工程化还是社会化：对人力资源会计计量理念误区的反思

现有关于人力资源会计的计量模型或方法主要有十种类型,这些计量模型或方法试图以工程化的方法来寻找某种确定、可靠的计量模式,而这种方式或理念不适合具有较强易变性与众多复杂因素影响的人力资源价值的计量,而社会化的计量方式适合把分散的信息与知识更有效地组合起来利用,这是人力资源会计计量的基本方向。     

浅议评估体系的建立对于促进消防工作社会化进程的作用

随着市场经济的不断发展,消防工作面临的形势和任务将更加艰巨。如何建立与市场经济相适应的、与国际接轨的新型消防监督机制,推进消防工作社会化进程成为诸多消防同仁共同关注的话题。通过对一些学术论文的学习和对工作实际的思考,本人深深体会到消防安全评估的重要作用,建立和完善消防安全评估体系是当前消防工作的自身要求,是推动消防工作向纵深方向发展的一项重要举措。     

Making the right friends: A social network perspective on newcomer socialization in teams

Despite the prevalence of work teams in organizations, how newcomers become integrated into teams remains an understudied area. Drawing on research related to indirect social resources, in this paper we employ a social network perspective to examine how close teammates' friendship centrality can facilitate newcomers' adjustment by fostering the newcomers' own social capital in teams and promoting their subsequent task performance. Furthermore, our model incorporates institutionalized socialization tactics and political skill as two contingencies that can further strengthen the positive effects of indirect social resources on newcomers' adjustment. In a time-lagged study using multiple sources of data, we found good support for our hypotheses. Specifically, close teammates' friendship centrality was positively related to newcomers' task performance through the mediating effect of newcomers' own friendship centrality in teams. The two moderators further strengthened this indirect effect. Overall, this study highlights the importance of “making the right friends” to facilitate newcomer adjustment into teams.

金融结构作为虚拟经济范畴,其变迁归根结底是由实体经济范畴的企业发展引起和推动的,金融结构是适应后者的发展要求而变迁的。随着生产力社会化的发展,会产生各种各样的产权矛盾,为了解决这些矛盾,就要求金融结构变迁。金融结构及其变迁是企业社会化发展的表现形式。     

If it is good for the child’s development then I say yes almost every time: how parents relate to their children’s consumption

The article looks into how parents see their children’s consumption. The data material consist of focus group interviews with parents and children living in relatively affluent Scandinavian society. The result shows that parents are not necessarily negative towards their children’s consumption, and in some fields they are willing to spend more than the children expect or want. Parents have two approaches towards their children’s consumption. The child perspective puts the child in the centre with the child’s need for development and protection. The consumer critical discourse dominates and children are seen as vulnerable. In many situations parents will stretch beyond the children’s expectations if they see the consumption as useful. In the parent’s perspective parental skills is exhibited. The parent’s economic status as well as their parental skills and competence are exhibited, and the child’s consumption demonstrates if you are caring and responsible parents.     

完善廉政文化社会化的传递机制研究

廉政文化社会化是廉政文化建设的主体有意识地向该文化的承载者实施主动教育和灌输的过程。目前廉政文化社会化表现为载体不丰富、媒介影响有限、传递机制不顺畅,究其原因,是由于研究的滞后性思想上的误区、制度缺陷、公众参与冷淡,从完善载体、媒介与疏通传递机制提出相应的政策建议。     

略论烹调师的社会化管理

餐饮业劳动人事制度的改革，将使一大批影响餐饮业发展的技术人员——烹调师进入劳动市场，成为自由流动的劳动者，烹调师的社会化管理便自然成为当前急需研究解决的现实问题。加强烹调师社会化管理必须改变错误观念，强化培训工作；严格技能鉴定管理，科学考评烹调师技能；建立工作经历制度，提高烹调师自我完善的自觉性；成立烹调师组织，发挥烹调师自我管理的作用。
