基于灰色理论的企业顾客满意度测评分析

顾客满意度是衡量企业产品和服务质量的一个重要指标,它受多种因素的影响,而且各因素之间的联系不完全确知,顾客对这些产品和服务的认识具有灰色性。运用灰色系统理论,分析影响企业满意度的测评因素排序、企业用户分类及特点,给企业顾客满意度提供了改进的方向。     

QCC对降低老年糖尿病患者胰岛素漏打率的护理干预研究

目的:采用QCC理论和方法,组建萤火虫品管圈,探讨老年糖尿病患者胰岛素漏打因素,制定护理干预措施并观察干预效果。方法:设计前瞻性研究,统计对照组(45例)胰岛素注射总次数并计算漏打率,针对漏打现象进行相关因素分析,制定相应护理干预对策;观察护理干预后干预组(45例)患者胰岛素注射总次数并计算漏打率。结果:针对胰岛素注射漏打原因分析,制定并实施护理干预,使胰岛素漏打率干预组显著低于对照组。结论:通过老年糖尿病患者胰岛素注射漏打情况QCC研究,针对不同因素采取护理干预,可有效地减少患者胰岛素漏打率,提高治疗效果。
