浅谈母子公司财务管理模式

母子公司财务管理模式按财务权限集中的程度不同,分为集权型、分权型、集分结合型三种。集团企业可根据外部环境和竞争的需要,结合集团内部组织结构,合理分布集团内部上下左右的财务权限,创造适合自身特点的财务管理模式。对我国绝大多数企业集团而言,采用相对集权的财务管理模式更有实际意义。

家电连锁企业的供应商是指处在家电连锁企业供应链上游的为家电连锁企业提供产品的家电制造企业或批发企业。目前,众多家电连锁企业为了减少流通环节,降低流通成本,避开中间的批发环节,更多的是同产品的制造企业直接建立采购供应关系。随着家电连锁企业在家电销售主渠道地位的确立,商家面对大量的供应商,结合自身发展战略需要,如何选择合适的供应商是值得深思的,同时在此基础上对这些供应商通过什么指标进行评价也是需要我们深入探讨的。

Finite sample properties for the semiparametric estimation of the intercept of a censored regression model

A popular two-step estimator of the intercept of a censored regression model is compared with consistent asymptotically normal semiparametric alternatives. Using a root mean squared error criterion, the semiparametric estimators perform better for a range of bandwidth parameter choices for a variety of distributions of the errors and regressors. For error distributions that are close to the normal, however, the two-step parametric estimator performs better.

This paper states supplier appraisement and selection process based on supply chain. It puts forward the supplier appraisal model based on the 80/20 rule. The method can efficiently appraise and select suppliers.     

The multiresolution histogram

We introduce a new method for locally adaptive histogram construction that doesn’t resort to a standard distribution and is easy to implement: the multiresolution histogram. It is based on aL ₂ analysis of the mean integrated squared error with Haar wavelets and hence can be associated with a multiresolution analysis of the sample space.     

Marketing Orders, Grading Errors, and Price Discrimination

Some marketing orders allow an agricultural industry to regulate the flow of product to market. We examine a more common, but less controversial, aspect of marketing orders, the setting and enforcement of grades, and show that purposefully introducing error into the grading process reduces farmers' incentives to produce high-quality product, thus partially sustaining the adverse selection problem that would exist in the absence of grades. Because demand for high-quality product is generally inelastic relative to demand for low-quality product, grading error can increase industry profit. In principle, an industry can achieve through grading error the same allocation of product between high- and low-quality outlets as attainable through direct volume regulation.
