流通业增加值占GDP比重变化规律研究——基于我国省级面板数据的实证分析及理论解释

在经济发展过程中,流通业增加值占GDP比重的变化规律很少受到关注。2001年,Anderson和Betancourt指出流通业增加值占GDP的比重和经济增长的长期关系呈倒U型,并运用跨国面板数据进行了实证分析,但没有给出理论解释。选取我国各省1993-2008年的数据,建立静态面板数据模型,对流通业比重和经济发展水平的关系进行了实证分析,结果表明我国流通业比重存在先升后降的倒U型规律。将流通服务看作流通部门的产出,构建流通部门的CES生产函数,对这一规律进行了理论解释。研究启示是:流通业比重变化存在客观规律,不能因流通业属于传统服务业而忽视甚至试图降低其在GDP中的比重,需要遵循这一规律,为服务业结构优化和升级提供相应的政策支持。     

Financial development and private investment in Sub-Saharan Africa

This study examines the relationship between financial sector development and private investment in Sub-Saharan Africa. It uses panel data covering the period 1991-2004 from 18 countries in Africa. The main findings of the study are as follows: there is a negative relationship between interest rate and private investment, signaling large interest rate spreads in African economies. It is also found that both the credit to the private sector and the turnover ratio have significant relationships with private investment. However, the effect of turnover ratio on investment is insignificant. The insignificance of the stock market indicator reflects the low stage of stock market development in most of the African economies. In addition, it is found that the informal sector is still large and has positive effects on private investment and that institutional variables play a key role in determining the level of private investment in Africa.     

基于DEA方法的广东科技与金融结合效益评价

本文采用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对全国各省、市、自治区金融投入与科技产出结合的效益进行评价,并对DEA测评结果进行深入分析,发现影响广东科技与金融结合效益的主要原因是金融投入的结构与科技产出的阶段不相协调以及金融投入资源的管理效率较低,从而为广东探索科技与金融结合的路径与对策选择提供决策依据。     

土地生命周期管理模式研究

本文根据地政管理的特点,着重介绍了土地生命周期管理的内容,并从业务模型和数据模型方面其管理模式的建立进行了探讨,给出了基于土地生命周期管理模式的系统建设构想.     

Convergence and divergence in regional agricultural productivity growth: evidence from Italian regions, 1951–2002

This article analyzes long‐term agricultural Total Factor Productivity (TFP) growth at regional level by testing its time‐series properties and identifying factors associated with divergence as opposed to convergence. The empirical application concerns Italian regions over the 1951–2002 time period. TFP growth decomposition ultimately attributes the observed productivity growth performance to these contrasting (convergence vs. divergence) forces. We find that technological spillovers are the key convergence force regardless of how the spillover effects are computed. At the same time, forces favoring convergence are almost offset by divergence forces (mainly scale or learning effects). This decomposition may explain the persistence of TFP growth rate differences in Italian agriculture, and could be applicable elsewhere.

通过高密度电法快速采集地电断面结构信息，准确反映不良地质体的二维分布情况。为查明地基塌陷的诱发原因和地基处理提供了依据。通过实例证明该方法工作效率高、信息量大及在实际应用中的良好效果。     

Pattern mining in tourist attraction visits through association rule learning on Bluetooth tracking data: A case study of Ghent,Belgium

The rapid evolution of information and positioning technologies, and their increasing adoption in tourism management practices allows for new and challenging research avenues. This paper presents an empirical case study on the mining of association rules in tourist attraction visits, registered for 15 days by the Bluetooth tracking methodology. This way, this paper aims to be a methodological contribution to the field of spatiotemporal tourism behavior research by demonstrating the potential of ad-hoc sensing networks in the non-participatory measurement of small-scale movements. An extensive filtering procedure is followed by an exploratory analysis, analyzing the discovered associations for different visitor segments and additionally visualizing them in ‘visit pattern maps’. Despite the limited duration of the tracking period, we were able to discover interesting associations and further identified a tendency of visitors to rarely combine visits in the center with visits outside of the city center. We conclude by discussing both the potential of the employed methodology as well as its further issues.     

基于DEA的第三方物流企业绩效评价

在对第三方物流企业财务、配送及仓储研究的基础上,建立了评价指标体系,设计了第三方物流企业绩效非均一综合集成的DEA评价模型,并通过算例验证了模型的客观合理性。该方法模型为地方政府的交通运输部门和第三方物流企业本身了解企业自身的状况,并制定相关改善企业管理的措施提供了定量支持。
