滇西北旅游业发展中的隐忧与对策

滇西北旅游业自进入90年代以来发展势头迅猛，并在许多方面成为云南乃至全国旅游业开发与发展的典范。但滇西北旅游业在发展过程之中也暴露出一些结构性、深层次的矛盾，亟须加以注意并采取有效措施予以解决，从而使滇西北旅游业能够真正走上可持续发展之路。

‘The Geometry of Innocence Flesh on the Bone’: The Body as Souvenir in Beatrice Grimshaw's Travel Writing

Beatrice Grimshaw, an Irish writer and tourist promoter, collected indigenous body parts as touristic souvenirs. Although Grimshaw bought and stole various physiological remnants, I focus on a head which she purchased on Papua's Sepik River in 1923. Grimshaw's acquisition is discussed in relation to body parts and modernist fragmentation – that sense of centripetal anarchy and discontinuity that was so prevalent during much of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Buying indigenous body parts was an attempt to project not only the desire for/fear of death, but also feelings of psychical/physical disunity onto the Other. The Other as the site of brokenness, death, horizontality confirms the self as a breathing, unified, vertical whole. The head as souvenir, however, is a slippery presence. It incorporates a mobility that the white colonial tourist can never fully shackle. As is stated from the outset, the framework within which this paper has been researched and written is the current Iraq War, a situation that illustrates all too clearly the abject lack of cultural change vis-À-vis the body of the indigenous Other in extreme forms of tourism, the colonial tourism of the early 20th century and the military tourism of the 21st.

现代铸造生产不断采用新方法、新工艺、新技术和新设备,不断优化合金性能,以满足民用及航空工业对铸件质量的要求。铸造生产中造型方法选择是否合理对铸件质量和成本有着重要影响,针对生产中常见的不同形状铸件,分析提出了具体的造型方法。     

工程机械服务备件物流管理的探讨

备件物流是工程机械售后服务重要的一环，目前国内工程机械行业并没有对备件物流给予重视，而备件物流的特点决定了备件物流的管理比成品物流管理具有更高的难度。论文对我国工程机械行业备件物流的现状进行了分析，并给出了提高备件物流管理效率的建议。     

Trade in Parts and Components and the Industrial Geography of Central and Eastern European Countries

Growing inflows of FDI and the increasing integration of domestic firms into International Production Networks (IPNs) set up by EU-15 partners have yielded a rise in trade in parts and components for Central and Eastern European Countries (CEECs). As a consequence, new patterns of localization of industrial activities have been observed in the region since the mid-1990s. In this paper, I propose a comprehensive model of trade and production which tries to explain cross-country variations of sectoral output by comparative advantages (Ricardo, Heckscher–Ohlin) and agglomeration forces (home market effect, market potential), with a focus on the role played by trade in middle products. The empirical implementation reveals that the higher is the involvement in IPNs the larger is the domestic share of regional output. Comparative advantages are a crucial determinant of localization as opposed to agglomeration forces. I argue that these results can be interpreted as an assessment of the predictive power of two alternative trade theories. JEL no.  F10, F12, F14, F15
