持续利用的自然资源价格论

本文提出了自然资源持续利用的福利准则及价格构成，并且还阐述了有关自然资源持续利用的价格理论问题。旨在完善自然资源的价格理论体系。     

Structural Decomposition Analysis of Physical Flows in the Economy

Many environmental problems can be attributedto the extraction and emissions of physicalsubstances. Increasing our understanding of theeconomic and technological driving forcesbehind these physical flows can contribute tosolving the environmental problems related tothem. The input-output framework is a usefulsetting in which to integrate detailedinformation about economic structure andphysical flows. In this article a specificmethod in input-output analysis is reviewed,namely Structural Decomposition Analysis (SDA).It is based on comparative static analysis,which decomposes historical changes of a policyvariable into determinant effects. SDA has beenapplied, for example, to analyze the demand andtechnological driving forces of energy use,CO₂-emissions and various other pollutantsand resources. This article examines thetheoretical aspects of structuraldecomposition, in particular those concerningphysical flows and environmental issues.Furthermore, the article includes an extensivesurvey of empirical studies.     

贵州天龙屯堡文化旅游可持续发展研究——兼论文化生态脆弱区旅游业的可持续发展

文化生态如同自然生态一样,具有脆弱的一面。天龙屯堡在发展文化旅游的过程中,积极引导社区居民参与旅游开发,坚持社会效益适度优先的原则,走出了一条具有天龙特色的可持续发展道路。探寻天龙屯堡文化旅游的发展路径对于指导其他屯堡文化区以及文化生态脆弱区发展旅游具有重要的实际意义。     

民族文化生态旅游可持续发展水平的测度研究——以四川省为例

本文以四川省为例对民族文化生态旅游可持续发展的评价问题进行了实证研究，通过因子分析确定了三个主导因素．并综合模糊二元对比决策方法．提出了建立模糊因子分析模型的思想，丰富了定量研究该问题的可操作性方法。     

可持续发展的伦理价值观综述

国内外专家学者对发展观的探讨研究经过了从经济、技术层面到文化、价值层面的深化,通过对以往发展观的研究和总结,人们对伦理价值观的研究从传统的伦理价值观发展到了可持续发展的伦理价值观。本文试就超越“人类中心主义”和“非人类中心主义”的环境伦理价值观,超越“西方中心主义”和“城市主义”的代内伦理价值观,超越“本代中心主义”的代际伦理价值观的观点作出综述,并在代内伦理价值观中首次提出了不同群体之间的公平问题。     

云南花卉产业发展中若干问题的探讨

A few problems exist in flower industry development in Yunnan province. The key problem is flower production with sell set in system unqualified, product quallty problem; wrong model in specification of quality in product, undeveloped and developed technology of quality standard system hasn‘t been used. To change present condition, combining local present condition, we can enhance the macroscopic management and put forward to peasant the policy suggestion to guide the development of Yunnan province flower industry.     

The Change of Ecological Footprint and Its Effect on Sustainable Development in Beijing of China

Speeding up the environmental protection and construction is one of the major issues in ＂Greener Olympic Games＂ held in Beijing in 2008. Making a thorough study to find out the reliable measures to ecological resumption in Beijing has an important scientific and practical significance. It can provide scientific basis for making a better decision for ＂Greener Olympic Games＂ held in capital Beijing and development in harmony for society and economy, as well as management for ecological environment. By studying of change of ecological footprint from 1990 to 2003 in Beijing, the paper shows that ecological footprint per capita has a strong relativity with population and GDP, and both of the correlation coefficient between them is about 0.92, as well as the fossil energy land has a position in the lead in ecological footprint items. The study also shows that the ecological capacity per capita in Beijing occupied about 1.25% in global ecological capacity per capita. Began 1990, the ecological deficit in Beijing was about 0.72 hm2, which is at strong unsustainable development at present. Finally, the paper suggests social and economic structure should be adjusted as soon as possible, resources should be strengthen sustainable used and population increasing should be controlled strictly, as well as arable land also should be under control used for built-up areas. Simultaneity, the utilizing ratio of energy sources should be increased, and the consumption of energy sources and ecological deficit in Beijing should be reduced in order to speed up the society and economy development in harmony and sustainment.     

少数民族村寨生态旅游开发与旅游可持续发展探讨——以贵阳花溪镇山村旅游开发为例

少数民族村寨在开发旅游的同时,也带来了自然和文化生态环境的破坏,要使民族村寨旅游实现可持续发展,必须走生态旅游发展之路。本文针对贵阳花溪镇山村旅游开发中的问题,指出了民族村寨生态旅游开发的薄弱点,从将目前的大众旅游转型为生态旅游、加强游客管理、组织村民积极参与、完善生态旅游产品结构几方面对少数民族村寨生态旅游开发规划进行了探讨。     

长江流域的生态安全与对策研究

长江流域生态安全对中国可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。由于长江上游地区是水土流失的重灾区和主要的污染源,三峡工程的建设也使得长江流域上游地区生态环境的综合治理更显紧迫,因此维护长江流域生态安全的重点在于上游地区的综合治理,其关键是加大长江流域生态建设的投入。文章提出了要切实加强长江流域的统一管理,加强立法体系的建设,积极推进西部大开发战略和尽快建立绿色GDP核算体系等政策建议。     

In search of marginal environmental valuations — ecosystem services in Finnish forest accounting

There is currently substantial interest in valuing various services provided by different ecosystems. Concurrently economists have ascribed substantial effort on expanding traditional forest accounting systems by environmental services. This paper contributes to curtailing the existing gap between green accounting theory and applications for valuing forest ecosystem services. The multitude of links between forest ecosystem services and economy are characterized by the theoretical model for forest-economy interactions. By utilizing recently updated data we also incorporate empirical value estimates of these services comparable to other goods into Finnish forest accounting system. Finally, we discuss some problems encountered and clarify the interpretation of some value estimates incorporated to national forest account.
