试论人文精神在2000版ISO9001质量标准中的蕴涵

近代管理科学的发展,经历了一个以"物"为中心的管理向以"人"为中心管理的转移过程。所谓 "管理的回归本色",其内涵是管理不是单纯的控制,而是一种如何使人的价值在组织的经营活动中得到实现 及如何尊重人的价值。这一理论视角的转换,在改版后的2000版ISO9001标准中得到了鲜明的体现和阐释。

文章从顾客满意的质量观，心理因素对质量形成、交换和消费全过程的作用，人们对质量的认知心理以及心理学在质量管理中的应用等多个角度，探讨了质量与心理学的关系，提出了建立新的质量心理学的课题。

该文以青年王国维对个体生命意义的探寻为轴心，剖析其生存痛苦的心理动因和学术研究的价值定势，试图表明：青年王国维是站在近代人文主义的立场审视生命存在和生存价值，他的文哲之学是他个体生命探索的学术延伸和诗性观照，他对现代学人和现代学术应达到的精神境界有着超越时代与民族的见解。故，青年王国维是中国20世纪初人本自觉的先驱和学术独立的先锋。     

论《李尔王》中的伦理道德

《李尔王》是当今评论越来越多的一部剧作。因为莎士比亚在该剧中主要揭示的是社会伦理道德问题，因此它不受时间、地点的限制，而具有普遍的社会意义。本文通过对剧中的主要人物的剖析，分析了老一辈兴衰原因，新一辈的忠贞与奸诈。该剧通过两人家庭的悲剧来反映整个社会。莎士比亚通过对其理想人物考狄利亚的刻画，谴责了人伦颠倒的社会现象，从而唤起人们共同创造一个友情和爱的世界。使人间更加美好。该剧《李尔王》对当今社会也有及其深远的意义。     

Literacy,technology and ‘technological literacy’

The shortcomings of the technological literacy metaphor are reviewed. The lack of an agreed meaning for this concept reflects a widespread perplexity about how the study of technology should be incorporated into general education. The paper considers how the study of literature and history might contribute to an understanding of technology and posits a framework which permits the study of the made world to be incorporated within a humanistic educational scheme. It is suggested that the historical study of technologies of literacy could play a significant role in curricular integration.Based on a Plenary Address to the second Domains of Literacy Conference:Literacies for a Productive Future Institute of Education London 1/9/94Michael Barnett has been, since 1992, Professor of Technology and Education at the Institute of Education in London University. Prior to that he was Reader in Physics at Imperial College London. His main scholarly activities are concerned with the history, philosophy and sociology of technology and their bearing on educational practice. He has established an MA programme in Technology and Education which reflects these concerns.     

文化发展与民众幸福之间关系的几点思考

文化是人在与动物不同的谋生存和谋发展的生活方式中形成和沉淀下来的东西。文化发展与民众幸福息息相关，但是文化发展对民众生活的具体影响却很少有人探讨。因此，梳理我国当前文化发展现状，分析文化发展现状对民众生活的具体影响，探讨文化发展与民众幸福的一般关系，展望未来文化发展的趋势，对于我们构建支撑人民幸福生活的文化至关重要。     

Applying the counseling-learning approach to a tourism-related massive open online course

ABSTRACT

This study discusses how to apply counseling-learning (CL) principles to a particular e-learning solution for teaching a tourism-related subject via a massive open online course (MOOC). Several effective caring patterns in achieving learning-related goals and being part of a community according to the CL principles are presented and discussed using the MOOC “eTourism: Communication Perspectives” as a case study. The study underlines how the MOOC platform can act as a place for contents enjoinment and active learning. Moreover, the active role of social media for increasing the engagement of learners in the proposed activities and for developing a sense of the community is identified. In particular, Facebook and Twitter can act as places for community building and informal social interactions among learners that last beyond the completion of the course, which in turn can be a valid aid for continuing the relationships among instructors/learners and learners/learners, and for reaching new ones.     

人本主义视角下的乡村居住空间改造方式探析

全国各地的新农村建设正如火如荼地展开,然而各地的乡村居住空间改造在过度理性规划下普遍暗含着对人性化的漠视与缺失,对环境和资源造成的损失是不可估量的。从芒福德的人本主义出发,剖析目前乡村居住空间改造中存在的问题,试图引起人们对协调发展和保护环境的重视和反思,并结合人本主义对乡村居住空间改造方式提出建议和途径。     

论电力稽查过程中“人性化”理念的内涵

电力稽查是用电管理一个不可或缺的内容。电力稽查的目的是提升电力使用率,防止电力无谓损耗及确保用电安全。在实施电力稽查的过程中,人性化管理方式的应用会大大提升电力稽查的效率,从而保障了电力稽查的实效性与持久性。在人性化管理中,处理好"以人为本"与"严格执法"的协调关系,就能保证电力稽查的实际效用。
