欧盟粮食政策的发展变化及对我国的启示

从 6 0年代中期到 80年代中期 ,欧盟的粮食自给率从 82 %迅速提高到了 1 1 0 %以上 ,这说明欧盟的粮食政策取得了很大的成功。文章介绍了欧盟粮食政策目标和粮食政策措施的发展变化 ,分析了欧盟粮食政策的操作机制特点 ,并提出了欧盟粮食政策值得我国学习借鉴之处。     

Reactions of the London Stock Exchange to Company Trading Statement Announcements

Using event study methodology, we examine market reactions to nearly 2,000 trading statements during the period 1995‐2001. We find that profit warnings outnumber upgrades by 50%, and, in line with previous US studies, we find that market reaction to the actual announcements is considerably greater for profit warnings than for upgrades.Sub-samples demonstrate significant market reaction to profit warnings for all sizecontrolled portfolios, but that reaction to the announcements is greatest for small companies.Examination of pre- and post-announcement CARs shows no pre-announcement market anticipation of the announcements.Post-announcement there is a significant positive abnormal return on the day after the announcement of bad news for the small company subsample.Other post-announcement results are small and insignificant.Trading volume results are consistent with this picture. Finally, when the trading statements are examined for news on turnover and margin changes, we find that the market reaction to margin changes is greater than market reaction to turnover changes.

马尔可夫链在经济预测上的应用

本文将马尔可夫链引入到经济学中 ,通过建立产品的状态转移概率矩阵 ,利用马尔可夫链进行分析和计算 ,给出产品的市场预测、利润预测及风险决策的数学模型 ,从而给经济预测提供切实可靠的理论依据。     

种粮大户粮食生产效益的非价格影响因子分析——对江西省种粮大户的调查

通过对2005年江西省种粮大户种粮效益非价格因素的实证分析,发现种粮大户种粮效益与粮食经营规模、机收面积和家庭人数呈正相关关系。而与种粮农户的文化水平、性别、年龄等因素相关性不强。这一结果说明当前农村农业劳动力成本在不断上升,农业投入中劳动力的替代效应逐渐下降;同时,这也是当前政府在粮食主产区的政策支持与引导的结果,说明当前粮食主产区的农业政策是有效的。即推动粮食主产区农村土地流转制度的完善和适度规模经营,对粮食主产区的良种补贴和购买大型农机具的补贴,有利于种粮大户种粮食生产效益的提高。同时,提高农业科技成果物化水平,有利于农业科技成果在不同文化水平的粮农中推广应用。     

网络组织超额利润分配研究

网络组织合作模式能够为网络成员带来超额利润（网络租金）,然而目前关于网络成员如何分配超额利润的问题仍是一个“黑箱”,基于此,本文对网络组织超额利润分配问题进行了探讨。在“最大化馅饼”原则下,超额利润分配存在最优比例,企业所处资源位越高,能分得的份额越高。进一步分析表明,知识溢出难易度可通过影响企业所处资源位影响超额利润分配,较高的知识溢出难度为高资源位企业提供了壁垒效应,强化了其优势地位,使其能分得更多的超额利润。为验证上述假设,本文以《世界企业研发投入排名Top1500》中2007～2011年的企业为样本进行了计量检验。最后提出了相应建议。     

存货购销中最优期权合约交易量研究

在分析利用期权合约规避价格波动风险的原理的基础上,分别给出存货购销两个环节中可以运用的期权策略,然后利用均值方差模型计算使投资组合达到效用最大化时所对应的最优期权合约交易量及其对经营利润的影响,研究发现：在存货采购环节,企业可以通过购入看涨期权、购入看涨期权同时售出看跌期权两种策略控制采购价格波动的风险,在存货销售环节,企业可以通过购入看跌期权、同时购入看跌期权并售出看涨期权两种策略来稳定销售利润;从最优期权合约交易量及其对企业经营利润的影响来看,期权工具在控制存货采购价格、稳定销售利润中可以发挥良好作用。     

WELFARE ENHANCING COORDINATION IN CONSUMER COOPERATIVES UNDER MIXED OLIGOPOLY

The recent globalization of world economies has led the retail markets of developed countries towards increasing levels of integration and strategic interdependence. A non negligible share of retail and food markets is currently served by co‐operative societies. Consistently with this trend, the consumer cooperatives have recently experienced increasing levels of integration. The main aim of this paper is to study the welfare effects of coordination among consumer cooperatives competing in quantities in a mixed oligopoly against profit‐maximizing firms. We show that, in absence of agency problems, under increasing or constant returns to scale a higher output coordination of the consumer cooperatives does not affect the total welfare as long as a nonnegative profit constraint holds in these firms. On the other hand, under decreasing returns to scale, the consumer cooperatives contribute more to social welfare when acting on behalf of all consumers. This is because, by coordinating consumers’ preferences, these firms can reduce their market output, thus helping the market to come closer to the first best. All together these results seem to provide an argument in favour of the recent process of integration involving consumer cooperatives in many developed countries.     

农村居民幸福指数研究及路径选择——以山东省为例

立足"中国梦",按照社会主义新农村建设和2013年中央一号文件的内涵与要求,把握我国新农村建设的原则、目标和重点内容,以山东省的济南、青岛和菏泽三个农村地区为中心进行考察,基于主成分分析法研究三个地区的幸福指数,研究发现:提高农村居民幸福感的四条路径为增加农民收入、加快经济合理调整、注重人文环境、自然环境建设和提高政府信用水平。
