新制度经济学委托代理理论视野的拓展*

新制度经济学中的委托代理理论基于“经济人理性”假定，设计出了精密、精巧、精致的委托代理制度，有效化解了现代企业中委托人与代理人之间利益冲突并提升了企业运营效率。然而，现代企业实践已经证明，即使委托代理制度十分精密、精巧、精致，仍然没有彻底解决委托人与代理人之间的利益冲突和企业运营效率进一步提升问题。因此，必须拓展既有理论视野，从“经济人理性”假定拓展到“经济人+社会人+家庭人复合理性”假定，这样就能够实现委托代理理论视野的拓展。运用新制度经济学研究方法和双边对称信任数理模型表明：基于委托代理制度，进一步强化委托人与代理人之间双边对称信任度，可以进一步化解他们之间的利益冲突并且改善企业运营效率。基于这一结论，强化委托人与代理人之间双边对称信任度的具体路径是优化社会信任环境系统。     

直流电阻率法在寻找地下水中的综合应用

为避免单一勘探方法的多解性,提高勘探的准度与精度,在某区的物探找水实践中,综合运用高密度电阻率法,对称四极电测深法、电阻率测井三种方法进行勘探,查明目标井位附近区域的岩性,推断地层的含水性,并根据勘探结果划定钻井布设的合理位置。     

Promoting Giving Campaigns in University Websites: A Cross-cultural Comparison between the United States and South Korea

ABSTRACT

This study was designed to compare the ways the websites promote giving campaigns between the United States and South Korea. Furthermore, this study explored how the campaign appeals are associated with the distinct cultural values between universities in the United States and Korea. Guided by a content analysis of 200 universities in the United States and South Korea, the findings of this study demonstrated that, compared to the Korean university websites, U.S. university websites more frequently targeted university-affiliated donors, including alumni, students, parents, and so forth, and used multimedia-based exemplars about the giving campaigns.     

基于贸易自由度的国际贸易投资一体化分析

针对已有的国际贸易投资关系模型缺乏交易成本因素的局限性，可运用自由资本模型，用交易成本（贸易自由度）分析工业企业的微观经济行为。分析表明，不同产业在不同的贸易自由度条件下企业的经济行为是贸易投资一体化行为，发展中国家应注重国际贸易投资政策的合理性与协调性。     

三极测深的研究与应用

在电测深工作中,常常遇到悬崖、河流等复杂地形条件限制,无法应用对称四极电测深法。但三极电测深法将其中的一个供电极放于无穷远,另一个电极移动,这样大大增强了跑极的灵活性,因此在有限的复杂地形中,经常采用三极电测深法。本文通过理论模型研究和实际应用效果得出,三极电测深和四极电测深对比,异常中心无偏移,能探测出了异常体的位置和深度。     

THE IMPACT OF FEATURE SELECTION: A DATA‐MINING APPLICATION IN DIRECT MARKETING

The capability of identifying customers who are more likely to respond to a product is an important issue in direct marketing. This paper investigates the impact of feature selection on predictive models which predict reordering demand of small and medium‐sized enterprise customers in a large online job‐advertising company. Three well‐known feature subset selection techniques in data mining, namely correlation‐based feature selection (CFS), subset consistency (SC) and symmetrical uncertainty (SU), are applied in this study. The results show that the predictive models using SU outperform those without feature selection and those with the CFS and SC feature subset evaluators. This study has examined and demonstrated the significance of applying the feature‐selection approach to enhance the accuracy of predictive modelling in a direct‐marketing context. 技改工程项目经理责权利对称性研究

分析了航空产品制造业技改工程的实施现状,运用排列组合法及SWOT分析法论述了8种责权利匹配模式,通过理论分析并结合工程实践,提出了项目经理责权利对称性的管理原则,以期对航空制造业技改工程的实施提供一定的启示。     

用于天线阵馈电的新型三等分功分器设计

为了解决传统三等分功分器输出支路跨接隔离电阻实现困难的问题,基于Wilkinson 功率分配器设计理论,通过引入二分之一波长微带传输线,提出了一种新型微带三等分功率 分配器的设计方法。基于此方法,设计了一款应用于海事卫星通信频段的对称结构三等分功 分器。实测结果表明该功分器在整个设计频带内各端口匹配好,各输出支路等分度好、隔 离度高。该功分器已成功应用于天线阵馈电网络的设计。     

促进企业履行社会责任的制度建构——基于中国企业社会责任“阶段性”界定基础之上

文章从中西方企业社会责任发展进程、中国所处的社会阶段特征和企业社会责任与企业经济利润、社会组织的关系三个方面来界定中国企业履行社会责任所处的发展阶段,进而通过对称博彝模型的解析,说明了制度在促进企业履行社会责任上所起到的关键性作用,最后提出了政策建议。     

Accurate case‐outcome modeling in economics,psychology, and marketing

This article describes why and how to end bad science practices and shallow information‐from‐data reporting by embracing a seemingly minor but quite a radically different research paradigm that includes asymmetric, configurational‐focused case‐outcome theory construction and somewhat precise outcome testing. This radically different paradigm provides accurate point or interval estimates of case‐outcomes. As an illustration of this paradigm, the exposition in this article includes an elaboration based on additional analyses of data in research appearing in a recent issue of this journal.
