category IV industries, and non-operation of hotels or similar establishments are the most crucial protocols for such strategy. These findings offer practical insights for the government to allocate resources and impose measures to ensure their implementation, as well as for developing mitigation efforts to cushion their socio-economic impacts. Policy insights and avenues for future works are also discussed.     

基于DEMATEL-ISM法的签派放行中人为因素影响建模研究

签派放行工作作为航空公司运行管理的中枢,其安全水平对航空安全起着决定性作用,运用DEMATEL-ISM法对签派放行中人为因素影响进行建模分析。首先,基于已有研究并与专家讨论构建签派放行中人为因素体系。接着求出各因素之间相互影响关系,划分因素体系层次结构。最后提出改进建议。结果表明规章管理制度与教育培训为本质致因因素,且与企业理念同为关键因素,在因素体系中既与其他因素较为密切的联系且影响着其他因素,又有较高的重要程度。     

基于集成DEMATEL-ISM的民航飞行安全风险影响因素研究

航空安全是民航发展的生命线,飞行安全风险研究是飞行安全分析的重要内容,飞行安全风险影响因素的研究是飞行安全风险研究的重要基础。为研究民航飞行安全风险影响因素,在构建飞行安全风险评价指标体系的基础上,采用决策式实验分析法和解释结构模型联合法(decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory-interpretative structural modeling method, DEMATEL-ISM)的算法构建飞行安全风险影响因素模型,对因素的属性、重要度、作用机理等进行深入分析,建立系统性的多级递阶结构模型。最后通过算例编程仿真实现,对结果深入分析与研究,探讨其实际应用价值,证明该方法的可行性和有效性,该方法可以为飞行安全风险管理提供决策帮助和理论指导,有助于提升飞行安全管理水平。     

河南省新型农业经营主体培育影响因素研究

[目的]通过分析河南省新型农业经营主体培育的影响因素及其相互作用程度,旨在为河南省新型农业经营主体培育和农业经济发展提供思路。[方法]文章运用DEMATEL方法对河南省新型农业经营主体培育的影响因素进行定性识别,在此基础上,利用模糊综合评价模型对其进行定量评价。[结果]准则层中的社会服务体系是河南省新型农业经营主体培育的主导因素。指标层中,原因因素以信息服务体系、金融服务体系、融资渠道3种因素对其具有直接的影响力;结果因素以农村转移就业人数、特色农业种植、病虫害防治技术、生产施肥技术等比较容易受其他因素影响。河南省新型农业经营主体培育绩效属于中等水平,且有较大提升空间;其中,新型农业经营主体辐射带动性为良好,社会服务体系、经营主体技术水平、新型农业经营主体带动效益均为中等水平。[结论]现阶段河南省新型农业经营主体中的社会服务体系贡献率相对较低,社会化和组织化水平以及农村金融服务体系依旧是河南省新型农业经营主体培育的短板,因此,提升以信息、金融为主的农业社会服务水平,对河南省新型农业经营主体培育将具有重要的推动作用。     

餐饮业绿色供应链管理实践影响因素的Grey-DEMATEL分析

随着政策法规的加强,环境管理的深入,餐饮业有必要实施绿色供应链的管理模式.但目前餐饮企业参与绿色实践的比例很低.通过Grey-DEMATEL方法,分析了餐饮企业绿色供应链管理的实践影响因素.研究发现：主动开展绿色实践的重要影响因素依次是企业高层领导者的倡导、企业采购成本和管理费用增加,提高餐饮企业品牌竞争力,树立企业社会责任形象.而关联度高,长期影响因素是法律法规的强度和有效的激励政策,短期即可产生效果的因素是信息因素的影响.     

Prioritization of Facilitation Strategies of Park and Recreation Agencies Through DEMATEL Analysis

Rural park and recreation agencies introduce facilitation strategies to mitigate rural park visitation leisure constraints. Using Taiwanese population as sample, this article used leisure constraints concept and Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method to help agencies to prioritize facilitation strategies. DEMATEL analysis showed that constraints overlap in the consumer's mind. Impact of constraints vs sum of rows r map informs agencies which constraints should be given the priority to mitigate. DEMATEL influence map shows how facilitation strategies that allay priority constraints impact other constraints. Although this method is applied for rural park visitation, it is context neutral and can be applied to other leisure activities.     

绿色产品开发的制约因素分析

绿色产品的开发和设计使生态环境与社会经济联结为一个协调发展的有机整体,促进社会实现可持续发展,成为当今产品生产的主导方向.但是,绿色产品开发技术的日趋成熟,不再是企业实施绿色制造和绿色设计就能够完成的简单问题,而受到政府、企业和消费者三个方面各种因素的综合影响.文章从上述三方面系统地分析了绿色产品开发过程中存在的各种制约因素及其因素之间的影响关系,借助决策与试验评价实验室(DEMATEL)方法,定量地揭示了各影响因素之间的综合相互影响程度,找出了制约绿色产品开发的关键因素,为绿色产品开发决策提供了科学依据.     

基于DEMATEL的国家高新区竞争力影响因素分析

在构建了国家高新区竞争力"四力"模型的基础上,从基础支撑力、自主创新力、社会贡献力和国际竞争力四个方面系统地分析国家高新区竞争力内部和外部影响因素,运用DEMATEL方法定量地对影响因素进行分析,揭示产业集群、人才投入、政策环境、园区开放度和R&D投入是影响高新区竞争力的核心要素,指出自主创新力和国际竞争力是高新区竞争力提升的关键,并提出提升国家高新区竞争力的对策建议。
