我国地方特色大米产业创新博弈分析

我国特色大米产业处于发展阶段,在我国特色大米产业创新系统中,政府、龙头企业、高校与科研院所这些主体承担着不同功能和职能分布,拥有着各自的利益和立场。文中先通过对企业与农户、政府与企业的创新博弈利益进行分析,再通过构建产业创新中官产学研动态博弈模型,进一步得出在我国特色大米产业创新系统中,更加优化的策略选择。     

高职院校辅导员工作满意度调查与分析

本文以江苏省为例,通过调查问卷和访谈的方式对高职院校辅导员工作状况进行了调查,旨在了解高职院校辅导员工作满意度现状,分析影响辅导员工作满意度的因素,并就如何提高辅导员工作满意度提出相关建议。     

医疗康复机械设计

论文首先介绍了国内外康复训练装置的市场,工作现状以及应用情况。然后介绍整个装置的基本骨架——即结构方案与布局方案以及该套方案能最终实施与否,运动效果以及该运动所能为病人康复做出的贡献。接着论述了三大动力系统的实施过程及传动,动力方案并进行相关校核,最终设计出康复训练装置的总体结构。     

反思与定位:建构中国特色的政府绩效管理

当前中国政府绩效管理过程中政府自身之被动、学术界倡导绩效管理理念之冲动、媒体舆论对政府绩效评估之盲动、社会公民在政府绩效管理中之不动现象,值得剖析与反思;只有清醒领悟政府绩效管理是一场持续渐进之运动,只有建构以伦理与制度结合之中国特色的政府绩效管理,才有助于实现政府持续改进、人民满意与社会和谐之目的。     

Patterns of self-drive tourists: The case of Nanning City, China

Based on 340 valid questionnaires, the spatial behavioural characteristics of self-drive tourists from Nanning City are discussed in the paper. Survey results show that the majority of respondents took five self-drive tourist trips per annum. These were primarily during holiday periods and at weekends, with a common duration of 2-3 days on each trip. Their overall spatial behavioural characteristics are congruent with the concept of General Distance Attenuation Patterns. Scenic spots are strong attraction nodes but are discontinuously and disproportionally distributed, so consequently the spatial behavioural characteristics irregularly change with distance.     

A Western Australian Test of Invariant Factorial Structure in the Work Autonomy Scale Between Managerial and Non-Managerial Employee Classifications

ABSTRACT

This paper explores the conceptualisation of work autonomy through an investigation of the factorial structure stability of the Global Work Autonomy Scale at different employee levels. After administering the Global Work Autonomy Scale (Breaugh, 1985) to employees in a public sector organisation, analysis of responses confirmed an a priori three-factor model of work autonomy (method autonomy, scheduling autonomy and criteria autonomy) in a group of non-managerial employees (n = 193). A subsequent multi-sample analysis was conducted to test the invariance of the three-factor model for a group of managerial employees (n = 205). After constraining factor loadings and factor covariances, the hypothesised model continued to provide a reasonable fit to the data, confirming the generalisability of the three-factor model to both employee classifications. The methodological and theoretical implications for research into work autonomy are discussed.     

高管背景特征、社会网络与战略决策关系研究

在高阶理论提出后，占据企业科层金字塔顶端的决策者，高层管理者的背景特征对于战略决策的影响日渐为研究者所重视。而中国经济转型的情境，造成了高层管理者所嵌入的社会网络——“第三种资源配置方式”对战略决策的重要影响。因此，探索高管的背景特征和社会网络对于战略决策的影响具有重要的理论意义。本研究分别基于高阶理论和资源基础理论，分析了任职背景、教育背景、性别与年龄和团队异质性等背景特征以及社会网络对于企业战略决策质量、多元化战略和战略变革的影响。     

Product Emulation Strategies in The Presence of Reputation Effects And Network Externalities: Some Evidence From The Minicomputer Industry

A model of firm performance in the minicomputer industry is developed and estimated. We use an hedonic price formulation to analyze product design and pricing issues and a market share model to assess the demand effects of price-performance characteristics, installed base advantages and manufacturer reputation. The results, which are based on 1976–1983 data, demonstrate the importance of network externalities, price-performance competition and reputation. We utilize the estimated models to quantify the implications of several emulation strategies and several defensive strategies of incumbent manufacturers.
