地级巢湖市被拆分后,县级巢湖市要重新定位。鉴于此,要突破传统思维,创新产业承接观念;改善投资环境,提高产业配套能力;创新体制机制,突破产业转移瓶颈;围绕产业招商,创新招商引资方式;给力产业转移,实现经济结构优化,尽快将巢湖市真正打造成合作发展的先行区、科学发展的试验区,建成皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区的一块高地。     

芜湖市土地资源可持续利用研究

在总结芜湖土地资源利用现状与特点的基础上分析了土地利用结构的变化及其动力机制，同时结合四种消费水平探讨了预测期内芜湖市土地资源人口承载力状况。从可持续发展思想出发提出了相应的对策，为芜湖市建立稳定、协调、持续发展的人地关系提供科学的理论依据。     

城市环境政策发展比较研究—中国杭州和日本北九州城市环境政策之比较

对环境问题的认识和相应采取的对策，在不同的经济发展时段和不同的空间层面上有着各自的特点。从时段上看，有工业化初期，中期和后期之分；从空间上看，有全球，国家，区域，城市四个层次，每一阶段中各个空间层次采取的环境政策的重点和作用显然也有其各自的特点，本文将重点分析随着经济发展进入工业化中后期阶段，发达国家城市（以日本北九州市为例）与发展中国家城市（以浙江杭州市为例）的环境政策演变，从环境政策组成的五个方面进行差异分析，为中国城市环境政策体系的完善寻求借鉴与启迪。     

The projected destination brand personalities of European capital cities and their positioning

ABSTRACT

Capital cities are significant drivers of visitation to their countries and therefore it is important to understand how the destination brand personalities (DBP) of capital cities are projected and positioned. Hence, the aim of this research is to develop a projected DBP scale for European capital cities, and to investigate their relative positioning. Content analysis of the cities’ main tourism websites was used to develop a projected brand personality scale. This was followed by correspondence analysis to investigate the relative positioning of the city brand personalities. The DBP scale included six dimensions: excitement, malignancy, peacefulness, competence, ruggedness and conservatism. Excitement is the most strongly communicated dimension across all cities, followed by peacefulness and competence. No city rated highly on ruggedness. The correspondence analysis clusters cities into three projected DBP groups: (1) Warsaw and Moscow, (2) Athens, Rome, Madrid, and Berlin, (3) Amsterdam, Paris and Vienna.

在对休闲内涵阐释的基础上,梳理了国内外关于休闲旅游与休闲城市研究的相关文献,发现国内休闲旅游及休闲城市研究成果呈现迅速增长的趋势,但是研究学科的角度较为单一,且以对策性建议为主.在此基础上,指出了休闲旅游与休闲城市研究努力的方向.     

基于历史文化价值的保护规划——以佛山历史文化名城保护规划为例

本文阐述了历史文化名城保护规划的作用。以历史文化名城佛山为例,分析了历史文化价值在保护规划之中的基础性地位,归纳了佛山名城的四个价值历史文化要点,提出了基于历史文化价值的保护体系构架和保护的具体内容,并就名城展示体系和规划实施保障提出了具体措施。     

Cross-Sectional Evolution of the U.S. City Size Distribution

We report nonparametrically estimated stochastic transition kernels for the evolution of the distribution of U.S. metropolitan area populations, for the period 1900 to 1990. These suggest a fair amount of uniformity in the patterns of mobility during the study period. The distribution of city size is predominantly characterised by persistence. Additional kernel estimates do not reveal any stark differences in intra-region mobility patterns. We characterise the nature of intra-size distribution dynamics by means of measures that do not require discretisation of the city size distribution. We employ these measures to study the degree of mobility within the U.S. city size distribution and, separately, within regional and urban subsystems. We find that different regions show different degrees of intra-distribution mobility. Second-tier cities show more mobility than top-tier cities.
