政府调控强化与股市平准基金的设立

2004年至今中国股票市场出现非理性的剧烈波动，原因之一就是政府调控股市的低效率。在建设市场经济过程中，政府适当的干预是维护股票市场正常发展的必要条件，而股市平准基金作为一种有效的政府宏观调控工具，将对我国股票市场的健康发展发挥作用。

伴随着经济的开放,汇率波动对银行经营的影响亦越来越大.本币贬值会改变企业和银行的资产负债状况,加剧银行危机.汇率波动与银行脆弱性的理论基础来自三种观点:道德风险论、原罪论和承诺问题论.在本币升值的情况下,银行资产的货币错配可能引发银行危机.我国人民币存在持续的升值压力,随着资本项目的进一步开放,利益驱动下的货币错配将大量暴露在汇率变动的风险中.     

Macroeconomic effects of IMF-sponsored programs in Latin America: output costs, program recidivism and the vicious cycle of failed stabilizations

We investigate the effects of IMF stabilization programs, and the reasons behind the unusually high IMF activity and relatively low program completion rates in Latin America. We base our tests on a panel, and distinguish between IMF program approvals and completion. We find that Latin America has higher output costs of IMF programs (especially when completed), no improvement in the current account, and a much higher likelihood of program failure and recidivism than other regions. The common finding that entering into an IMF-supported program incurs real short-run costs on the economy is entirely driven by the experiences in Latin America.     

What can we learn from past price stabilization policies and market reform in Mexico?

This paper reviews experience with policy reforms in the maize sector in Mexico, beginning in the 1980s with particular reference to impacts on price variability. It analyses Mexico’s transition from past price stabilization policies under a state-trading enterprise to market reforms implemented during the 1990s. The nature, extent, and costs to producers and consumers of maize policies is discussed for both the pre-reform and the reform periods. Although wide ranging reforms have been introduced, impacts on efficiency and fiscal outlays have been less than expected.

运用道化学公司火灾、爆炸危险指数评价方法对广州石化重油催化裂化装置进行安全评价，定量地认识该装置的危险性，提出安全建议。     

我国软件外包承接城市效率评价与驱动因素研究

就 业问题、环境污染以及从业人员研发能力下降已经成为制约软件外包承接城市发展的瓶颈问 题。文章运用DEA方法构建考虑非期望产出和非合意变量的软件外包承接效率评价模型，重 点比较不同模型下我国软件外包承接城市效率的差异，并引入Tobit回归分析软件外包承接 城市效率的驱动因素。研究发现：我国软件外包承接城市的投入产出组合在逐步优化，且东 部沿海城市的效率值明显优于中西部城市，其中大连市的效率值始终为1，处于生产的前沿 面。另外，人才竞争力对软件外包承接城市效率有显著的正向影响，信息技术基础设施竞争力与承接效率的关系呈显著负相关。     

Fitting room or selling room? Millennial female consumers’ dressing room experiences

As retail experiences have become more important to the modern consumer, the store environment has taken on greater significance. The store environment is especially of great significance to the millennial consumer. These consumers tend to spend more time in the fashion retail store, while their expenditure on fashion items increases on a yearly basis. The dressing room must be seen as the clothing retailer's selling room – the place where the retail environment plays an immense role with regard to a consumer's cognitions, emotions and purchasing behaviour. The purpose of this study was to explore and describe young millennial clothing consumers' Functional, aesthetic, emotional and symbolic dressing room experiences. A qualitative research strategy was followed. Two unstructured interviews were held with 15 participants. Participants had to take photos of retailers' dressing rooms before the second interview. A photo‐elicitation technique was employed during the second interview. Findings revealed that participants had specific expectations with regard to the functionality and aesthetics of the dressing room, as well as with regard to the symbolic messages and the emotions that they expected to experience. If the dressing room did not meet their expectations they got disappointed, experienced negative emotions and thoughts and the need to leave the dressing room. The behavioural response of avoidance strongly came to the forth. Findings of this research point to the importance of the dressing room as part of the retail experience and have implications for consumer specialists and retailers.

焦化废水循环利用的工业试验与研究

莱钢现有的焦化废水经生化处理后COD等指标很难达到排放标准,随着干熄焦装备的投入使用及节能减排要求力度的不断加大,焦化废水面临着如何处理的难题。针对这种情况,对目前国内外有关焦化废水处理技术的研究与分析,结合实际情况,开发出一种新的焦化废水深度处理工艺,即采用生物脱氮与MBR、三相催化氧化处理相结合工艺,使处理后的水作为循环冷却水使用。     

催化氧化技术试验研究

以化工废水为研究对象,采用改进的羟基自由基催化氧化技术进行处理,出水水质稳定。当实验条件为催化剂质量分数为80%,氧化剂投加量为2500mg/L,pH为3,气水比为6,反应时间60min时,小试试验COD去除率达到70.7%,现场中试试验COD平均去除率达到60%。
