构建基于改进突变级数法的评价模型,研究2009-2017年各省不同所有制高技术企业创新能力差异,采用ARCGIS软件进行可视化分析,运用全面FGLS回归模型探索不同所有制高技术企业创新能力差异生成机理。结果表明:①总体来看,内资企业与港澳台资和外资企业创新能力差距尚存;②省级层面不同所有制高技术企业创新能力呈现差异化状态,整体创新能力较强地区港澳台资和外资企业普遍强于内资企业,而其它地区则恰恰相反;③政府资助和引进高素质人才能够显著提升内资企业创新能力,加强产权保护、提高开放程度对内资、港澳台资和外资企业创新能力均具有积极作用。  相似文献

Designing information systems (ISs) requires a thorough understanding of the organizational knowledge processes in which these systems are used. Although much is known about internal organizational knowledge processes, the understanding of external knowledge processes is less developed. Hence, this paper reflects an attempt to operationalize and test a model of the process of external knowledge integration (EKI), consisting of an identification, acquisition, and utilization stage. We utilize high-technology based firms from a variety of high-tech categories including nanotechnology based firms since these firms have critical knowledge integration needs. The results of an international survey, with responses of 317 high-tech companies, suggest that not these three EKI-stages, but four organizational effectiveness functions (goal attainment, pattern maintenance, adaptation, and integration) account for most variation in responses. These findings seem to imply that ISs that are to support the EKI-process should be designed according to organizational effectiveness functions rather than to EKI-stages. It is proposed that each organizational effectiveness function imposes different requirements on ISs because users interact differently with IS in each function.  相似文献

区域高技术产业高质量发展需要创新要素有效供给。基于PSR(压力—状态—响应)模型构建高技术产业创新要素供给评价指标体系,采用全局熵法对我国创新要素有效供给现状进行评价,并度量创新要素供给协调度,从创新要素供给综合指数和子系统协调度两个方面评价创新要素有效供给水平。在此基础上将我国区域创新要素供给分为5个梯度,并运用障碍因素诊断模型,分析影响各梯度省域高技术产业创新要素有效供给实现的主要障碍因素。研究发现,影响有效供给的主要障碍层从2009年的压力层与状态层转变为2018年的响应层与状态层,高技术产业发展水平等成为主要障碍因素。各省域应依据自身要素供给主要障碍层和障碍因子,结合自身创新要素供给所处梯度,采取针对性措施,通过强链、补链、固链相结合,实现区域高技术产业创新要素有效供给。  相似文献

This paper examines systematic differences in the level of accounting conservatism between high-tech and low-tech firms. Relying on the recent development in theoretical models and empirical measures of conservatism, we investigate conservative accounting practices and earnings management behavior in high-tech and low-tech firms. The results based on comparisons of cumulative nonoperating accruals, regression coefficients from the income timeliness models in Basu (1997), the distribution of earnings, and discretionary accruals between the two groups are consistent with a higher level of accounting conservatism in high-tech firms vis-à-vis low-tech firms. Additional analyses show that the effect of conservatism cannot be used as a defense for the over-valuation of high-tech firms.  相似文献

Taking a longitudinal approach, we analyze how the evolution of different dimensions of social capital between an SME (Small and Medium enterprise) and its key foreign customers directly influences the firm’s foreign performance growth. Moreover, we utilize a contingency approach by introducing two dyad-specific characteristics into the analysis: psychic and geographic interorganizational distances. Our findings contribute to the international business literature on social capital and suggest that while an investment in social capital with distant foreign customers always reinforces SMEs’ foreign performance development, relational and cognitive social capital have the same positive effects only for low levels of interorganizational psychic distance.  相似文献

运用非径向方向距离函数测算了2003-2016年中国277个地级市绿色全要素增长率,在此基础上,采用倾向匹配的双重差分法实证评估国家高新区对绿色经济增长的影响,并分析其影响机制和传导途径。结果表明:国家高新区显著推动了绿色经济增长,主要通过推动“技术领导者转移效应”实现;国家高新区对绿色经济增长存在明显异质性,呈现出“边际效应递减”。中部地区、低等级城市和“成长期”国家高新区对绿色经济增长促进作用较大,高新区对协调区域绿色发展具有重要意义。传导途径表明,国家高新区以创新驱动人力资本效应、财政配置效应和对外开放效应促进绿色经济增长。  相似文献

基于中国内地30个省(市、自治区)政策文本,运用定性比较分析方法(QCA)进行国家级高新区科技政策研究,对不同政策类型的综合影响路径进行分析。研究发现,存在4种条件变量的组合影响路径:资源投入型路径、资源协作型路径、内敛规制型路径和外向规制型路径。人力资源政策和财政优惠政策在组合路径中具有导向作用,创新平台政策和组织制度政策是影响高新区创新驱动力的内部保障性条件,外部投入型政策与内部规制型政策具有政策互补性,对制度性政策的倾斜往往会产生更显著的驱动效应。  相似文献

The Indian IT services sector has grown from small beginnings at the bottom of value creation to a major player in the global information and communications technology (ICT) industry. It commands a 55% share in the global market for IT services. India's IT sector value proposition in terms of low cost with large supply of high quality talent is compelling. As a result, India has become the premier choice not only for outsourcing IT services by the developed-world's multinational corporations (MNCs) but also for locating their own Global In-house Centers (GICs), which simultaneously compete and partner with local firms. This gave rise to six additional clusters beyond the earliest, largest and robust cluster, Bangalore. The paper provides a review of relevant literature; develops a conceptual framework for evaluation of clusters; and presents data and analysis with respect to relative size, growth, specialization, MNC presence and connectivity to local firms through expatriates and returning Indians, ,innovation; and discusses adequacy of ICT infrastructure for future growth. Although there are clear signs that the Indian IT sector has been moving towards a regime of providing high-end value added services, the sector's value proposition – lower cost combined with a large supply of high quality talent – remains the single most compelling reason for the rise and growth of multiple export clusters. Thus the sector's growth appears to be a case of growth by replication rather than innovation. While the old adage, “people follow jobs” still holds for large part of the labor force, there is little doubt that the sprawling IT services clusters in India - with more to come from Tier II and Tier III cities – indicate, in fact, that “jobs follow talent." Both local firms and the MNCs, through their GICs, are pushing the boundaries of location farther and farther to continue to leverage cost advantage and available pools of talent.  相似文献
