坚持“四个统一”着力抓好基层思想政治教育

思想政治教育在继承和发扬优良传统的基础上,必须坚持＂四个统一＂,切实在内容、形式、方法、手段、机制等方面进行创新和改造,不断增强基层思想政治教育的时代感,加强针对性、实效性、主动性。     

构建和谐社会理念下高校体育人文精神教育研究

运用文献资料法和调查法,文章高校体育人文精神教育情况进行分析研究;指出存在的问题和不足,提出了加强高校体育人文精神教育的重要性和对策,即学校领导要转变观念,体育教师要提高自身体育人文素养,教学中要贯穿体育人文精神教育。     

教育均衡发展的财政职责视角分析

财政在教育均衡发展中承担着主要职责,我国教育发展中存在不均衡的问题,教育财政体制不完善、财政转移支付制度不规范是其中重要的原因。为促进教育均衡发展,应增加落后地区财政收入、进一步完善教育财政体制、规范财政转移支付制度。     

Education and the empowerment of women in household decision‐making in Spain

It was analysed whether investment in the education of both women and men serves to empower wives resulting in more balanced household decisions being taken on matters related to consumption and financial management. They considered that household decision‐making could be made by mainly the wife, mainly the husband or the couple acting jointly. They then applied multinomial probit models to the Spanish Living Conditions Survey of 2010. Results show that, when controlling for demographic, family and labour market characteristics, the level of education of both the husband and wife has a positive effect in terms of a more egalitarian decision‐making process in relation to three areas of expenditure: daily shopping, expensive purchases of consumer durables and significant expenditure on children. However, only women's education has a positive effect on borrowing money and no effect of education is observed with regard to the use of savings. Results are less conclusive for households where decisions are taken primarily by the wife or husband, since men's education increases the role of husbands in the household making‐decision process whereas no effect of wives' education is observed.     

The Rise and Fall of Exceptional Australian Incomes Since 1800

We gauge how productivity and factor endowments shaped the rise and fall of Australia's exceptional incomes using new measures of total factor productivity (TFP), which include natural resource inputs, in an accounting of income growth. Further, we explore the drivers of TFP growth. Pastoralism and mining had negative TFP externalities, and we incorporate these findings into a unified accounting of incomes, which distinguishes the roles of endowments and productivity. Nevertheless, TFP growth played an important role in promoting exceptional incomes between 1842 and 1890. Our findings favour a more balanced interpretation of Australian growth that has roles for natural resources, labour participation, and productivity.

论将“生物纳米技术”纳入本科生选修课的必要性

文章在介绍生物纳米技术的概念、生物纳米技术重要性以及生物纳米技术的应用的基础上,分析了将"生物纳米技术"纳入生物及相关专业本科生选修课程的必要性、可行性以及开设课程的教学内容与采取的教学方式。     

“双面族”的现状研究

文章着重研究了当前大学校园里存在的一个特殊群体,他们在校期间是校园的精英人物,积极参与校园的业余生活和主流校园文化,有着极强的表达能力和组织能力,是师生眼中的"校园精英",但出校门以后,在校外实习、就业乃至创业领域却无所建树,落后于社会,导致最终的没落。文章从调研出发,研究解析了这一类学生的特征、成因,提出了3个方面的具有建设性意义的合理化建议。     

完善大学生勤工助学工作的思考

大学生勤工助学工作经过几年的发展，取得了一些可喜的成绩，但是还存在一些问题，影响了大学生勤工助学工作更加深入地开展。因此，拟从拓展勤工助学资源，保证助学经费到位，加强勤工助学活动管理，加强科学教育引导，完善专门的组织建设、增强学生的法制意识等方面予以解决。
